Our home was having lots of water, soffit and roof issues due to our original contractor doing a very poor job on roof/gutter installation by doing things cheaply and improperly. I researched Dom and I am so glad we did. I called to set up an estimate and Dimitry, came out the very next day. He was on time and very professional. He was also very friendly, candid and had a good sense of humor. During his inspection, he was incredibly thorough. He got on the roof and held a Facetime call with me to walk me through all the issues he was seeing. We discussed several options and came up with a plan. During our discussions, he took the time to explain issues and solutions and showed me photo examples of what he was proposing. I didn't ever feel like he was selling me something or making false guarantees. He offered many cost effective options and said many times, "I want to save you money." We agreed on a start date and he even took the time to text message after hours to communicate. He said they would come out on that Saturday and they showed up on time and ready to go. After some more discussion, we came up with an alternative plan which saved us more money. His crew did a great job and worked hard throughout the summer heat. We found that we needed to replace some rotted wood that we didn't anticipate and the crew member went to Home Depot, got the wood and replaced it and another beam with no problem. We're very happy with the results so far. Even after the job was done, we mentioned to Dimitry we noticed something that he wasn't even responsible for on the roof / gutter.... Without hesitations, he got out his ladder, drill and quickly inspected, fixed and got down and thanked me for my business. I would highly recommend Dom to anyone in need of roofing / gutter work. The three gentlemen got up on the roof, assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. Dom followed up with me, explaining the situation and even offered to come and look at it when he is in the nearby area to help finalize any problems. This company is the epitome of excellent customer service. I am astonished. It’s so hard to get good service these days and Dom Roofing does it effortlessly. My roof needed to replaced for a while but I kept trying to do my own little patch work and fixes to avoid having a huge expense. One day Adolfo from DOM Roofing came by to talk because they were doing work in the area. He was super nice and not pushy at all. What got me interested is that they work with homeowners to make a claim with insurance to have the roof replacement covered by my homeowners claim. After he did a real inspection of my roof Adolfo was convinced that I had a strong case to make with my insurance company. We finally decided to give it a try because I had a few active leaks that were causing more damage inside. They helped file the claim with me providing all kinds of photos and video of the roof and the type of damage that is cause by wind and hail. It took a little while to navigate the bureaucracy of a large insurance company but in the end they agreed to PAY FOR THE ENTIRE ROOF, NOT JUST REPAIRS. There is no way I would have been able to do that if it wasn't for the help and guidance from DOM Roofing and Adolfo. We finally got everything in order and the day came for the work to be done. I can't believe that they were able to complete the entire job in one single day. The communication during the whole process was excellent. They took time to talk to us every step of the way when we had questions. The project manager shared detailed videos during the installation process to show us specific things about the installation that made me even more educated about the work being done. Everyone we spoke to was professional and kind. I really couldn't be happier with the results and the peace of mind that I have with a brand new roof for our house.

DOM replaced our roof as a result of hail damage. First of all fought diligently with our insurance carrier to get the full roof replacement. That is always an accomplishment in itself. The replacement itself could not have gone better. Moved pool furniture to prevent damage. Showed up early on scheduled day, protected everything and got to work as soon as sun up. The crew were obviously very experienced and dedicated workers. I believe their entire management staff was at our house during the day in addition to the project manager. They jointly decided on any solutions to challenges. Truly felt like our total satisfaction was first and foremost to them all. Main house done first day and cleaned up. Then 3 workers spent the next day on our relatively flat sunroom roof. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

When Dom comes with a helping hand. I had a small accident on a first floor of my townhome and a water restoration company suggested that I reach out to a roofing company to check regarding a possible chimney leak. I did my research and reached out to DOM. A customer service lady (unfortunately didn't remember her name) was super nice and worked with my complicated schedule on getting someone to me asap. The next day Dima called and informed me that he is headed my way for an inspection. He was very polite, come as promised on time, and gave me a detailed explanation of how everything works with pictures. To say I was impressed - is basically saying nothing at all. Thank you so much DOM for being such an honest and reliable company! Will be suggesting you guys to everyone I know!

DOM Roofing was very quick to respond and even made it out same day to investigate the cause of my roof leak. I had another company out to fix the issue a couple times and several hundred dollars later, I am back to square one. Right away, Dmitry diagnosed the problem and confirmed diagnosis by a physical inspection of the attic, which the former company did not even do. He was able to do a temporary repair at no charge until his team could get back out to fix the problem within the next week. I will followup with another review once the repair has been completed. From first impression, this company is next level and their google reviews illuminate that. Customer service, professionalism, expertise have exceeded my expectations thus far.

UPDATE July 2023: I got back in touch with Dom to put on a ridge vent and he was extremely responsive and well priced. His guys came out the next day and did a great job. Jason and his crew were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! They did a good job on the vent (as far as I can tell) and gave me some great tips to extend the life of my roof. I appreciate their work ethic and honesty. Thanks! 2 yrs ago: Asked Dom and Alex to perform a roof inspection on a house I was under contract for and they were extremely professional and thorough. Took the time to comb over the roof and ensure it was in good shape, pointing out any issues that should be fixed. They even followed up to ensure the issues were remedied. Can I share my little short story about DOM!!! They completed my neighbors house and I asked for them to come over for a quote of a few other things other than my roof.... Raphael O Brien.... Came over and made my night! We were outside for an 1 and 1/2 hours talking about my projects I wanted and my bad experience with the Roof company I dealt with. Told him I didn't even get pictures from the company to submit to the insurance company! Out the kindness of his heart.. He went to his truck and put the Drome in the air and texted me pics!!!!!! And was totally honest with me about the work and labor and texted me a few contractors that could take care of me. If you need a Roof company! GO WITH DOM!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I used them!!!!!

I just wanted to say as a stay at home mom having Dom come to my home during the day while my husband was at work was amazing! I never felt pressured to purchase anything extra, he told me exactly what needed to be done, and when, and how that would be handled and what the finances were upfront. There were no surprises at all! The quotes that he gave to fix a section of my gutters, and to add to down spouts, was a third of the cost that Lowe’s and another business that I will not name, had quoted me! His workmanship was fantastic, he, and his cleanliness was impeccable! I’ve never had a contractor clean up after themselves like he did. I highly recommend Dom for any of your roofing and gutter needs! You will not be disappointed!

I am so confused because I chose this company based on all the good ratings and reviews. I received the exact opposite of everything I read. I initially contacted Dom for an initial estimate for our chimney and gutters. We agreed on a time & day for this to be done. The window he gave is 11-1pm. One o’clock came and went and I ended up having to contact Dom who responded that he was coming out the following day. He said he couldn’t commit to a time. He said that no one had to be home and he would fly his drone and take pictures. He said he would call us afterwards. None of that has yet to happen. Again, completely confused. So we’ll end up looking for a company who values us as customers.

Wow super great service. There is not much to say. Super fast and clean roof repair with all upgrades. Very precise, super quality and perfectly executed. The team is the best I've ever met. Within 6 hours my roof was finished and it looks amazing. Each time I admire our roof and can't get enough of it I love it more and more every day. Dom R&R is my go to roofer. He and his crew are friendly, competent and good at what they do. He keeps you updated throughout the process and is honest about the process. Where many contractors look to cover things up, he lets you know what’s going on and lets the customer make the decision on how to move forward. The job he did for me was to replacement of another contractors work that was only 4yrs old but done incorrectly and had resulted in leaking. I’ve since referred him to many of my other clients who have had a great experience with him. He is good at what he does and I highly recommended his company. Loved working with Dimitri and his team. We had a full roof replacement on two stories with lots of angles and joints. They installed new fascia, drip edge all around and fixed lots of termite damage. Looks great! Installed a ride vent not to be so hot in my attic. This was bothering me. We had a major leak from our roof that needed proper attention. Our HOA had our roof redone after a tree fell on the home last year. That company clearly cut corners. I called Dom and they arrived the next day. Dom roofing found a gutter which was improperly installed and was flowing water into our house.
