Colony roofers gave me a second opinion on roof problems causing leaks inside my house. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. The company that had put my roof on gave me the first estimate. What they told me sounded reasonable - what do I know about roofs - and i would have gone with them just to get the problem behind me. But a good friend told me about Colony Roofers, a company i had not heard of before. Colony Roofers sent out a technician the next day. He showed up EARLY, showed me the problem, and took lots of pictures while he was on the roof, so i could assess the damage for myself. Turns out the main leak came about because the original installers did not bother to properly seal around my HVAC vent! He fixed the leaking areas, replaced rotten wood and installed replacement shingles right away and for a much more reasonable price. Buyer beware - there are lots of fly-by-night roofing companies that swoop in after a hail storm or bad thunderstorm in the Atlanta area. But they are not all the same. When it comes time to replace my roof I will trust Colony Roofers.

I live in a 1940's condo that is built with rebar and solid plaster. No drywall. The HOA put a new roof on a couple of years ago. In the middle of a downpour recently, water started running, not leaking, from my HVAC unit into my kitchen and to the unit below. The Air Handler is on the roof. I immediately called Colony. They were easy to reach. The front office was friendly and responsive. Geovani Nuaz came over immediately with another team member and evaluated the situation. They came back and completed the repair. Zach even helped me deal with the HOA. Colony took plenty of photos to document the problem, and the HOA (Homeowners Association) agreed to pay for the roofing repairs. Water damage is a nightmare when the walls are solid plaster. No nails. No drywall. I am grateful that the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Since then, there have been multiple storms with heavy rainfall. I can't fathom the damage that would have been done to these plaster walls and hardwood floors had the water continued to pour in. Thanks to Colony and their team.

Started out well, had a very nice inspector/project manager Thomas (no connection despite the great name) who came out and did the quote. He was exceptional and attentive throughout the process. The roof was done quickly and without any issue. The gutters were a little less simple, when I initially got the quote, I was told the gutter guards we included, however following the installation of the gutters, I was told that gutter guards were not part of the quote; after a chat with the very responsive owner the matter was address and they sent the gutter folks out the same day to install the guards. The initial gutter install was also less than ideal where they left trash and debris including a 30ft section of gutter sitting on my yard. I later found out this was a subcontractor, and my project manager Thomas came out the very next morning and cleaned up the site. If it hadn’t been for the issues with the gutters they would be an easy 5 star experience. If you go with Colony ask for Thomas to go the inspection and quote!

We had large tree limbs fall on our roof piercing part of the roof and into the house ceiling 10:30 at night. After talking to our insurance broker, I started on repair calls. Colony Roofers was the first company I called. Jennifer in the office was extremely helpful and lined us up for Giovanni Nunez to come out the same day and check out the damage and cover the holes in the roof with a temporary tarp. Giovanni took pictures and showed us all the damage. He provided a detailed estimate quickly. His quote was in line with our insurance inspector. He did not try to up-sell or overcharge the insurance company, The work was completed within two weeks of the damage. Our 22 year old roof was brought up to current code. Giovanni was also on site when the work was being done and the day after. All the workers were very good and cleaned up the yard after their work. I also spoke to Travis in operations when I had questions and he was quick to answer and helpful. I give high praise and top references to Colony Roofers!

Colony Roofers are prompt, professional, and have great communication. I want to add that KYLE IS THE BEST. We started the process of getting a new roof in April, we had water literally leaking in our master bathroom. Our insurance company dragged their feet, gave us more than one adjuster, and it took 7 MONTHS to get our new roof. Throughout it all, Kyle followed up at least weekly, did multiple inspections, sent detailed reports, and overall had a great attitude. I believe we would not have a new roof without him. He stood up for us with the insurance company and made sure that things actually got done. I'm sure he knows the way to our house by heart since he has had to come out here so much lol, but he was so pleasant and chill every time, even with it being really hot or really cold. I don't recall dealing with a company like this before. Colony Roofers did a good job, top-quality work. The entire team was professional and worked quickly...from the salesperson to the person who did the walk-through with me after the job was completed. There were a couple of issues that arose (not related to workmanship). This company was quick to respond and resolve them. They did not try to bully me because I am a woman and a senior citizen. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. It seems that they operate based on old-fashioned values and principles. For the issues that arose, I didn't have to haggle with them or become stressed out to resolve them. In recent years, I have had other major work done to my home. For every problem that arose with those companies, I had to battle to get what I was paying for, but that was not the case with Colony Roofers. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I was extremely happy with Colony Roofers. To start with, the Sales Rep Giovanni Nunez was very helpful and thorough in his explanation of the contract and the work to be done. He was in contact with me throughout the project and afterwards, which was very reassuring. He even helped me pick the color for the shingles and it turned out perfect. I should mention that their quote on the price for the roof was right on target per other estimates. They really worked with me. Next, Travis who oversaw the project was very helpful, the team he sent to install the new roof showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards thoroughly. They did a super job! I am very happy with my new roof and would use Colony Roofers again if I needed to. I would definitely recommend them!

Colony Roofers did an excellent job replacing the roof on my parents home. I was extremely impressed by the level of constant communication and quality of service. Kevin made the entire process a breeze. He came out for the initial inspection and gave us ample amount of information about the replacement process and the insurance claim process. I had Colony Roofers come out and inspect my leaking roof. Giovanni Nunez inspected the roof and advised me of the problem and explained to me what would be necessary to repair the roof. He provided me with a price to repair the roof within 24 hours and once I accepted the proposal, he had me on the schedule for the repair. Because the repair was a bit more complicated than originally thought, Giovanni had a team come back out to further inspect the roof and complete the repair. The only complaint I have is that I was promised that the roof would be cleared of debris, but that part of the job was not completed. I would hire Colony Roofers again for any roof repairs or replacement.

Zach Gragg came to my home after I scheduled a roof inspection from Colony Roofing with the possibility of needing repairs or replacement. He was very punctual, contacting me prior to coming out. Zach was extremely professional & courteous. Once he inspected the roof, he went over & even showed me pictures of potential concerns. Much to my surprise, he stated my roof was in good enough shape to last at least another year. It was the only time I was almost regretful, I needed no work done. I have received followup by the company & highly recommend them based on the professional job conducted by Zach. My neighbor recommended them & is currently having her roof replaced.

Colony Roofers was very timely and professional when scheduling our roof inspection. Kevin worked around our availability and showed up right on time. He was very thorough, and even busted out the drone to take arial photos of our very high roof! The team walked us through the results, explained any problem areas, and shared an estimated timeline of when we would need a full roof replacement. They also had great options when it came to various grades of shingles, colors and left us with a pamphlet to review. We’ve still got another year or so, but once it needs replacing we plan on using Colony for a full roof and gutter installation.

I recently noticed two separate leaks in my home. I reached out to several roofing companies to get a quote for repair/replacement. Colony roofers did the most thorough inspection (inside-attic and outside) and confirmed that I was due for a new roof. The representative was able to explain the current state of my roof and help me understand next steps. The crew arrived bright and early and was finished before 5. I purposely waited close to two months before posting this review to confirm all leaks have been addressed. I can now confirm the new roof is working and I no longer hear or see any leaks.

Colony has great customer service. I wanted an inspection and maintenance recommendation for my aging roof. The inspection was thorough and they were careful in explaining what they found and answering my many questions and showing me a number of drone photos to support their maintenance recommendations. I had them repair a number of damaged shingles and repair or replace worn boots at the vents. I feel safe knowing I have a partner who can keep my roof maintained for a couple more years til I replace it and those extra years saves me money. Great follow up from the owner of the company too

Great company to work with. I found them off the Trust Dale website. Called after a heavy rain storm when water marks and a small drip was seen coming from the ceiling. Thomas came out quickly and provided a quote. We had another company come out as well, however what we noticed was Thomas’ attention to detail. He wasn’t trying to sell us on a new roof, but noticed not only the source of the problem, but an additional growing problem that the other company did not take note of. We are extremely pleased with the repair and the cost associated with it. Highly recommended.

The metal Roof looks amazing and performs well! Colony Roofers was professional and easy to work with! I highly recommend! A previous roofer I hired installed a defective metal roof which began leaking within months of installation. Eddie was extremely professional. He kept me up-to-date of the project status throughout the duration of the project, sent me photos of the progress, and was very thorough. Stone Yancey did a professional inspection, he answered all the questions that I had to fix the leak in our roof, also noticed another possible area where a leak might happen and the quote was less than either of the others than I had.
