Rahul (the owner) is a nice, and more importantly an honest person! We bought a car from them, and they were very very accommodating in making sure we could get a pre purchase inspection, and ensuring we liked the car. Note that rahul has lots of cars that were in accidents, some more severe than others. We actually found a few moderately expensive issues with the car in the PPI, (any car can have issues, do your due-dilligence) and I frankly did not think I would end up buying the car, even though I liked this one the most. Rahul was amazing, and he helped us in any and every way he possibly could, working overtime to make sure we get a car we are happy with and we can trust. We were able to properly diagnose and quote out the issues, and factor them into the purchase price. He was even able to get the car aligned before we purchased the car as we had a concern with the alignment. Overall we got all the issues with the sale worked out, and Rahul did everything he could to ensure we were happy with our car. 10/10 customer service from him. We got the repairs done at the dealer after purchasing the car, and it has since been incredible, and very reliable! Would definitely buy a car from them again, and would even recommend! Although as always with any dealer, even major dealers, always get a pre purchase inspection with cars, or at least bring someone mechanically inclined to look things over. Always look at service records and a carfax! Also while Rahul doesn't have liens on any of his cars (which is awesome) always do a lien check with a serviceOntario. Overall would definitely buy from rahul again!

Hello. My experience with Coliseum Auto Sales was awesome. I was looking for my sons first car. I sent a message on CarGurus and I heard back in a very timely manner. A sales person immediately identified himself as Bruno and provided his cell number. I asked questions and i asked for the carfax to be emailed to me. We spoke on the phone several times. I wanted to come in and see and test drive the car. Due to some time constraints the opening time of 10.00 am did not work. Bruno willingly agreed to come in earlier to help me out. I met Bruno. Very friendly and polite individual. He moved several cars out of the way so I could take the car I was interested in out for a test drive. To make a long story short the car performed the way I wanted it to. I was bringing my son down the next day to test drive the car. I left a refundable credit card deposit. So as it turns out when I saw the outrageous insurance premium for a new driver in our postal code it was not going to happen. I called up Bruno and he said I understand, no problem. I said I will come in tomorrow to get the charges refunded. He said no need. Give me your CC number over the phone and i will do it. Bruno completed the transaction and then texted me a picture of the refund the receipt. I have to say that this place and Bruno it's representative both are first class and customer oriented. When my son has driven for two years and then his insurance cost will come down Coliseum Auto Sales and Bruno will be the first people I contact to view vehicles.

I had a very pleasurable experience with salesman Kevin, viewed the car I wanted to look at and called in to make an appointment because we were coming from a couple hours away for a day trip, we actually showed up late and the store was technically closed but he took us in and showed us my new car. spoke really highly and as if he was proud of what he was doing/// of the vehicle he was selling and I appreciated that. got a decent rate for a very nice vehicle and I could not be happier! the reason behind the 4 stars instead of 5. I went with a friend who was also looking to get a new car but wasn't sure which big block he wanted, he wanted to test out see what he liked best+ he saw a car he really wanted to get he was the reason we found this place, but unfortunately he wasn't able to take out the car to see what its like. and he was upset and bummed out on our long ride back home. But all in all pleasant experience my first time financing a car and Kevin was a great sales rep and a helpful guy will definitely let people know where I got my car and tell them to check it out! AND I really wanted to give 5 stars but just because my friend was just as serious to buy a car as me but he was told to come back once he sells his car but now he's not sure because he didn't get to test drive the car he wanted to potentially switch over to.

Let me start by saying how I was made to feel that I was almost an inconvenience for coming to test drive a vehicle. 1- When prior to heading to the dealership I inquire with the salesman (Rahul) if I could test drive the car, I was informed that yes. Only to be denied of such once at the dealership. Rahul stated that they didn't allow "people" to go for "joy" rides and that if I already had test drive a similar car at other dealerships then all cars drive the same, Really?!-He's excuse was that he would have to move vehicles out of the way plus the car was "cleaned" and if he allowed me to take the car out he would have to cleaned again. Wow!! All this interaction with Rahul took place while he was on his cellphone. 2- The car keys were not available when I arrived and when I asked for them, it was actually another salesman that went to "look" for them. Took almost 10 minutes. I want to make it clear that I was ready to purchased the car that day, but the way I was made feel by Rahul deterred me from doing so. I will most definitely will never buy from this dealership and will for sure never recommend the dealership. With this type of customer service, good luck staying in business and keep customers happy.

Ok first of all.. this dealership sells cars with previous damage.. get over it.. do your research.. check how bad the damage was and where it was and how well it was repaired and you'll be fine.. also odds are if the damage claim was 4 years ago it's fine.. Bottom line is they are selling your car for thousands below market value.. if you want a car with no claims buy it somewhere else and pay more.. Our issue was with the salesperson Kevin who; A) told us the price you see is the price you pay, no other fees other than tax and license. Lied.. and charged us a $500 fee for something that no one could explain.. B) we told Kevin to write up the financing with $1000 down... he didn't.. because they make more from the bank they send the deal to the higher the amount is.. we found out after the deal was approved.. C) he charged us $9995 for a car that was $7995 .. we didn't realize this until we were on our way home looking at the paperwork.. again he had already got the loan approved at the higher amount with nothing down.. we had to drive back and do the paperwork over.. So! Review your paperwork well.. every line.. but the car we bought is great..

Very happy with my overall experience dealing with Coliseum. I made an appointment to see the vehicle I wished to purchase with Kevin, and purchased it that day. It was ready for me to pick up within the week, and I was very happy to bring it home - coming from an hour away with a toddler, Kevin made sure to give me enough notice. The day I brought it home, the engine light came on, and there were no issues bringing the vehicle back to be fixed at no cost to myself. A week later, I received the vehicle again, and in a few days found a locking issue with one of the doors. Again, no hassle having them fix it, AND they gave a loaner car to me for the week they would have it so I could still get around as needed. Kevin was very accommodating for myself and my family. I had some issue with communication at first, but once I addressed it directly, I never had a problem again. I would recommend (and usually I'm not a huge fan of used dealerships, but this has been a very positive experience) and should my family be in need of another vehicle, I would visit them again.

I went yesterday as I was interested in one of the vehicles on the lot (2012 mustang). Great car but it wasnt for me. BRUNO had the car all ready to go and offered useful information about the vehicle. I felt bad but I just knew that it was not the car for me. Bruno did not make me feel pressured one bit. It felt as if he was not worried about whether or not HE sold me a car, just simply that I found something right for me. He helped calm my anxiety after I was so excited about this car by reminding me that there were many other vehicles and he could try and help me find something I like. I eventually came across a 2019 mustang. absolutely beautiful vehicle. Bruno gave me some important info about the car including its history. I was able to make an informed decision with zero pressure. For that, I am so grateful to Bruno, as buying a car is obviously a major purchase. Bruno is such a real person with great sales and customer service skills. I’ve been searching for a car but other dealerships seem to try to pull one over on me. I saw a car i liked at Coliseum and called to inquire. first off, when they answer the phone it was so welcoming. when i had arrived bruno welcomed me and my bf and spoke to us about the car and showed us everything we needed to know. he explained our best and worst case scenario then let us test drive the car even though the store was going to close in 15 minutes. as we came back from the test drive he then spoke to us again about costs and which is be more ideal. he didn’t hide any information. Even though I didn’t get to bug the car at the moment i will DEFINITELY be going back whenever I can, and that’s because of Bruno and how he spoke to us. Thank you so much Bruno!

Mislead into a scam. But I still loved the car. Bought a 1994 GTI under a contract that they fix the known issues within a week. They fixed a small portion of the problems and then said the rest were my problem. Then pointed out the fine print that mention how they would 'attempt' repairs but not actually need to complete them. The sunroof and rear hatch both were leaking. Every time it rained I got water poured onto my head and into my trunk. All the water inside the car amplified the rate of wear and tear on the car. I spent about 20,000 in repairs and maintenance over a few years to keep her running. Drove her until monthly repairs became more expensive than financing a new car. I could of bought a new car for the same price as this old one plus repairs. This took place more than a decade before this review.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went with my spouse to look at a car, the car didn’t work, needed a battery charge. The doors wouldn’t open. Took 10 minutes just to be able to start the car. Once opened it was completely disgusting inside. Radio was broken and buttons didn’t work for windows. Asking price was $11,000. I told him the highest I would go due to condition plus flat tires was $8,000. He said it was NON negotiable. I was floored. How the heck is a car price in that condition non negotiable. Makes no sense. I took my business to WESTON MOTORS and bought a car the same day for $7,000 cash. These guys are big idiots with NO customer services . These positive reviews must be from friends and family 0/10. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

I was in the market for a car and after reading through all the reviews these guys have i decided to drop by and take a look at their inventory. The sales agent i sat with was the most honest and upfront auto dealer i have ever met! when other dealers tried to push me into cars with out being clear and honest about the financing terms and condition of their cars these guys did the exact opposite. They were very clear about the condition of their cars, and showed me the car proof report for every vehicle i requested. they were also very honest about financing terms and did not sugar coat anything. I ended up not buying a new car at all but when i decide to buy a car this is the only dealership i trust to buy from.

I bought a car from Coliseum a month ago. I had a near death experience on the 400 because one of the "brand new" tires they put on this car blew after 2800km (not a puncture, the rubber completely came off). I messaged the salesperson (Kevin) and called him because they offer sort of a 36 day "warranty". I was left on read and my call was sent to voicemail. I can't comment on anything else because I haven't driven it for long. But I'm curious how they managed to pass safety (car came certified by their mechanics) with such low quality tires. I managed to get out of the situation with no accidents but the next person might not be as lucky. So.. AVOID BUYING CARS FROM COLISEUM AUTO SALES.

To start i wasn’t even greeted . I stayed looking at a car for 10 minutes. Walked to the back. Gentleman im the back was quick to set me up with one of there sales reps . Sales rep didn’t care at all . I was interested in one of there suv, the rep didn’t care all all handed me the keys and walked away . I then went to ask questions and he stayed on the phone txting and fiddling with the computer . I would have bought the suv if I actually got some info on it like carfax , used vehicle package . Service reports Jesus anything . 0 stars . Guy in the back was nice though . They have a nice supra in the back .

We went there from Welland Ontario looking at a certain car they had on the lot. Got there and there was no place to park. We went back on Saturday (this time with a phone message to Bruno). Got there and he was most pleasant. We got the best deal on the car we were looking for. I had a black 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid with LE trim and that was exactly the car I wanted to purchase. Amazing first time experience with Coliseum. Kevin was extremely supportive and provided me with enough confidence to proceed with the purchase. From the start, he just gave me the keys and let me test the car at my leisure. No strings attached for the drive test, compared to other places that charged $100 just to sit in the drivers seat. They process the plates and car registration for me, collected $200 and returned the change :) Once I picked up the car it was ready to go, and they even provide a 2-month warranty. Any place that has issues with your mechanic checking out a used vehicle should be avoided. Such as this place. Inquired about a car with some damage on it, asked about the website saying “We welcome your mechanics inspection prior to the purchase of the vehicle” on the about us page. The person on the phones response was rude, ignorant and simply shady “It has damage it take it for what it is buddy! You cant take it to a mechanic, we have lifts in our own shop” and hung up. Rude, ignorant. made a potential customer run the other way. Look elsewhere for honesty.

I feel wasted with the experience i have with them. I bought vw jetta 2017, highline last year from these guys. Initially, they hide the accidental claim report since I didn't know about anything like Carfax report. Now, i have deal with accidental title and facing low resale value. 2nd. Within 1st month i found that the front heated seat is not working and back seat side cover is broken. They didn't fix it and keep on Killing the dealer warranty time. After that straight away refused it. Worst experience of buying car from them. Never recommend.

Called to buy one of their most expensive car. But I have a car currently; therefore I asked for a trade in first thing in the phone. The guy answered he was very unhappy with life. I told him I wanted to buy a car and that I wanted to trade my car in.. he immediately shut me down and said he had too much inventory. The manager wasn't interested in selling my brother a car there was nobody else at the dealership and second the car he was interested in was outside, the manager said that if he was interested in a sports car which was inside he would allow him inside if not he would need an appointment, oh well his loss my brother was prepared to purchase the Lexus hatchback from the outside lot. Long story short the manager proceeded to go and finish his breakfast/lunch. (No sales or people skills) his loss happy new year!

I purchased a Honda Fit here last July and had a great experience dealing with Bruno, dealership is very nice. Vehicle was in great condition and very low mileage for the age. About a month later just before the warranty expired, I had an issue with the vehicle while out of town - since I couldn’t bring it to their shop for repair, they covered the majority of the repair cost. Over a year later, everything is great and no further issues. I would recommend dealing with Coliseum for any vehicle purchase.

I had called ahead of time to look at a certain vehicle they had in stock. I had a friend coming down to buy the car, I was there just to look at the car for my friend. My friend was late getting there by 1 hour due to Uber. I myself had driven 1.5 hours to see this vehicle as a favor. As I was waiting for my friend, the salesman sold the car. This dealership doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The salesperson was very rude. I called before coming for a test drive, and they didn't let me test drive the car because I wanted me to buy the car before the test drive. Recently purchased a car with my partner here. Bruno was friendly and straight to the point with the history and condition of the car. Price was pretty fair and additional questions about the progress was easy to understand. My only issue was the interior of the car wasn't cleaned thoroughly as I had hoped. No biggie as we had cleaned that out ourselves within 30 minutes. Overall, good service.

Bought a new car with Rahul. Everything was very smooth, and he made sure I was understanding all the finacing process (new for me in Canada). The car was an amazing deal, and in a very good condition. The showroom, makes you want to get all the amazing cars they have there.

They do not answer their phones and are very unresponsive to any inquires that you have. Even if you call during working hours, they will not answer. Also, it appears they only sell damaged cars and mislead customers into thinking they are accident free. Buyer Beware!

The guy named Rahul sold me a car with back old tires and after the car started to shake and I found out that the tires were 2015 with a bump on it; and the year of the car is 2017. He did not help at all. Don’t go there. Dishonest dealer. I will go for my rights.
