Been with Commonwealth for over 10 years now , been disappointed with my last 2 branch experience . Tellers were not real friendly , and wait were long. Considering the interest rate for Saving is also bad, I am making a switch to other bank

Comm bank you really need to stop funding filthy, destructive coal funding I'm having this conversation with ALL of my family, friends & colleagues
Can be busy at times, but staff move you through quickly. Ease of change ATM to collect coins and notes.
Haven’t enough staff to deal with you. Everytime spend an hour waiting. Even worse than doctor clinic
I have never wait that long to meet and chat in my whole life so far. Too slow. Can’t handle
Mobile phone says open. Paper notice on door says closed Hobart show day. ATM open though.
It can be very busy and the wsit times can be long if you have children.
