Excellent prices, quality suits, expert alterations, but the problems I encountered when picking up my suits and slacks dragged down the entire experience. When I came to pick them up a day after they were supposed to be done, the clerk behind the counter could only produce one of my three pairs of slacks. She asked for my alteration stubs, which she said were supposed to be stapled to my receipt, but I told her nobody gave me anything. So I had to produce an ID and sign a book since I didn’t have the stubs. The clerk then gave me a handful of stubs for the remaining items and said they would be in the back of the store. I gave the tickets to the woman in the back, who still had to finish pressing my suits (which should have been ready the day before). Not only that, she looked high and low and couldn’t find my slacks. We both then went back up to the front, where the clerk looked again and found the missing slacks in the same place as the first pair. While struggling to put a plastic bag over my suits, she dropped one of them on the floor and clumsily put it back on the hanger. After all of this, there was not one word of apology for all the time this snafu cost me. And not one word of thanks for my business. This will be the last time I patronize K&G, and I will be sure to share my experience with my friends.

I used to live in the subs of Chicago I had bought suits/shirts ect. and Taylor my clothes at K&G stores since I'm a slim guy and never had an issue before. So I went here to get a jacket they did not had my size but another store had it so I had a wait til they transfer it to this store which it was not a big deal a week later they call me letting me know they had it, the sleeves were long I ask for short but again no big deal lets get it to my size either way, I was told to wait another week so they'll get it to my fit whole week later I come back and it's not done!?!? Reason; the jacket was not paid. First I was never charged, I got measured and told a week it will be ready. Second they had my cell number and no one took the initiative to call me and let me know the situation They did it before. Last but not least the staff should help the customer not the way around. I walk in asking for my order and the lady tells me to look for it on the rack if I see it, I told her I do not see it, there were so many jackets on the rack, so she was like can you go look or ask on the back where they get Taylor (what!!!) I almost told her do I look like I work here? But I was like no big deal I will see what's up for you. Tip; communication is the key

This place really has a great selection of clothing for work,church, and any business casual event for all ages! Its an added bonus of providing a tailor to do any alterations the customer made need. As I am a young admin professional, I am not able to afford the places that prices suit sets at 89.99 and higher so this place is pleasantly affordable! They even have signs everywhere in the store to where if you text a certain number there will be a response text with a discount code u can use on your purchase! Heck yes discount! My bill went from $123 to $106 with my 20% off! The clearance rack have great pieces of clothing where as other stores put the bottom of barrel clothing on their clearance rack. My overall experience shopping here was simply just great. The store layout sections are labeled big and clear, the clothing is organized very well. Its always nice to not have to search through clutter. Right at the front door i knew where womens dresses, blouses and pants were. I personally loved the overhead intercom music playlist as well.. As you can see you guys, you wouldnt be disappointed shopping here! Happy shopping! Oh i had to come back to let you guys know the staff were very nice and helpful guys!

Left on the Internet found this place was told it was the best place to go for what we needed. We got there they didn’t have the colors we needed invest it was a last minute thing. We ended up having a girl help us get a dress shirt for my brother and a tie, and the shirt that she gave him was the wrong size he ended up not wearing it paid so much money for nothing. I was so very displeased that even though she measured him she gave him the wrong size because it was just way too tight And it did not fit right like I said he did not end up using the shirt and up tossing it it could’ve ruined a lot, but oh well it was what it was. We still made it to the quinceanera wasn’t wearing what he wanted to, but there was nothing else there for what we were looking for very displeased. Young lady needs to learn to do a better job at measuring people.

My husband and I are renewing our vows next week. He has been picky about what he is wearing for the occasion. I got in the store and left him after the first 10 minutes of his indecisiveness. When we met back up he was with DeAndre who had given him options and helped him find exactly what he wanted. I was impressed. DeAndre had the best attitude and patience with him and we really appreciated his expertise. The staff was dressed professionally. The store was extremely neat and clean. The prices were reasonable. We were impressed and will be back asking specifically for Deandre. He kept us laughing, turning what had began as a stressful experience, a joyful one. THANK YOU!!

Terrible customer service. An associate was helping my son find a suit when I turn around to look for him and he was with another customer, measuring, making suit suggestions. All the while my teenage son is standing there having no clue what to look for. Ultimately I ended up measuring him myself and finding something as close to what he needed as we could....as a result alterations cost over $100....smh. the sales associate never came back to help but as we're checking out he told the cashier we were "his customer". I can only assume it's for the commission. We will not to back.

Mr dandrea is terrible and rude the store ok but he is the worst he look at u crazy talk to u like u aggravating him we was in there to pick my lil brother who just passed away a suit to put on we all was sad and not feeling up to it but we knew we had to do it so for him to act how he did was a bad look for the store u never know what people going through it just made us feel worser than we already did shame on u (DANDREA) he is a short and bald man be ware

I enjoyed my visit today I was greeted as I walk through the door, I asked a simple question and staff was able to answer me honestly. I'd like to say the staff was attentive to my presence, but in a good way. I've been to similar places where the staff follows you around like a cat follows a mouse waiting for you to pick something out as if you're going to steal it. I did not get that impression here I felt at ease to browse. I will be back.

OMG, thee worst K&G I've ever been to. Have shopped K&G ever since 1998. This particular store was unorganized, unkept the store sales people were dressed in DIRTY Sweat suits and Du-Rags, No customer service skills and appeared agitated when questioned about products or help.....Will NEVER patronize this location again, and nor will I recommend it to Anyone...Jacksonville Fla. location

Me & my son came last week and was it a treat! Mr. Deandre assisted us as we were green to the process of purchasing a suit. Mr. Deandre went ABOVE AND BEYOND assisting and all of that & he doesn't get a COMMISSION??? AWESOMENESS personified in Customer Service! The powers that be should change their implementation & give their employees commission for their expertise skills!

Clean, well lit and organized store. We were shopping for my wedding suit and found the one I had always wanted. They have tons of choices for anyone's taste. Also, the tailor in the back was awesome! He was able to get my new pants hemmed in under an hour as we don't live in Jax. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for nice clothes at a good price.

Nice selection but reeeaaalllyyy slow service. We were the first in line and waited 15 minutes for someone to come up. By the time someone came up a couple had gotten behind us. When someone did show up, they had the people they were helping jump the line. Those guests went back WHILE AT THE REGISTER to grab more stuff. When we finally went up no apologies or anything.

Found a suit for my brothers wedding fast. The employees were very knowledgeable. Got me set up with a shirt as well. Tonya has some of the best customer service for any clothing store I have been to in recent years. Great place to shop and fine what you need, but they need to do something about their staff. I've been going to this place for 5 years shopping and spent alot of money. My only problem is that I'm constantly followed by the same short black guy as if I'm stealing. It's not a good feeling to be followed around the entire store like you're some type of criminal..

Everytime that I come to K&G to get a suite or some things for clothing. I always make sure DeAndre is the person to help me. Now there has been a couple of time that he wasn't, then I go to some else. I will tell you, they all give amazing customer service. I really love how they operate with the customer. A friendly atmosphere.

I haven't been to K&G Fashion in a long time. But today I was so excited about all of our purchases. Not just because of the great deals we got but also for finding the right items when they seemed to be the last ones left! And the cashier and associates gave wonderful customer service as well. I look forward to our next visit.

Customer service needs some help. Employees seem to be in a hurry. The employee proceeded to tell me a shirt would fit and come to find out that the shirt didn't fit so I'll grab another size and he told me that that could fit. So he was just telling me that whatever I wanted to hear so I would hurry up and shop and leave.

Horrible customer service. My husband was never greeted or assisted. All the workers do is look semi good in suits. I found pants to purchase and was in line for 15 minutes. Plenty of cashiers but they rather talk to one another instead. They won’t get my hard earned money. Clearly they could care less about the customers.

Worst experience I've ever had in the store. Walked around for 10 to 15 minutes looking for suits no one asked if I needed assistance. The one sales person that I asked what the best deal was pointed in the direction of a rack of suits and went back doing what she was doing. It will be a while before I go back!

I've shoppes at K&G all over the country and this is by far my favorite one. I can always find nice clothes and shoes for the lowest prices ever. They have a large variety of styles and name brands for a fraction of the cost. Even though it is technically a men's store, they have a huge section for women.

I came in the store tonight to look for a bow tie and square. I was in the store approximately 15 minutes. I passed at least three different employees including two at the front counter. I was not greeted by anyone. Nobody bothered to ask if they could help. In my opinion that's not good for business.

Shanea and the gentleman who is the store manager were both extremely helpful. They held a suit for me for 4 days without taking a deposit and then made sure that everything was right and helped me get matching accessories as well. Love these guys and ladies, and keep up the good work!

Great prices on suit separates! We found a complete Calvin Klein suit for my spouse ($150), in the exact color we need for our wedding. The employees are not very helpful, so make sure you go in already knowing your size and what you’re looking for, because they will not help.
