One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. First-time shopper, asked manager about potential to try on bathing suit, was shouted at that the fitting rooms had been closed for over two years and she didn't think corporate would ever open them. Listen Linda, you work at a clothing store...it's not that serious. Also, she still didn't answer my question. On the bathing suit rack there are separates and matching sets-which come on the same hanger with one tag. I assumed incorrectly that this was one price for the set as a whole. The cashier didn't acknowledge me verbally or even make eye contact until I asked why she rang the tag twice for one set and she said they individual pieces and needed to be rung as two pieces. Very rude when I said I didn't want to pay over $20 for a suit marked $10.99 that I can't even try on. I wouldn't return if every clothing store closed and my clothes all burned up. Last resort... Birthday suit is better than shopping here.

I totally love this place! In a pinch if you need some decor, shoes Galore and all sorts of accessories and cute clothes for a pretty good price you can't go wrong here. Everything is trending I would say that it's never really low on stock. You can get a lot of things here from Electronics to winter coats to Home Goods it's like a TJ Maxx Ross but on a different Spectrum they have hella shoes there! If you want to get some Club close or just some sexy stuff definitely a place to go!

They have a nice selection for baby's, boys, girls, men and women..but it was my first time ever being in the store. if you a skinny dude like me that wears 32 or 30's you might be hard pressed to find pants or shorts. the lowest size I seen was a 34 and there weren't to many of that size either. But they got a gain of shirts and other odds and ends.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The clothes are very nice and the prices are fair. I bought a lot of night clothes and have enjoyed sleeping in everyone of them. I always wanted to wear a pajama shorts set but I never did because I weighed over 300 pounds. So when I lost 185 pounds so I decided to buy several of the sets and loved everyone of them.

I was there today at 5pm and they only have one cashier open and they had 1person working on the floor doing the clothes and the Asian girl who was doing the cashier she was slow and she had a line and she didn't call for help at all. I love the clothing but I don't like the way the don't care about the customer.

I was very impressed on how organized this store was. A lot of variety. I wish to see more baby items and a working bathroom would have been appreciated as I was walking with my sister who is almost 7 months pregnant. Overall the store is clean, organized and all of the employees greeted us.

Great deals on clothes, was able to find items that I haven't seen in other stores. Just a little under-staffed. The poor girl running the cash register probably worked the entire night without a break. All in all, however, I'd recommend checking this place out.

I have been waiting for them to open for the longest!! So glad they finally did. They are definitely taking precautions to ensure the safety of their customers. Even rearranged the store to enforce social distancing rules.

This one needs better customer service agents. I know that the head manger is very prejudice and believes all black people still through one of their employees. The atmosphere is much better at the one on beach.

Loved the clothes...but I could only find 3 pairs of shorts my size which I only bought one...but ayeee I liked the store just order more 32 size shorts...and small shirts for men...#CitiTrendsApproved …

Today I went to the store around 6pm, the clerk who attended me is very rude, she does not return the greeting or respond when thanked, with that treatment one loses the interest of buying in that place

I'm never going to shop anywhere else ever again. I love this place so much, my sister have been telling me about this place but I have never looked. I absolutely love it

I love going in and just walking the aisles. It seems there is new ownership that is taking over because the place is very neat and clean now. Everyone is really nice.

Love this place. You should check that out. Affordable price and the quality is amazingly fantastic. There it is I just found my place.

I go to this location a lot. Decent prices & I always come out with more than what I went in there for.

Always find what I'm looking for I like this location but I love the Norwood and commonwealth location.

They have wonderful customer service and they are very helpful to all who I watch come in the door.

Clothes are CUTE and reasonable, but staff is not all with it at the register at all ....
