I recently visited Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga, and it was a fantastic movie theater experience. The location of the theater in Mississauga, Ontario, is convenient and easily accessible. The theater was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of legroom, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience. The screens were of excellent quality, and the sound system was impressive, immersing me in the movie. Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga offers a great selection of movies, ranging from the latest blockbusters to independent films. The ticketing process was smooth and efficient, and the staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The concession area provided a variety of delicious snacks and beverages. From classic movie theater popcorn to a wide selection of drinks and treats, there was something for everyone. The prices were reasonable, considering the convenience and quality of the offerings. One thing that stood out during my visit was the customer service. The staff members were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the moviegoers. From assisting with seating to promptly addressing any concerns, their dedication to providing an excellent experience was evident. Overall, I had a great time at Cineplex Cinemas Mississauga. The combination of comfortable seating, high-quality audiovisuals, diverse movie options, and exceptional customer service make it an excellent choice for movie lovers. I highly recommend this theater for an enjoyable and memorable cinema experience in Mississauga.

Used the recent BOGO discount to catch a Tuesday movie. What an excellent two-for-one deal! You can't beat $11 for two tickets these days! The theater seats were comfy and easy to access. The parking lot was very full for a 7pm show on a Tuesday -- we had trouble finding a spot. The one complaint I have was the Starbucks counter. There were 5 ppl behind the counter and I have never seen such incompetent staff. I've worked in customer service before and can tell you that the ppl that work here have not. Coffee was on the menu, but not made. They argued with us to order something else so they wouldn't have to make a pot of brewed coffee. Cups weren't out. Garbage on counter was not picked up. Had to send one coffee back because order was wrong and the milk station was empty. Why have a coffee menu at all? In short, this place has so much room for evolutionary improvement that an ice age could occur between now and then. Buy the cheap tickets, but be warned: bring your own drinks.

My family went to see a movie at 735pm tonight. My low rating applies only to the parking lot that is assigned to movie spectators. Movie and light snack were great 5 out 5, but unfortunately the parking lot was very busy mainly used by people who just chatted around in groups. When it came to leave the theater parking lot around 10 pm , it took us an hour just to get out to the side road where we waited another 15 minutes to get out to the main road. The cinema was not even busy. This parking lot is assigned for those who come to see a movie, if you want to gather with your friends why don't you do it at home or pay for the parking as we pay for seeing the movie. It was a total chaos.

The movie was amazing, the venue was decent... but the execution was rather blah. The person scanning tickets at the front half-heartedly murmured unintelligible directions of where to go (that's okay, we found it ourselves) and then the theatre's "movie will start promptly" actually means somewhere around 10 minutes late (to be precise, 9 minutes and 52 seconds... I was bored, so I watched.) None of this is a deal breaker by any means... but average performance really should warrant an average review. Edit: It apparently wasn't just me who noticed a spot somewhere in the centre of the IMAX screen that... was it dirty? Was there damage to the projector? Something wasn't quite right.

I really like that the movie was loud here. I often complain at the downtown Toronto cinemas because they play the sound too low, this was nice and loud, could feel it in my guts. That’s what I pay for when I go to a movie. I want to experience movies, especially big action blockbusters, on a huge screen and I want to feel the audio in my bones. I live 45 minutes away from here, but honestly it’s worth it if they always play the movies loud like that. I can’t give it a 5 stars because the seats were rigid and the food is so expensive, they don’t allow free refills. Staff is very friendly and the whole place was pretty clean. Washroom facilities in good working order and clean.

We visited the Cineplex at Fairview Mall first but the parking was a huge disappointment followed by the location of the Cineplex, which might be tricky for most first timers visiting the place. Result was delay and show missed by 20 mins, We checked the next soonest show and it was the Mississauga Cineplex that came up, We drove from Fairview to Mississauga, about 30 mins drive and when we reached here, for once it looked like a deserted place and I even doubted if the place is shut, But once I entered I could see that it wasn’t and parking, ticket counter and all else was a breeze. Smooth Experience. Parking - Available Seats - Available Easy to find - Yes

Rude staff at the checking counter, I have a question from there and all she tells me that I am not allowed to bring my drink inside, I wasnt even going inside yet, I had to first purchase my tickets. All I wanted to ask is if the deal for 2 tickets, 2 drinks and one popcorn can be purchased at the counter or online, abd she gives me a lecture of how there is a sign that says no drink or food is allowed inside. Bad and rude customer service. She tells me that after I finish my drink, I can come back and buy the tickets from the counter. She didnt even allow me to finish my sentence.

It's cosy , comfortable, spacious and right in the heart of the city. Great place .I would recommend people (children and those with sensitive hearing) to bring your ear plugs with you because before the movie starts they play trailers of movie at such a loud volume that it's almost disturbing . I felt later that , in the movie, volume was adjusted for "human ears " lol . But with another movie ,the volume was still pretty loud . This is not a fault or flaw of theater , normally they keep volume high. But if you're going with kids ,and volume is this loud ; you better go prepared .

Was a little outdated poor service 12 dollar beers super dirty and washroom was horrible. There was not that many people there at the time so I was expecting better service. I almost left and got a refund. I would rather go to the queens way location or Brampton. Probably my last visit here. I was made to throw out my full Tim’s Coffee and my wife’s ice Capp so I was very disappointed the don’t have any good coffee to replace on site, after a long day’s work I was falling asleep at the movies. I want a refund and replacement of my thrown out items.! Thanks for nothing!

The soundstage and visual presentation was amazing but is was lacking a bit of bass (my personal preference is to have the bass boosted slightly for extra effect which is a personal opinion that does not affect the review). During the showing I went to lots of people had their flashlights on to find their seat during the movie which affects the expirience but does not affect the review because there is not much more that can be done to prevent this. Overall, a great place to watch a movie and chill with familly or friends

This 90s theater is cramped and overdue for a renovation, but otherwise okay. The chairs don't recline - on $4 ticket day I could only get seats in the front row (of one of their smaller theaters on the left side) and I had to slouch to see the screen. If there's a line for the escalator down after your movie, you can take the stairs from the middle of the second floor. (It looks like they might be locked, but they aren't). If the washrooms are crowded, go down the blue lights hallway to reach a second set of washrooms.

  • Erik Faarlund

Fine cinema complex, but some turnoffs. A nit impressed that they had run out of both Coke and Coke zero. Worse was that they made it very difficult for me as a visitir to Canada to buy tickets – impossible online without a Canadian phone number. After finally getting around the obstacles I was put on a maling list that I never signed on to. The unsubscribe function does not work, so after trying a dozen times, I gave up and sent an email to customer service, who never replied. This is not a serious company!

Tuesdays are always busy at Cineplex because the tickets are cheaper. We watched Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning part one. There are kiosks to buy tickets at the entrance and inside are concessions selling pops, popcorns, nachos, and hotdogs. If your movie is on the 2nd floor, remember to use the washroom before going up because there are no facilities on the 2nd floor. And they also shut down the escalator going down . The facilities are kept clean, even the eating area tables are relatively clean.

Cineplex Cinemas offers a convenient and enjoyable movie-going experience. The ample parking space is a big plus, and the screens provide a great visual experience. They have a variety of food options, which is a nice touch. The washrooms are clean and well-maintained, enhancing the overall comfort. However, the only downside is the seating. While it's not the most comfortable, the overall experience at Cineplex Cinemas is still worth it for a fun movie night.

I am very disappointed by the sound quality at Audi 11, 10:15 showtime (19 August). The volume was so loud that it hurt my and everyone’s ears and could have caused damage. I think the theater should check the sound levels before playing the movies. This is not the first time I have faced this problem. It seems to happen mostly with Indian movies. I would give this theater 2 stars only because of this issue. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

  • Khadija Kachwala

Why are the seats so old and uncomfortable?! They don’t even recline! The only reason we’ve gone here twice is because it’s very close by. Both times the experience has been extremely uncomfortable. The staff isn’t welcoming, the movies start at least 15-20 mins late and did I mention how uncomfortable the seats are?! You will get a backache sitting in those for 2 hours. We’ll travel to Oakville or Milton next time but never here again.

  • Ravithez Bhanu

This is the one of the busiest Cineplex in Mississauga, IMAX is better here while compared to other Cineplex screens. Even the sound system and Ambience is good to experience. Few screens were equipped with Dolby sounding. On every Tuesday there are offers in ticket prices. My only suggestion is to play some more Indian movies in local languages, which will be helpful for the Indian community to have good experience in movie watching.

Outtakes ! Long time same pain. Have been coming to this Cineplex location for the last 5 years now. Outtakes experience is always painful. They are painfully slow. It always causes me to be late at the movies. Lacks leadership - lot of people inside but terribly slow. Just one counter during peak times as well. Also - doesnt serve any caffeine free/herbal tea anymore. What the hell ! This thing needs an overhaul.

  • Aymaan Chowdhury

Great place to watch your favourite movies. Everything was perfect, except, for the pop drinks. They don't have a lot of options, for me I like trying different flavours. Not the regular cokes, I go for the Fanta Limes, its the best movie drink but they did not have that. I got the fanta orange and but it had no fizz. So I'm giving it a 4 stars, but other than that it was great vibes watching Mission Impossible

  • Ravindra Babu TG

The staff is very unprofessional. They were charging full price for Oppenheimer at IMAX when the air conditioning was broke and non-functional. The Manager, Jude was very rude wherein he asked to be in the theatre and get a pass later. The other ticketing cum food counter staff were not clear of this communication from him. Overall, a very horrible experience from the only reasonable theatre company in Ontario.

  • Mike J

This theatre has a great seating arrangement but seats are not comfortable. Remember to not book the seats on the last or the top row, especially for screens 5 and 10. They don't move or recline. You should have to sit leaning your head forward. It hurts your neck and back so badly. The surround sound system and the screen were just okay, not impressive blurry and dark. Seems like watching 720p on a 4k screen.

  • Sakshit Vig

There’s only 1 thing a cinema hall has to sell to make easy and big money and that’s concessions because with movies they have no control and with such exuberant pricing you expect it to top notch. This location was selling what is supposed to be hot as cold and what is supposed to be chilled as hot I had to literally tell the guys that put more ice because I’m not here to drink engine oil.

  • Simarpreet Bhandari

Really disappointed with the screen. I went to watch "The Last Voyage of the Demeter (AUDI 3)". I can understand the movie was not in a big Audi but the screen itself had "SMALL WHITE DOTS" blinking continously. Visible on dark colors of the screen. Movie was good. Seats were way too low compared to the screen. Even the last row. I could have better experience without those WHITE SPOTS.

  • BBM BIZZ

Warning! Watched a few movies here in 2022, but I don’t remember it being this gross as it is August 2023 — Floors were sticky in the theatre and even outside on the escalator. Washrooms were not restocked with toilet paper. Theatre seats not even leather and outdated and uncomfortable. It’s one of those locations where you get in and watch your movie and get out, if even that

  • Sean Ferguson

Drove an hour from Kitchener to see Oppenheimer in IMAX 70mm. So worth the trip. Great variety of concession food choices. Loved the experience. Then realized I'd left my jacket in the theater! Returned after going for dinner and Yasamin at Customer Service desk saved me by recovering the jacket just before the evening showing started!! Phew! And thanks!!

  • Hemant Kapoor

The screen is so dark you are perpetually going to be putting a lot of strain on your eyes. Eventually end up with a terrible headache. One of the worst movie theatres in the world honestly. The seats are extremely worn out and very dirty. I would never ever go back. Why cannot you make additional efforts to make it a better experience.

  • Tom Wicks

Our viewing of Oppenheimer on July 23rd was basically ruined by a very dark projector, likely faulty. We travelled far to see this film in IMAX and it would have been better at any other cinema. When I say dark, I mean that everyone's clothing was completely black - that dark. Ask for your money back if this happens to you. I didn't.

  • Varun Vij

Me and my wife had gone for a movie at this theatre. Even though it was a great movie to watch, but the experience of sitting inside the theatre was not good. The air-conditioner in the theatre was too hot in the beginning of the movie and by the middle of the movie, the air-conditioner had been too cold to sit inside the hall.

  • MBZ

I was very disappointed with the Renaissance Tour early release viewing. No Renaissance popcorn bucket or cup...not even a damn Renaissance billboard or poster anywhere besides the small thing right beside the theater room. If you want the cup and bucket, don't go here. Movie was absolutely amazing though! Do better Cineplex.

  • Stacy Cooper

Good, clean theatre. Great sound and visual. Not having bathrooms on the second floor is problematic, though. And I don't know why only 1 person is really doing any work at the back food counter during a busy night. And then they didn't know how to make the poutine gravy, and it was a long wait after to make a new batch.

  • Gail Ramoska

Old theatre and they need to make the seats comfortable. I normally attend Oakville Winston Churchill cinema but they were sold out as they have leather seats which are very comfortable. Sat for a 3 hour performance from Andre Rieu at Rathburn and seats were old, hard and uncomfortable. This theatre needs renovations.

  • Ebin Thomas

I went to the 70mm Oppenheimer IMAX show, and it was an incredible experience. The screen and sound were truly top-notch. The only lackluster aspect of the theater was the seats, but you wouldn't notice it much during the movie. Overall, it's a great place with an amazing theater.

  • Haley Snooks

We booked online tickets for dbox to five nights at Freddy's 7 were supposed to get an email stating it does come in dbox, and when we went, the dbox seats didn't work. We contacted cineplex and got our courtesy passes. But otherwise the experience was great and so was the movie.

  • Dmitry Tsibyakov

The slot machine " Dinamo" didn't work properly on Monday 07 Aug. I paid for game, time started but puck didn't appear. After that I turned to man who checked tickets. He promised to ask someone, but nobody come to this place. What kind of mess is going on in this movie theater?

  • Cesar Rodriguez

Fun place, went there 3 days in a row and it was always packed but in a good way. I can say the place looks clean and well managed. Gotta say the seats can be renovated for more comfortable ones it feels a bit overwhelming in the show rooms. I am 6ft large man gotta mention

  • furquan azam khan

It’s clean, though I have seen movies at multiple other Cineplex and by far this one is worst in picture quality and sound. The screen is too dark and lacks colours to the point that it feels like you wastes your time and money. Avoid this location if you can..!!

  • RAMIT GUPTA

very dated, seats super uncomfortable & don’t recline, bad popcorn, this Cineplex needs a big time upgrade. On the positive side, good leg space (much better than some of the others in GTA) nd even thr corner seats have a decent front view. Hence, the 2 stars :)

  • Neelu S

Cinema is good for imax movies the lower floor Cinema rooms don't have good images. We went for a vibrant bollywood movie that's full of bold colours and the screen only showed reds and pinks. Good location but heard they will destroy it soon and make condo's.

  • AAKASH JOSHI

Horrible experience today... We were watching a movie in Aud #9 and there was chewing stuck on my seat as well as something was spilled.. I didn't expect that and all the got stuck on my jacket. Don't you guys do a basic clean up after the movie ends?

  • Harjason Singh

Cineplex is my go-to place for movies. The theaters are comfortable, and the screens and sound quality are top-notch. Their popcorn and snacks are tasty, albeit a bit pricey. The staff is generally friendly, and the overall experience is enjoyable.

  • Rizwan M.A Hai

Oppenheimer experience was a disappointment. The screen is dull, lacking brightness and the black bars around the display were clearly visible the whole time during screening. In addition, the sound quality for the standard screen is pathetic.

  • Abdul -

This theatre is insanely bad. We booked seats for Oppenheimer IMAX 70MM and when we got to the place they said the movie couldn’t properly play in IMAX 70MM. Instead of telling us in advance, they told us when we got there when the show was

  • Kristina

Theater had no Ac and when report only got we know. No compensation to sit through a 3 hr movie with no air, the seats were dirty floors sticky and bathrooms were disgusting. Dirty place. Concession employees were very pleasant and helpful

  • Nikhil Thampi

Very bad experience on Jul 30th for Oppenheimer IMAX 70 mm show. They could not show the movie in the right format even after repeated trials and they were offering normal screening. The worst part was that they showed the awesome intro

  • Marko Borkovic

Watching Oppenheimer & popcorn was good, but the acoustics of the auditorium was very poor, making it very difficult to understand what the actors were saying. Also, the sound was too loud. The floors in the aisles are super slippery.

  • Divjot Singh

It was my first experience of an IMAX screen. It was amazing! Although I wasn't able to enjoy it fully as I went late and got the first row seat, the overall experience was exceptional. Saw Oppenheimer in IMAX it was marvellous!

  • manwant nijjar

Your movie night just got even better! prime location next to square one mall makes it easy to explore and enjoy a meal before or after the show. Although some seats are outdated, but overall goof experience ….

  • Christian Dave

Went to see Oppenheimer in 70mm IMAX and it was crazy and phenomenal!!! Thanks to the projectionist and the staff who made it possible by ensuring a smooth film experience for moviegoers like me ‍♂️ …

  • Rohit Singh

I am gonna give a 5 star this time. Very good service. Lots of options. Cutting one star as price is still high. But the screen #7 here is pretty good. Fabric seats and well maintained. The staff is good.

  • J0K3R RU

Great place (just like all of them). Very clean and the staff is friendly. Only thing is there was a bit of buzzing noise from the front left speakers in number 10. Still a great experience! …

  • Ankit Saini

The location of this complex is perfect, but it gives a very old vibe. Also, it was not that clean, too. There was popcorn on the carpet everywhere as no one was cleaning it after any show.

  • Sawan Sagwal

Worst cineplex in entire Canada. Chairs are broken. You movie will start and the lights won’t go out. Nobody listens to the problems. They are too good at ignoring you and your problems.

  • Mary

We usually go to a theater in Oakville but decided to stay closer to home this time. Very clean theaters and friendly staff. Nice snack bar good food. We wish they had a VIP theater.

  • Sonu Chander

Sound quality is really great. Enough parking space for evening movie plans. The only thing they have to improve the services at the food counter. And ensure machines are working.

  • Jeff Mulder

Overall it was an ok experience, aside from the actual IMAX experience itself, which was amazing The seating had much to be desired and certainly not designed for people over

  • Ankur Mistry

Best 3d IMAX experience ever in GTA. I watched Bholaa movie. The sound and picture quality was awesome. I would definitely recommend this theatre for all Action movie lovers.

  • Rajdeep Dhillon

It’s been a good experience always to watch a movie over here. Less crowd & easy to park the car on weekends. Seating of the theatre is good but not the best. 4.5/5

  • Raj Kaur Sandhu

Diet coke today was totally water and wa s not good at all. Pleasw check your machines we r paying high money for that. It was so bad. Management should check it.

  • Abin k

Cineplex consistently lives up to expectations, providing excellent sound and screen quality that transforms each visit into a delightful cinematic experience.

  • Zainie M

Decent enough cinema. Good 3D experience and the D-Box experience was nice as well. The poutine, however, was terrible. Good popcorn though

  • Akhil Jadhav

Why too much adds. Can you start the movie on time it's been 10 min still movies are not getting showed. Please value the time of customers

  • Rebecca Garland

IMAX is amazing here. Only issue is limited food options compared to some others. If you are just in it for the movie /popcorn: perfect.

  • Dharmesh Patel

My experience was fantastic. The manager was at the elevator at the beginning and the end of the movie. Wheelchair access was easy.

  • Ali Aydin Guler

Was good not bad actually but that location it’s made me a feel about not much mix cultures left over here but love you all ✌ …

  • Tiara Sleight

I’ve been going to this theatre for over 20 years and it never disappoints. Recently saw Oppenheimer and had a great time.

  • Kaan Çetin

I watched Oppenheimer in 70mm IMAX format and it was gorgeous. There should be more of it in different locations.

  • Romeni Silva

It was a very good experience. Loved the movie. Sound systems surely did justice to the horror movie.

  • The Angry Russian

Ample parking, clean washrooms, excellent service and standard food. True Russians eat the Popcorn !

  • Suneta Sharma

Thrilling movies and beautiful ambience of the cinema halls enhances your experience …
