I had a terrible experience with this company. They sub the artwork out to other people that come in and use their building or offices. Some guy hi-jacked my photo and called me to charge me more than I was quoted walking in. I specifically stated what I wanted to be done. Photo restoration. I got the 2 tears glued and that was it. They were telling I would get a digital copy of my photo along with a disk. I never asked for a digital copy nor a disk. However, that was supposed be at no charge due to mix up. I then questioned the cost for the restoration services for the price they were asking me to pay. The owner and I went back to back on emails. Just say they are not all together. O will not use their services again. I have used photo restoration services before on my graduation photo and it looks awesome. I will drive miles away for their services. No drama and straight up honest about what you can do. BEWARE is all I am saying.

After good work in the beginning, unreliable of late. They held one piece of mine for restoration for over a year. Most recently, subsequent to a demand letter and on May 28, 2021 while I was enroute to Charlotte District Court Small Claims division to file the case, they finally returned the work to me... incomplete. This is the first time in thirty years of working with artists and art galleries I've ever encountered a problem like this. Four stars in the beginning. 2 Star + at the end. Three overall, if they would have returned my work in a timely manner.

Art cleaned and reframed. Jennaca walked us through the process and was helpful in explaining and taking time to ensure we seen all options. Large frame selection. The noticable difference after cleaning made the Features POP when displayed. Take time to walk the Gallery interesting glass work along with jewelry made from pocket watch gears that have no soldering and spin.We will use for all our future needs Thanks and Highly Recommend. Good art. Mixed results on restoration services. My latest were not on time and definitely not in budget: 5 weeks late and over $750 more than I had agreed to pay. Other projects have been on time and in budget. Very good selection of frames and mats.

Very poor customer service and communication. Project was delayed by more than a month without a single call, email, or text to inform or explain. Work was ok, but not all issues were addressed. I would not trust them with any future projects.

I have nothing but praise to give to Coffey & Thompson. I have purchased artwork from them as well as used their framing service. Customer service is exceptional and the quality of work they put out cannot be beat.

I recently have my antique portrait painting restored, they did a great work. And Mr. Thompson is a very good person, I will come again if I have other painting to repair in the furture.

Had a great experience getting a piece framed. Helpful and knowledgeable, they really took the time to go over options with me. Highly recommended and locally owned!
