In my honest opinion, this laundromat is the best in town. It is spacious but can get pretty busy on hectic weekend peak hours, so I try to wash on weekdays whenever afforded the opportunity. The machines are relatively newer models, are well maintained and there are plenty of them. I have noticed that machines that are marked “temporarily out of service” will be operational the very next time I visit. Staff are professional and diligently tend to the machines, keep the space clean and have always been friendly and professional to myself and to my observations of interactions with other customers. There are multiple large televisions, a couple of arcade games and well stocked vending machines. I cannot speak as to the quality of their drop-off services or their prices on detergents as I have never used them but they do have a large designated area for drop-off and the employees are always busy tending to their duties. This place even decorates their large store front according to the season/holiday! They run a tight ship and seem to be very proud of the service they offer to the community. Top notch quality and business sense.

Extremely expensive if you're not a fordham college student and everyone else like long term residents who live here will cost you literally a arm and leg. Lrg washer is $7.50 med washer $6.50 and small washer $4.50. Small dryer 40 cents for 6min and large dryer 50 cents for 5min. If you need to use the restroom bring your own toilet paper the workers are real funny about letting anyone use the restroom hence no toilet paper. Hot summer days no a.c running at all at any given time day or night, only front doors open and side door open to circulate air which it does not get any circulation. Good luck sitting near the dryers on hot day or night. With the these prices the bathroom and a.c should be used to show gratitude to customers that pay a pretty penny to wash and dry here. I honestly would not recommend this laundromat. They are a few laundromats a couple of blocks from this one that offer a better value for your hard earned money. Oh and they charge $4.00 for a laundry card and u can't turn it in for a refund shady business practices at this location.

I like this place alot but I do have some concerns. Sometimes the building owner doesn't turn on the boiler in the mornings, so when you choose hot water wash on the machine, you're only getting cold water. They don't label which machines get hot water or cold water & people should get what they pay for. The dryers cost 40 cents for 6 mins?? That should be 40 cents for 10 mins, it's a money grabber and the machines don't even dry well, even when you put the settings on high. Don't lose your laundry cards as I think they cost $1 to $4 to replace. The hours are good, used to be 24 hrs but shortened which is fine. And it's pretty safe, I've heard of issues from local homeless, etc but never witnessed anything personally.

Overall, this place is to be avoided... This Laundry uses a Card system, the Card itself costs $4. Most laundries charge $1 for cards. Most laundries also offer perks like free soap, this one doesn't offer anything. Communication is poor here, for example, posted outside it says, "OPEN 24 HOURS" which it is - for drop-offs. Self service washing is limited between the hours of 7:am & 11:45pm, last wash at 10pm. This Laundry sees alot of traffic, and as such, you should keep an eye on bags and carts. I wouldn't leave anything here, expecting to find it upon returning.

Horrible customer service. They ruined my suit, my other clothes had looked like they had their cat lay on it. I had to return everyday for a week, because nobody has answers, and the staff doesn't want to call anybody. They just keep saying "Come Back Tomorrow". I had to create a scene, told the workers call someone, Owner, Manager or The Police. Then the Owner shows up and promised me the world, all I got was a ruined suit and clothes that I had to get cleaned somewhere else, and oh yeah, I paid them. Don't go here unless you like the stress.

Do Not Go Here first off I was warned by 2 of my roommates and a friend that my cloths would disappear and i did not listen .... I would Bring a bag then leave a Bag.First off I count all my socks and shirts before i take them there and overtime their would be a pair or 2 missing One day I brought my bag in and never got a bag back .... I was like where did it go the woman convinced me I picked it up ... Still with doubt I was like fine let me check my room that I lock at all times ... I did not find it ... and I am really organized ...

They charge $4.00 for a laundry card just for the right to be a customer and the girl working there said no refunds were allowed per management. Other stores in the area at least will refund your money if you don't wanna come back. Rip off City- stay away as there are newer and better laundromats in the area! Plus dryer time of 28 cents is a joke as you will never get to use the money loaded on the card! Go elsewhere and do yourself a favor!!!

It's a very spacious and clean laundromat, with mostly nice staff and customers. It's a much more pleasant place to be in than any other laundromat I have been to in the Bronx. But it's rather pricey at $3.25 for small machines, $6.50 for medium sized ones, and 6 minutes of drying for $0.40. I like the atmosphere enough that I'm okay with those rates. They keep socks left behind and sell other garments that are forgotten. Cool place overall.

I came here with my travel teen tour group and the employees went absolutely above and beyond providing help, assistance, the cheapest option available for my large group and individually named each member of the trips laundry bag so we could explore the city while they moved our laundry from the wash to the dryer incredibly efficiently and organized. They were sensational and I 100% recommend them for your laundry needs.

Expensive. 4 dollar fee subtracted on your 20 dollar wash card. Three machine prices 2.95 small 5.95 medium 6.95 large. Dry time is 35 cents for 6 minutes on the small dryer. 50 cents for 6 minutes of dry time on the large. Highway robbery. Update. They have raised their prices. $3.25 for the small. $6.25 for the medium. And $7.25 for the large. Dryers now cost 40 cents for six minutes of dry time.

Pretty much what everyone else says.. worst experience yet the driers dint actually dry your clothes, you just just end up dumping more money into the place...I now have an unreturnable $4 laundry card with .19 cents left on it that im gonna use as a coaster..may just shred it just to be rid of it..Avoid this overpriced hot scam palace if you can. Would not recommend to my enemy.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, reliable appliances! There are lots of tables for folding, and you rarely have to wait for a machine. The location is very convenient too because it’s right next to a little park, restaurants and stores.Sometimes I’ll go relax at the park while I wait to switch over my laundry.

Weekends it may be busy but I'm pretty sure you will find washing machine and dryer, sometimes the dryer won't work and if you asked a staff member for help they automatically assume that you're lying that's the only negative feedback on the staff, other than that everything is great and in a good location.

Morning shift lady irresponsible, I asked if my clothes can be ready same day she said yes. I went to go pick it up and she had done the ticket for 3 days later!!!!!! I was so mad because if thats the case I would of left my clothes somewhere else. & they dont put your clothes in plastic wrap either.

Love this laundromate so much that i go twice a month to wash cloths. Plus it has free dey with every cloths that you wash. Also great customer service thats cause i keep this laundromate in tack. My friend works here so I help here and there to make sure that people has good service.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to wash clothes here....but the owners of this laundromat are very inconsiderate they don’t give heat while it’s cold and the water in the sink is cold, they don’t have hot water imagine washing clothes while freezing!! No good‍♀️ …

Enjoy going to this laundromat! Clean environment. Courteous staff, well-kept machines! A variety of laundry products on site if you forget yours or run out. They even have a game machine to keep your kids occupied while the clothes are washing and drying!

Prices are kinda high for what you get...[$8 bucks for the largest washing machine and 40 cents for 6 minutes of drying machines] but up-charging seem the only businesses can survive. Only like that it's spacious enuff when I want to get in and out. Eh....

This laundromat is kept very clean. They have new dryers now and a new card system. The only con would be that before, dryers were .30 cents for 8 mins now, they’ve lowered it to 6 mins. You get less for the same amount :/

There is no hot water and it is also very expensive. There are sanitary laws about water temperature and these people don't obey the law. The only nice thing I can say is that the night staff is friendly and accommodating.

The place is Clean, real cold inside though. Machines are fairly decent, dryers could dry a lil better though. They have a lil amusement for both Adults and Children should they get bored. There arcade machines, etc.

Clean laundromat. Is packed every time I go but always looks clean. They even have a board dedicated to missing socks lol. The socks left behind get a second chance to find their home! So cute and clever.

Scummy laundromat. $4 for the cards isn't a even deposit, and the dryers are paid in 28 cent payments, not 25 cents, just so you can't pay it even. 28 cents? Seriously? Serious a-holes.
