Cinepolis

On the 14th of November 2023, I attended a screening of Tiger 3 at Cinepolis Bhandup 11:25 PM show where an alarming incident occurred. A group of 15-20 anti-social elements entered the hall and initiated violence, forcing many families, including mine, to flee for safety. Despite the severity of the situation, the response from both the mall management and security was inadequate. With only one security guard and a handful of toilet cleaners present, the situation escalated, leaving attendees in a vulnerable and distressing state. I urge a thorough investigation into this incident to ensure the safety of future patrons.

The theatre atrium is quite spacious with plenty of places to sit around.. The snack bar is right in front of you once you enter with a lot of choices on movie snacks. The decor is quite pleasing but the use of too much white tends to get a bit boring after a while. Other than that, there's a 'Coffee Tree Café' to the left which had plenty of choices. The coffee is pretty good here. When it comes to the cinema experience, the seats are quite large and extremely comfortable. If you do choose the VIP seating, you're in for one cushy seat!

Saw MI in Auditorium 6 today. The speakers are bad. Right surround speakers are screeching. The screen has a small cut in the bottom center. Front left speakers are too sharp. Subs were good, though. This spoiled my overall experience. And to add to it. The exit takes you straight to Mall's floor outside theatre. And since this is a non operational mall over weekends, washrooms are locked. So, once you exit the theatre, you don't have access to washrooms. Good luck with that.

This is my first and last time at the Cinepolis to watch Dr. Stragre Madness of Multiverse. Here, Interior is well-maintained but seats are in terrible condition. Most of seats in VIP class are worn out and torn. Apart from this I enjoyed the show. Acoustic is well. Audio & Visual effects are pretty good. Position of VIP seat is the best and really comfortable. First show (Morning shows) are delayed by 30 minutes, when I went.

I'm happy to watch movie here as it's nearer location but from past experience I would like to give review...here never movies starts on time and also take more time for an interval..... I would request management to work on timing start movie and less time of interval... it would be great...in other theatres everything on time...like Inox....pvr n etc...but Cinepolis must have work on it....are you doing guys purposely....

I recently visited Cinepolis, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambience of the theater itself was outstanding. The interior design was modern and comfortable, creating a cozy yet luxurious feeling. The seating was spacious and comfortable, ensuring an enjoyable movie-watching experience.

Good ambience. The sound quality is good. I had visited screen no. 6. Must say have a very good seating, ni obstruction of the front row persons head. Very clear view of the screen. Of course, the snacks are pretty expensive like other multiplexes. But overall, it's a good experience. One star has been deducted as I had visited here many times, but they never start the show on time.

Pathetic management by the Cinepolis. We went to watch a 3d animated movie. However, the screen doesn't give the perfect 3d effects. They stopped the movie for the interval and forgot to switch on the lights in theatre and the interval was for approximately 25 mins. It is worth watching a regular movie. Don't go and watch the animated effect movies.

Worst place for watching movie not proper entrance and at the interval of the movie housekeeping staff were standing outside of the washroom and telling all public that there is no water in the washroom this is how Cinepolis management is playing game with the health of people who r coming to watch movie after spending money

The multiplex is decently maintained inspite of being inside the almost defunct Magnet mall in Bhandup. The less than satisfactorily maintained parking space and the mall premises are an issue, but it's okay for merely catching up on a movie. The screen sizes and the sound quality of the multiplex are average at best.

I regularly visit cinepolis Bhandup and it really decent place. They have maintained the standard with good seat qualities and cleanliness at their place. Movie viewing experience has always been a pleasure and the visuals and sounds system has always been above expectations. The ticket rates are okish type

Nicely located and easily accessible. But in current visit the theatre of course located in Mall but they don't keep escalators in running condition. You need to use lift always. 6 theatre multiplex but this time we got broken seats. So may be sure of stairs escalators and seats when you go.

This place needs major improvements. Air conditioner is not working, lift till the theatre is not working and vendors are very less for food. The mail in which it’s located should be declared a “bhoot Bangla”, water dripping everywhere, minimum lights, no shops or restaurants- super spooky.

Inspite of taking and paying for cheese popcorn, they give less cheese and when asked, behave very rudely with guests and charge extra for additional cheese. Whatever they display on board for rates is not what they deliver. Fake promises being made.They have no value for customers.

This theatre is now open in 100% seating capacity.. You can park your vehicle at basement parking after paying nominal parking charges. Theatre is having a huge lounge area to wait till your show timing.. Very hygienic washrooms are there for adults and for kids too.

3rd class please dont go in this cinema , staff bihavior is not good galti se koi dusare seat par baith gaye agar seat khaali hai fir bhi staff show time me akar disturb karte hai , sound speaker fata huwa hai bad experiance please dont go

Don't visit with family or with your gf bcoz there was chapri people's also available over there they will keep disturbing you while watching the movie and yes if you want to waste more time then you can go to watch because this people …

The theatre is OK... I watched various movies there and the experience was good... The audio was good enough and the seating arrangement was okay... The AC was up to the mark..Toilets were clean...Drinking water available...

Watched Suzume an anime movie the experience was best Audio was good enough and seating arrangement is okay... This theatre is quite compact in size recommended by me for regular movie watchers... …

The theatre is fine. It needs better management to manage the high influx of customers. The lifts are faulty and take a lot of time. You can face issues at the time of the exit if you are going for the first time.

The operator started the movie, in some other language and it wasted 15 minutes also the show was already delayed by 45 minutes. Post interval the screen remained blank for more than 30 minutes really pathetic

Has comfortable seating with large legroom, No seating in the entire multiplex is uncomfortable for viewing well maintained and affordable pricing better experienced, The sound systems also was good

I had visited 05/08/2023 ,1.20 show film mission impossible. Nice movie, theater also good but my suggestion to management that you should keep some more light at intervals and end of movie Thanks.

Very good ambiance, but the theatre experience was good, not great. The sound quality was on a lower but the overall experience was good. The popcorn rates are as high as other pvr theaters.

Very uncomfortable seats. I wonder how many people have found them comfortable here. Otherwise good screen on which I watched the movie.
