I recently went to Cineplex Cinemas Courtney Park. I have to say I was really disappointed. This was the second time I experienced such a bad movie experience, with my previous visit being just as regrettable when I watched "The Barbie." This time, I attended the 10 pm show to watch "The Nun." When I walked into the theater it was honestly quite disgusting. There were abandoned drinks over the seats and popcorn and food scattered everywhere in a messy way. It was pretty clear that they weren't keeping things clean or tidy. But what really got me down during my visit was how people were behaving in the theater. Throughout the film there were conversations people taking snaps and constant phone usage that totally ruined the experience for others. It felt like nobody cared about following any rules or having any manners, which made it an unpleasant time at the movies. As someone who goes to Cineplex regularly I expected cleanliness and an enjoyable experience for everyone attending. It's important that Cineplex takes action to prevent situations, like this from happening and ensures an environment where all movie lovers can truly enjoy their cinematic experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Cineplex cinema! The theater was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The selection of movies was impressive, and the comfortable seating and high-quality audio-visual equipment made for an enjoyable viewing experience. I also appreciated the variety of concessions available, from classic popcorn to gourmet snacks. When there is only 6 people sitting in an Audi playing Fast X on a Wednesday afternoon, it feels like you own the place. That’s the theatre if you want to go there on a not so busy day. Has multiple auditoriums, movies for all major ethnic groups, seats available and comfortable and all that you can expect at a Cineplex. Book in advance on a Tuesday, tickets are half price and crowd will be there.

August 2023 5* Visited the place for movie time with kids. We watched two movies in last couple of weeks (3D - Ninja | Late night - Transformer). The place is good with sufficient parking space. You can find good food, popcorn and drinks options inside. The place is accessible and there is seating for people with special needs. Sound system is good and seats are comfortable.

Please have some ventilation ON, in the theatre. It feels like you guys don’t like people coming to the theatre and giving you business. I took off my sweatshirt and was still sweating. I understand it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean that, you can cook the people sitting inside. Consider keeping the temperature at normal levels, it was boiling inside the theatre.

One of the best theatres in Mississauga. Had watched Flash and Oppenheimer here, and received a great experience in terms of visual and sound quality. Long food and popcorn counters are there after the entrance. Seating arrangements are also goo. IMAX screen is available where you can watch the visual stunning cinema.

The theatre was amazing, the employees were amazing. An employee helped me buy my ticket and made it super easy for me. Later, I accidentally spilled a drink I had bought at the concession onto the carpet, and then I went to get help, by the time I got back it was already gone! 10/10 amazing service, would recommend.

Went to see Elemental and the movie theatre was disgusting. Refer to my photos. You are lucky I didn’t slip on the spilled drink. Smelled gross and was humid. The 1 star would be simply because the movie itself was great with no audio or visual issues. Just a very unpleasant visit, completely unsanitary.
