I am a big time movies fan & hardly miss any chance to experience. Cinepolis is my personal favourite. Cinepolis NSP location and the one in Unity One Rohini was my go to place for movies. Now, let’s talk about this masterpiece! This is probably the biggest of the Cinepolis so far with as good as 10 screens. Seats are too comfortable even if keep the recliners apart, the normal seats are larger than any other cinema offering tickets in such price. Too comfortable! The audio & visual quality has set a new standard altogether, watch it to feel it. Cafeteria offers sitting space, so if you’re early for your movie, sit, relax & grab a quick bite. The combos are curated well & priced fairly. Aesthetic ambience, luxurious feel & lavishly designed property. The most important factor that steals the show for Cinepolis is the selection of their crew. Visit any Cinepolis & you’ll find the most courteous staff. Cheers for their staffing ability. Movies are experience & to have a lifetime experience, Cinepolis Pacific Mall NSP is a must visit. Last but not the least, uber clean washrooms to maintain proper hygiene all the time

Visited to watch MI on 21.07.2023 ....booked 2 tickets in last row of screen 3...Executive K5 and K6...K6 seat had stains and on it...filthy cup holders...Also one major problem with Cinepolis, Rohini seating are the seats itself....they have split seats lower half of which auto fold when not in use....firstly they are not reclinable....limiting the comfort....secondly they are not maintained...the K5 seat was having cushion issues....hard spots on cushion....also almost every chair on which was occupied was making creaking noises....ruining the comfort and movie watching experience....Very much costly cinema hall with comfort levels of old single screen theaters. Pathetic to say the least.

Very neat and clean with a good ambience movie theatre...I always prefer this movie theatre to watch any movie...screen as well as sound is superb and it is very convenient to reach at rohini west metro station and the mall is attached to this metro station... Anyone can easily reach by metro and by road it is also convenient because it is situated on the main road...If anyone can experience any movie in this theatre for the first time then from next time they came here due to their services and location...prime service as well as location

Definitely a great place to watch movies. Screens are best, sound quality is impressive, all people work here are polite. 2D and 3D you can watch both here. If you're thinking about to watch movie here then this place is superb with 0 problems. Their seats are pathetic. Seating their for around 3 hours make my back pain. And it's not just the rohini one. Same for NSP and Saket I took a girl I liked on a date to Cinepolis Saket and we both hated their seats. They need to learn from their branch in Andheri, Mumbai. They have amazing sofa seats and their prices are half of the Delhi units. I would never watch a film in any Cinepolis in Delhi ever again. PVR and INOX are superb in every aspect than them

The place is just awesme. Looks like five star hotel. Great cinema hall. Seats are comfrtable. Sound quality Is also very good. Seats are at Good distance From the screen. Location is also accessible in exit of Rohini West metro station. Amazing experience here. It's a good place to hangout with your friends and loved ones. One of the best thing about the cinepolis Staff is vaccinated. Must visit guys, if u want to enjoy the high class movie in cinema.

Today i book jawan movie and my ticket for 12:40 afternoon and no is k 8,9,10 ,and I ordered jumbo combo and water bottle at counter which is cost me around 940 Rs, for tht I didn't get any bill as suggested by the person in white dress and in specs..tht bill is come at your mobile no...even they didn't offer me jawan combo which is less in cost and give unlimited cold drinks refill....Bad experience and unprofessional staff on counter

I recently visited Cinepolis movie theatre, Screen 2 and while the seats and screen quality were good, I was disappointed with the sound quality. During action scenes, the sound was not up to the mark, and I could clearly hear a crackling sound, which took away from the overall movie experience. It's essential for a theatre to provide top-notch audio to complement the visuals, and this was a letdown.

Nice Experience with a blissful view of surroundings and a good ambience. You would get Different Brand's outlet here and Beer Cafe,KFC, Domino's etc. and the Cinepolis theatre here is also Good. I would recommend this place to visit to watch Movies with wonderful sound quality of Dolby and a Good big screen with Comfortable seats and the best fact is the price isn't very high.

if you are looking for good 3d screen they have their 3d 2d both are of good quality i have watch 20+ movies they are very good in cleaning and their waiting area is also good with sitting sopa with fine quality they they 2 type of chair for watching movie the lower one are not that comfortable but the uper one is good they are automatic sofabed

My experience has been good, quality & colours of the screen is also good One good thing in this cinema is that the hand wood stick on the side of the cinema seat can be folded easily. I watched yesterday adipurush the movie is not good but the Cinepolis audi 2 sound quality also not good enough..past i watched RRR at that time i felt same about the sound & i told to a employee but i think they dont want to fix everytime the sound go high in a movie scene i feel that the sound is cracking & i was irritating littlrely

The theater is good.. picture quality is awesome..a bit disappointed in sound quality..idk or it was because of the movie...they do show more advertisement than showing trailers.. that's the only negative I'd add.. Food as usual is always expensive compared to movie tickets.. something that should be controlled globally..

Services and staff are pathetic. Staff doesn't know how to talk and feels like a weekly market because staff constantly keep on selling their food items forcibly during the whole time. Too much nuisance from staff. Seats are not comfortable. They blast their ac, till it feels like a refrigerator.

The seats are a little different from your usual PVR Cinemas, they aren't very comfortable and have smaller seats and less space. The whole ambience is ok, little less lighting. Regarding popcorn they were not as good as we get in PVR, while the price is almost the same, their nachos is good.

I would recommend not to visit the theatre at all. The seats are not at all comfortable. They do not recline. They seem to be seats to some cheap single screen cinema with just cushion added on it. This is not expected when you pay 400 Rs for ticket

Have a good location, matro is near and provide best quality services. Seats are comfortable and light inside the theater is good. Tickets rate is affordable. Staffs are good and provide huge space for parking. Cafeteria of mall is also good.

It's overall a good theatre but screens are not clean, especially Screen 4 which has multiple spots and smudges. The ticket prices of Cinepolis are highest in Rohini area, so a dirty screen is not acceptable.

The mall is really a good place to visit and the best part is you can visit this place directly from the metro station named "Rohini west". Inside the mall Dominos, Cafe teria, and the Ladies cosmetics .

1st visit in cinepolis unityone rohini, friendly staff, seats are ok ok, nice atmosphere, neet and clean washrooms, parking available from inside and outside of mall, best part connect with metro station.

Sound and screen is okay. The l row in screen 2 has the worst kind of seats. I don't if they're supposed to be recliners or whatever. They don't function quite properly and aren't comfortable at all.

Very very bad experience today at cinepolis. A man one seat ahead was bothering so much. Using bad language and misbehaving. He was drunk. Will never go again to watch movie in cinepolis.

Bad seats in prime as well, movie start time was 4pm and till 4.05pm they are doing cleaning and staff ask to wait outside only. simultaneously they also started screen.

Excellent Ambience and temperature control, Multilevel Secure parking is available inside unity one mall. Screens are big and clear, Sound is not too loud but it's fine!
