My family and I have been coming here for years and we've also seen the cleanliness of this theater go downhill as well. The leftover popcorn between the seats and the sticky floors and/or seats can be a little annoying to experience. At the same time, I know that it is a constant battle for employees to clean up after extremely dirty customers. But there's been several times in which I had to clean the theater seat with a wet napkin before sitting down - definitely something I feel I shouldn't have to do. Regardless, the theater itself is fun to go to. I recommend that the theater conduct a thorough inspection of their seats to ensure proper serviceability because there are times where the reclining function was intermittent. The popcorn at this theater is always awesome - both the regular and kettle corn. On average, the staff here are very friendly and attentive. I don't have all the names of the employees that provided excellent customer service throughout the years to my family and I (some of them probably don't work there anymore); however, during a recent visit, the person at the concession cash register (I think the person's name was Jhayda?) provided expedient service, which I thoroughly enjoy. This person not only was fast, but very friendly. Thank you Cinemark for hiring employees like these!

Convenient location off 95 on Rancho. Lots of garage and open parking with handicap access. Garage parking g has elevators. Near and clean interior. No masks required. Handsanitizer dispensers are conveniently located within the casino. Their buffet has closed permanently which was a great draw. Food court and other restaurants are available. Century Theater is open as well as the bowling alley and kid's cyber arcade. Air quality is good. Customer service is good. Lots of slot machines for different interests. They have specific days for senior discounts and discounted movie tickets, etc. Concerts (rock bands, etc) are available in the evenings.

Recliner stadium seating. Each row has a wall so it felt very private. The sound was a little too high in some areas of the movie, but honestly that's just an opinion of someone who loves the quietness of life lol. They sell blankets in the concession area. They're $20, but I got one anyway. I expected a tiny blanket, but nope. It's thin, soft, and large. Prefect for a theater! Honestly, my new favorite blanket. Not sure what my husband paid for snacks, but I did like how the concession area was basically a help yourself line and you paid at the end. Makes the process quick.

Very clean. Love the assigned, reclining seats. Staff is polite. Reasonably priced tickets. My complaint is this theater is ridiculously cold to the point I saw people bringing in blankets. That's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to bring in a blanket to watch a movie. Other movie theaters aren't freezing cold so why does this theater feel the need to keep the temperature to a degree that you could keep ice-cream from melting?! Me freezing made the movie viewing unenjoyable.

Since it is in the same location as the Santa Fe Station Casino, the parking is great and there is a walkway that leads straight to the theatre in back parking lot, The theatre is neat and clean and offers reclining seats (pull down armrest to use recliner controls) spacious seating and not to many people for show, A great place for a movie and bowling is right next door. The snack bar is loaded with goodies and popcorn.

Stopped by to watch a movie with the family. The folks at the snack bar were friendly. We really enjoyed the kettle corn, so I’d definitely recommend giving that a try. The theater seats are very comfortable and like most new seating these days let’s you put your feet up and recline. It was worth the trip and a pleasant break from the 105-degree heat that was waiting for us outside when we left .

This place was kinda hard to find. Leave early if you have never been here. The theater was very clean. Since we purchased our tickets online. You walk in, get your food and go to your theater. The seats are stadium style with reclining seats. They are not heated. The air works very well so bring a blanket or jacket.

While the theater was clean, the movie was great...the temperature was a bit chilly and I was in jeans on a 108° day. My biggest complaint was we went to see Haunted Mansion on opening day just for one of their cool Madame Leota popcorn bowls only to find out they were sold out of them 2 weeks prior to opening day.

Daughter paid $15 for a soda & regular popcorn! Food all over floor in food area. Bathroom was a hot mess, but when the movie was over, staff was waiting outside, wondered where/what they were doing before & this was an empty midweek day & pm viewing not a Fri or Sat night. The recliner chairs comfortable.

Theater is very nice with wide comfy seats that recline. Per usual expect to spend anywhere from 40-60 bucks if you plan on taking thr kids to the movies this summer. And that's just on snacks. Location of theater is perfect, very clean and friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

Worked here for two years awhile ago and seen more movies here than anyone else ever has here. While they did pay minimum wage the job was easy. The seats are nice but sticky a lot of the time. The popcorn always pops off. I spent a lot of my life here. Mostly worth it.

Great theater. They have nice big reclining chairs with an option to purchase your snacks and have them delivered to your seat when you arrive. The picture quality was good, and the audio sounded clear. I'd recommend going here if you want to watch a movie.

I really enjoy going to the Santa Fe Station Cinemark theater. The staff is always courteous and professional. The theater is always clean and the refreshments are plentiful. We went to see the Barbie movie and enjoyed our time at the theater very much.

Love the reclining seats and fact that you can reserve seats. Great experience overall. The only complaint is how cold it was in the theater. I wore a hoodie and brought a blanket, and it was still really cold. Pleasw turn up the temperature a bit.

It’s a nice location. The chairs are super comfy and they recline! Plus, they always have a good list of showings. It feels a little like it could be cleaned and kept up more, but this is our favorite theatre we have found here so far.

Sante Fe is the only movie theater we visit. It's pretty clean and the staff is okay, pretty much what you'd expect from teenagers and 20 somethings. The theaters are big and the chairs are comfy. We love the matinee.

They have the BEST popcorn. Good variety of movies and times. Sante Fe itself has discount deals for movies. Seats are comfortable. Easy access if you park in the back. Movie section has it's own rewards program.

My cousin and I went to see Avatar tonight! And we chose to see it in 3D! The movie was great! It was my first time going to this movie theater! Everyone was very friendly and nice. What a movie feast we had!

Fun time at the Taylor swift eras tour movie!!! Definitely a must see if you're a fan. Even if you're not the production is insane!

Staff was friendly, popcorn was fresh & the reclining seats made the experience for me! Very comfy!
