I was making an exchange there was one register open.. it was 30 minutes before closing... There was this one lady that was taking forever and a damn day to check out because she wanted to use her coupon. There was the cashier and another older lady standing around doing I don't know what.. And she avoided eye contact with me... Never once did she (referring to the older lady who was clearly ignoring me) say she'll (referring to the cashier) will be with me or anything.. She decided to mind the cashier and her customers business by putting in her two sense and still haven't assisted me... All in all she was not trying to help me and she was standing behind a register the whole time... I don't care what time it is you open a damn register and you assist a damn customer.. I absolutely HATE to be ignored... That is all...

Store was decent. My problem was the lead cashier gave me a hard time when I was returning an item I had a receipt for. It clearly showed it was a cash purchase but he argued it was paid by a gift card and so wanted to refund me with a gift card instead of cash which was the original form of payment. When I started to question him a little more I was told to he became very passive aggressive and repeatedly said, “you’re good, I’m the lead cashier and since I do have cash in my drawer I can give you cash but the register is showing you paid with a gift card.” I was caught off guard by his poor customer service since I clearly had the receipt. He needs to be retained as lead cashier. I did not get his name but his name tag said he is into video games. He was a young male wearing a demon slayer t shirt and glasses

Not usually a place I shop. Went in to get a few outfits for Angel Tree recipients. Found out you really have to watch their prices and Supposedly SALE tags. Things that were on sales rack on three different items were rang up at not sale price but regular price. What cost me 40 ish at first rang up over 70.00 When I asked about this it was as though I was crazy for questioning their tactics. Please watch your receipt. I feel this is a sales tactic to make more revenue for their store. In these difficult times every dollar count for a lot of us!

I don't know what it is about Florida and the clothing stores. It's been awhile since I've been inside an Old Navy, but I definitely remember it being more fashionable then this was. I used to find cute items in here, but now it seems they are shifting who they market too. It looks like something a mom in a TV commercial would wear, And that's not good at all. Either it's that or the stores in Texas are just better. I would still get items for my kids here, but the adult clothes are very tacky and no longer trendy at all

I decided to do some after Christmas shopping with a hope of getting some bargains. I purchased some cute Fair Isle sweaters for 50% off (I got that cute term from Mindy Kaling on IG). I also purchased a few pieces of custom jewelry and snagged a cute pair of booties for $15 dollars. Also, all the jeans were 50%. I must say you can get some reasonable and trendy styles at Old Navy. As I get older, I notice the styles at Old Navy align more to my current style in comparison to my early 20s.

I like Old Navy. The have the best sales!. I just purchased 9 pants and 2 pairs of shorts (boys size 14 &16). I only spent $150. I haven't found too many stores that I can do that in. The only negative thing I have to say is that you must be mindful of how you care for them because may shirnk when washed and dried. (I've experienced that before). Other than that old navy has my vote. They have cute clothes for the girls and boys. The quality is not so bad for the price.

Amazing and incredibly helpful staff! We had a great time here and never felt rushed as our kids seemed to dominate the dressing room with all the clothes they were trying on. A few clothing items were jumbled... but that can be hard to manage on a holiday sales weekend. They did a great job circling the store and keeping it as tidy as possible. Oldnavy is my fav store. The staff comes and goes so its hard to rate them on a scale of how well their customer service skills are being that i do not know their name. The managers on duty are always super friendly but the supporting staff can use some work with greeting customers when they first see them and asking do they need help instead of socializing.

excellent customer service, i was in town a few weeks ago and needing to get some new clothes so i came here. everyone was inviting and welcoming especially the girl Jordyn who checked me out, my card was having trouble and instead of seeming irritated like other places are she was very patient until i figured it out. would definitely shop here again :)

Waited for 45 minutes for an employee to ask a damn question to the manager if they carried size 1 jeans their responses we do not carry size 1 jeans because no one seems to fit into them yet they carry double zero zero two and four never again will I shop at Old Navy y'all r nothin but crap. Very displeased.

Due to the sale & tax free weekend it was crowded & the line was super long when we walked in.....when I tell you the Customer Service Reps were doing the darn thing I mean it. They were getting people through that line with a smile...great experience & great deals too! …

Great selection and super kind staff. We walked in on a Sunday minutes before closing. Since we were unaware how late it was, the staff kindly advised us what time they'd be closing, but never pressured us to make our selections and leave. Very professional and kind.

It's an ok store as far as Old Navy goes but sales signs were posted over stuff that was not a part of the deal. Checking out took longer than the entire trip getting my son's jeans. There was only one register open although there were 3 people behind the counter.

Fast and easy check out. Sizing is true to size, shoes are comfortable. Jeans fit the tush nicely. Clearance always have gems. Ive worked retail before going corporate. Most shoppers Qualify for the extra 20% off if you're not asked, ask the cashier.

Curbside pick-up at this location is basically useless. I have ordered 3 things now and every single order was cancelled because they cannot “find the items”. One order was for a single tee shirt in a basic color. Don’t waste your time!

The store and employees are great. The 3 star is because of the credit card issues. Old navy cancels the card if not used for 6 months and you cannot reapply now. Even if you reapply you take a credit hit.

Great selection. Courteous employees. Was during tax break weekend for going back to school.. it was slammed. But the employees were working very hard to try to help customers and keep things organized.

Friendly staff. Good jean sale. There are not a lot of variety of jeans on sale. The sign says 50% off, but it was up to 50% off on items in the store. Still got good quality for a good price.

Great selection, staff is extremely helpful but as with every Old Navy, checkout is so slow. It is not the staff's fault, Old Navy really needs to revamp their checkout lane.

Very nice store! The ability and variety of clothes were great. I do feel like they could use some extra help with more staff! Overall one of my favorite places to shop!

I think it is bad customer service when you cannot pay your credit card bill in store. I saw some safety issues at this location today, otherwise I enjoy shopping here.

Great sale going on right now. Cashier was rude, not only to us, but also the cashier next to her that was trying to help her. Otherwise, everything was good as usual.

Amazing, friendly staff and all the cheap tshirts and shorts you need for the summer so you don't care if you spill wine or bbq sauce on.
