My family and I recently visited this theatre for the second time since we moved to Las Vegas ~9 years ago. Normally, we go to the Cinemark inside Santa Fe Station due to proximity of our residence, but since we wanted to have a family bowling and movie watching event in one day, we decided to watch a movie here. The movie we watched was action-packed so I got to really soak in the sound system that the theatre had to offer. We ended up watching our movie in the standard theatre but was still amazed with the sound quality. The theatre temperature and overall cleanliness was adequate and we all had perfectly-working reclining chairs. One thing I was intrigued by was the seat heaters - definitely made the experience better for my lower back. We do want to come back and watch a movie in the IMAX Cinemark XD theatre because I poked my head in there and between the now-known seat heaters and how large that theatre looks, it surely looks like a fantastic experience. The only drawback to this theatre is the concession stands. I know I should blame the customers, but I can't stand walking through and stepping on dried soda on the ground - the tackiness is very annoying. Also, the concession area in general, feels small compared to other theatre concessions in the valley. All that aside, I still highly recommend this theatre to everyone - you'll have fun!

Suncoast cinema has always been my favorite theatre even pre pandemic, ever since they changed to stadium seatings few years back. Especially on a Tuesday discount day currently at $5.75 for first showing, the value just cannot be beat. With our without discounts the seats are like a Lazy Boy at home, big and comfy . Now with pandemic on a one year mark, thought i checked it out again. The difference on mitigation measures is that management created distancing by not selling certain seats, masking is required. However there's still folks who eat and drink during the movie obviously without masks (some the entire time). It would be difficult for management to enforce that in the dark. Just pray that one is not seating too close to those folks, just saying. There's also cleaning wipes stand in the hallway that you can grab and do another once over on your seat, recline buttons and tray in front of you. Cinema says they clean thoroughly after each show, but it never hurts to do your own again for peace of mind. Anyway, it's great to be able to enjoy giant screen and cinematic sound system AGAIN. A real cinema experience!

Seats were not clean, had popcorn and grease all over. When the movie started you could see employees walking inside the theater but did nothing to silence a big group of family/friends who's kids were walking around, talking loudly and crying during "THE ENTIRE MOVIE". The parents did not leave, they stay with their crying kids inside the movie theater, so the rest of us who were there to enjoy the movie too, couldn't. Awful experience!!! Employees need to 'REMOVE" parents with small kids who are unable to stay quiet when watching a movie. A movie theater is not a playground or a party. People goes there to enjoy a movie. Shame on the parents who stayed with their loud kids in the theater and ruined other adults and other kids experience, and also shame on the employees who did nothing to remove these people!

I agree, the seating is excellent inside the cinema, but I also like the feel, the atmosphere of the place, inside and outside the Casino. Oftentimes I go there when movies I want to see do not run at Regal Village Square .... then I walk back home. What a treat ! I now appreciate that some movies will require to see them on the big screen and not the DVD.... I even started liking the previews, go figure ! .... We are lucky, here in Las Vegas, movies are excellent. Plus, regardless of the season, going to a theatre to see a movie has become an experience, a renewed pleasure. No claustrophobic panic attack ! The theater we were in (#10) had no audio from the right side of the theater. I brought it up to the staff during the previews and the manager said they had experienced a blow out, but it would only affect the previews and the movie would be fine. He lied. The movie had zero audio out of the right channel for the whole movie. When we left the theater the manager saw me and quickly went into a back room. Besides the movie the concessions were poor. The four drink machines were all out of about half of the drinks and this is one of the few theaters I've seen that doesn't offer free refills on large popcorn. It seemed clear that Cinemark is letting this theater go, so we'll go elsewhere in the future.

The theatre is nice and mostly clean. A little popcorn on our seats, which are nice quality with the tables. We ate at the Subway on the same property as the theatre and our son couldn’t finish his sandwich in time (maybe poor planning on our part) and the ticket guy made us throw it away. That was pretty irritating and wasteful of the theatre. It’s part of the same casino property. Seriously? Crackdown on something that matters. We definitely weren’t going to go back and buy more of your snacks after that. Things don’t always have to be so cut and dry. Have reason and allow your employees to make a judgment call. We didn’t have a backpack full of snacks.

We went to watch the Thor movie, and the seating was awesome. They definitely changed the seating, and I love it. The popcorn was not great though, and they did not give free refils for a large popcorn. Regal has better popcorn, and they give a free refill for large drinks and popcorn. The bathrooms are clean, and the theater was clean as well. I still would rather go to a Regal movie theater, but this would be my second choice since it isn't too far from my home.

Nice service. Comfortable chairs and they usually show the latest movies 2/12/22- XD theater is really nice. The heated seats really help keep warm. Food (popcorn and hot dogs) very poor quality. Nice people who work there though. Theater clean as well. Death on the Nile was good too. Same opinion. 6-19-22 nice theater. Food pricey. Suggest bring your own if you can. 7.16.23- same, Mission Impossible is really Good. Food more expensive.

I have been going to the Suncoast movie theater for many years. They have the most comfortable seats in my area. Prices for tickets are reasonable and can easily be purchased online without waiting in long lines. Cost for food & drink are a bit pricey but prices for food & drink at any theater are usually pricey. I never really have any complaints with staff and this theater in general. I will be my main movie theater I use.

Nice theater with lounge seating. Loved the swivel tables connected at every seat. The prices for food are typical for a movie theater. It's serve your own drink from a machine which has a ton of options. All the latest movies are here. The only negative thing is you have to walk through the smoky casino to get there. But it's not too far from the door, so it's bearable. The theater itself isn't smoky.

We love this theater. It's got comfortable heated recliners and it's never too crowded. The staff is friendly. And the bathrooms are clean. They did recently switch from real butter to the gross fake lard. It would be nice if they switched back. You can tell the difference! Plus, there's no free refills for the popcorn anymore. Don't get too cheap for real butter. Other than that? No complaints.

This is usually my go to movie theater. But there bathrooms are always disgusting lately. Pretzel machine been broke for a hot minute and I like going there because of there pretzels. So sucks when I drive alll the way there and I can only get popcorn which they don't have packets of just salt shakers which is really inconvenient because you can only put salt on the top layer.

They are doing a great job. Employees, especially the lady at the bar were friendly. I got 2 margaritas and some popcorn for the movie and enjoyed it very much. They have leather seats and provide wipes to clean it. The seats recline nicely and have heaters. Also, I got my tickets on a Tuesday for $6.75 so I felt it was a great deal. Overall great experience

Just have to walk through the casino to get to it. The soda machines are the coke freestyle machines which are pretty sweet. The recliners don't go back very far and have limited options. But as far as the movie experience it went smooth without any hiccups. This is my second time with this location and it seems to be the same both times.

Very clean theater! The seats are comfy and recline ideally for both my petite height and hubby's 6'4" height! The ticket checker kid was DELIGHTFUL! He made our night! Love the app... concessions were right on time! You do have to wander through the casino to get to the theater, but it's pretty easy to find. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I saw The Contractor yesterday and had a drink prior in the bar....I would like to visit once where all the ingredients for the drinks on the menu are in stock, but I know things are hard to get at times. It is nice that this theater has a bar, at least. That is a fun convenience. Everyone is friendly and willing to help!

Went to see Wonka yesterday. Theatre had a bad odor. Concession stand was dirty and messy. There were issues with the sound. Alot of static. When I approached employee about it it she was rude and dismissive. She could not confirm that it could be fixed or if they would restart the movie. Horrible experience.

The theater was great. The sound was good, the seats were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and courteous. It was just inconvenient having to walk the full length of the smoke-filled casino to get to and from the theater, but that’s what you get when you choose to see a movie in a casino theater.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the second month in a row that this movie theater does not have the normal snacks for sale. If you visit another Cinnemark such as New Orleans, you would find a fully stocked concession. As a new movie pass member it makes me sad that this was my first impression.

We saw The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes (PG-13) on Thanksgiving day. The Suncoast theater has big screens and plenty of seats. I love the lazy boy chairs with heated & reclining seats, connected with a convenient personal table with a cup holder. Great experience!

Amazing theater! Heated, reclining seats made the experience all the more comfortable. An attached movable food tray over each seat made movie snacks much easier to enjoy! They also take care to separate everyone by 6 feet to adhere to social distancing. Amazing!

Wow we really had a fun time. Haven't seen the movie in a long time decided to go out and catch one. Prices here were lower than the competition. Place was clean, sound was good, and the seats were comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite.

Went here for a last minute movie and our experienced were great as the ticket were purchased online and we were all late and we still managed to make it on time. Staff are professional and friendly. Place is clean and neat. Will go back in the future.

No internet service, no phone service, no drink or popcorn refills and bathroom toilets were disgusting with 4 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing.... Regal is by far a better theater...no wonder the lobby didn't have a single customer

Went to the movies to watch CREED2. The seats were hella comfy! They recline!! And they have a snack table with the biggest cup holder ever! I had a good time. 3 of us and tickets were abt $35 or so. We had military discount and went after 4pm.

Galaxy theater is my normal go to movie theater overall but I was on this side of town and had a promo code that had to be used on atom tickets which galaxy does not sell on. Overall it was ok and served its purpose but I wouldn’t go out of

Ended up renting out the whole room. Seats are comfy, floors were clean. Surround sound was a bit too high. If it was at 110% at some parts you had to cover the children's ears to protect them. I would of given them a 5 stars if they were

Amazing staff. I had dropped some money and the manager could have let it go, but he went on the security cameras, found out who I was and what theater I went in to and returned the money. I was blown away by his honesty. Thank you again.

Had the best time ever! The reclining seats and seat heater really elevated the theater experience, and the girl serving our popcorn layered the butter through out the bucket. It was perfect, also having the serving table on the chairs.

I go here because it's one of the most cleanest luxury seating theatres in North - ish Las Vegas. The concessions service is usually on point and I don't have to wait forever to grab and purchase my alcoholic beverages before seating.

Saw the VIP Premiere of Me Time staring Kevin Hart and Mark Whalberg, it was hilarious The popcorn perfect and the icee was yummy! Theater itself was clean and chair were comfortable and had bonus "butt warmers" …

The theatres are nice and the reclining seats are a nice feature but the theatre only offers the same films that are showing at the casino up the street. They could use a little shake up there and offer a foreign film of interest.

Popcorn is always stale, soda machine needs to be looked at. I've brought it up three times that I've been there and nothing has ever changed apparently management has no idea what they're doing or do they care.

I always have a great time here! Is always clean, and the sound is great! The chairs are comfortable. I particularly love their app and their membership because it makes going to the movies affordable!

Fantastic experience! Every employee was kind and gave great customer service from purchasing tickets, to food servers. The bathrooms were clean too! Great lounging chairs, we had a great time.

Decent theatres, most are smaller than other cinemas. But the pricing at concessions is so affordable in comparison! 2 tall beers, eater & popcorn was cheaper than 2 beers at other places.

Lovely staff, clean theater. First time to see a full bar inside a theater concession stand! Movie started on time, no complaints, would recommend. Tuesday is discount ticket day!

This is where it's at y'all. $5.75 Tuesdays and seats that recline and give you comfort while you watch your movie. Never had this theater be over crowded and the staff are great!

The ONLY reason why I am rating at a 2 is because I got food poisoning within hours after seeing the movie. I typically enjoy this place but I guess I got a bad batch of nachos!

This is my favorite place, near home, to see movies. The chairs are so comfy, you can ha e alcoholic drinks if you desire and for the most part, the staff is ourteous and nice.

Loved the lounge chairs, recliners with heated seats only to be used in the winter lol! The staff was amazing the popcorn was crunchy and buttery and the drinks were on point

Love this theater. But sometimes our chairs don't work and we have to notify the manager but they try to fix it or accommodate us either way. The service is awesome.
