Hey everyone I saw an ad and applied for a car as my credit wasn’t the best and me and my wife have been looking for a truck for quite some time now and checked out about five different dealerships, and every single one their interest rate was way too high so after speaking with Alen, he asked me what I wanted. He showed me some options and they were OK but then he told me send me a picture of what exactly I want and believe me when I tell you, it literally took a couple of hours. And he found The exact car I sent him the picture and he asked me how much I can afford and based on that he made it work I don’t know how but he did started on Wednesday and had the car delivered to my house on Friday and picked up my other truck for a good price on a trade. Alen goes above and beyond any Dealer I have ever dealt with in the past 20 years. This guy is something else. I dealt with many dealers over the years and really thought there wasn’t honest dealers out there he keeps his word. There was a couple of small things that I wanted to get fixed up with the car and he got it done ordered the parts with less than 2 weeks got the parts and got it done and The process was so simple and easy that I still don’t feel like I bought a car. It’s like I ordered pizza over the phone or something lol everything was so smooth and just perfect. I would recommend him to anybody and I will be definitely going to buy another car from him

My salesman at Sun auto is Mo, and I can say he went above and beyond to get me into a car. To begin, my credit was worse then bad, and Mo found the perfect deal to suit my needs. Great communication, professional, and trustworthy are all traits that best describe my experience with him. Due to my credit, my case was not an easy one. Mo found ways to work through it swiftly while keeping my best interests at top priority. I have a great deal, I have a great vehicle, and I have great rates and the only person I can thank is him. I want to give a huge thank you to Michael Yuan for finding the truck of my choice which I thought was impossible since I was upside down on payments due to trading constantly.
