I've been coming here since they opened up over a year ago. Normally they're very clean, attentive and professional. However within the last several visits over a course of 3 months to this location the following has taken place: used mask all over the floor, unattended clothes in the dryers for more than an hour to the point that you can't dry your clothes. There's a young lady who seems to normally be there in the mornings, I've tried to address her about these concerns and her response was with an "not my problem" can't do anything about it attitude. After the 3rd time of addressing this I then asked for the manager and she sarcastically responded she was the manager. To avoid any further unneccessary confrontation with her I asked for the owner and which she replied " there is no contact info for the owner. At which point I've reached out to the BBB and made a complaint. I love this establishment and usually they are on point but if you have employees who want to behave as if they have better thing to do with their time or as a customer you're interrupting their personal phone/text conversations to address a issue at that moment then expect more complaints and god-forbid an altercation. I am not the only customer with this problem and that employee.

This laundry is very clean the machines give good water the dryers work well But what I find is a major rip-off which should not be accepted in our community is the fact that in order to use your credit or debit card to put money on your laundry card you have to put either $10,$20 or $30 at a time on your card you should be able to add as little or as much money as you need to do your laundry so even if you just need to wash and dry one load and maybe that cost $5 you have to put $10 on your card in order to wash Second rip off is the prices of the machines they are all odd numbers like $4.64,$3.23 or $5.39 what this does is it does not allow you to use all of the money you put on your card it will always be an odd amount left on your card like $0.23 or $.17 and they keep that money and if you have more than one card they don't combine the cards you just lose whatever is left on your cards

First time visiting this location, they had a Grand Opening promotion. The staff member at the time was welcoming, nice, and very helpful. A decent sized laundromat facility thats clean and well kept, has plenty of machines of various sizes for your convenience as well as folding counters. The laundromat also has several wall mounted TVs tuned to various channels for your entertainment, vending machines with drinks and snacks, a customer service and lounge area. Overall I had quick and good experience and I would recommend this laundromat. This place is open 24 hours with attendant on duty and plenty surveillance cameras and it's own parking lot.

I give this laundry mate 3 stars because it's very clean!! I just want to know why they don't have any chairs? For the entire time, I had to stand? They lifted the covid restiction, I guess they didn't hear about it!! Also, you are telling me that a few chairs located throughout this spacious laundry mate can endanger my life? They want us to pay money and make sure you leave quickly. QUESTION: Who is gone to hang out in the laundromat for fun once they finish their cloths? IF YOU CAN SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE UNTIL THEY GET CHAIRS!!!!

Living in an apartment means I got to get my laundry done elsewhere. Thank goodness I went when I did as the employee, Laura, made it super easy. She maintained a well-organized system for sorting and folding laundry, ensuring a quick and hassle-free experience for me. Despite the busy environment, she managed to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on the quality of her service. 5 stars for taking care of something I hate doing.

This is not my first time at this location on Southern Blvd in the Bronx, but it was a memorable one. Keith was the attendant Saturday morning 6/2 and he was very helpful, courtesy, and professional. I was even able to get a free wash this time which was a plus for me . I don't like that the dryers are 30 cents, but this laundromat is clean, and the washers and dryers are fast.

Great laundromat!!! I’ve been coming here since they opened and it’s always clean! At first the folding area was extremely dusty from the lint but they’ve been doing a great job and cleaning that space as well! I do notice that they up charge for using the water but overall they’re excellent and most importantly the customer service is amazing!!!!

They very clean and open 24hrs. They offered wifi, but that is no longer the case. They recently did a new paint job and they are doing more promotions. They have added addtional seats, which is awesome. But they seem to always have the bathroom out of order during the overnight. Guess its becauae of the homeless that enter the store.

Went there to wash my clothes during the daytime and a very nice blonde girl with the name Crystal attended me. She helped me with washing my clothes and choosing the right soaps for my clothes .It was nice to find the store clean and the tv on at a moderate level to also be able to have a conversation with other people in the store .

Big machines with those with multiple loads, if I recall the biggest washer is $13.00. The attendant was non stop cleaning from the time I got there to I left. Customers could help out as well by picking up after themselves. Got there at 430 and was the only person until 6 hit. Will be one of my spots to wash clothes.

Every time I come here they are Pleasant, it's always clean and they are very respectful. I had to run home so I asked Jeremy if he could watch my clothes for me. When I came back not only did he watched them, but he also folded them. And I was surprised that even the manager Ricky very supportive towards patrons

The staff person was pleasant, and the atmosphere is friendly. WORD OF CAUTION, DON'T LOAD UP YOUR CARD WITH EXTRA MONEY UNLESS YOU INTEND TO KEEP THE CARD FOR FUTURE RETURNS TO THIS LAUNDRY MAT. Otherwise you'll loose the balance on the card when they return your $2.00 card rental fee back to you.

I had a lot of laundry bags and the nice Latino guy behind the counter was able to lend me a cart because all the other carts was too huge to leave the laundry Matt. If he hadn’t help me I would’ve struggled and it would’ve took me much longer to get each bag in one by one. Thank you Clean Rite!!!

Every time I go to this laundromat and Ed is the attendant working I feel no anxiety because I know any help I need will be addressed by him. Even when it’s insanely busy he finds the time to help the customers, keep the place clean, and return to his folding of the orders. Thank you Ed

This is a very friendly enviroment and I dont feel insecured about the covid cos what you breath over there is all sanitised and very clean,the employees are very helpfull specialy this worker Edd wich is a grate dude and a non stop cleaning person and always there to help,Good job CRC!

It's good and bad in here!! Some days it's clean and quick other days it's packed and insane!!! Not the WORKERS FAULT AT ALL!!!! They are great and attentive but the neighborhood ppl are just sometimes crazy. Best advice go early morning and avoid weekends at all cost!!

The machines are great. There is only one machine that's not working. My clothes washed and dried pretty quickly. My clothes smell great. I like that there is parking. The prices are amazing. The place was clean. Would be cool if they had some arcade games.

I hadn't used this location since before covid. My experience today was pleasant! Ricky made sure the location was super clean. It was a pleasure to walk In and everything was well organized and clean. Ricky has great customer service! I would recommend!

Definitely a good clean rite this one worker with blonde hair is always looking out to help machines always clean properly as well as the dryers the don’t mess up my clothes even when I do drop offs would highly recommend if you live around the area!!!

Travel is inconvenient because of the location and the train stop... but the machines are nice... brand new... and they let u dry for free. U just have to stand in front of machine and start dryer again every 8 min. But staff is very friendly.

I work at Clean-rite and I'm also a customer. It's easy to quickly get your laundry done. The store is spacious with plenty of tables and chairs while waiting for your clothes to wash/dry. If I was able to help you please give me a shout out.

So sad been coming here for years since their was free dry which was great to help save sad to say NO more free dry spent a extra $20 since the dryer’s take long to dry the cloths had to keep adding more minutes (BRING BACK THE FREE DRY)

NO MORE FREE DRY! NO MORE FREE DRY! That was the only reason I came here. The dryers don't heat well, but for free dry it was good. NOT ANYMORE! THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT A SIGN TO INFORM THEIR FORMER "CUSTOMERS".

Clean Rite Center is very satisfactory. Employees are constantly cleaning. People wear masks. There are enough machines to avoid waiting crowds.No problems refilling your money card.
