I 100% do not recommend Commonwealth Noble Park Branch. Terrible customer service and the manager TIM is extremely unprofessional. I spoke to 2 employees and TIM all who were incompetent and did want to assist me. Instead of looking for alternative solutions, they were lazy and said “No, we are not allowed to do that”. I was beyond stressed and needed assistance, but no one would take their time to listen to me. So, I went to Commonwealth Keysborough Branch right after, Cinthuja not only welcomed me but also took the time to complete my request in which Noble Park Branch could not do. She was polite and very understanding of my situation. She is the definition of what great customer service is. My question is why Cinthuja could help me with no trouble and TIM the manager of Noble Park Branch told me “NO”. Shouldn’t the manager be the person who can find alternatives for customers and help them?

Used the CBA ATM to get cash out and it had run out of 20's so took a $100 out with the intention on having it broken down in smaller notes inside by one of the tellers. After waiting 20 mins, teller advised she couldn't do it as i wasn't a customer. I explained the situation and was still advised that she couldn't help me. It amazes me that such a simple act which was caused by their own ATM not having 20's could not be rectified by another simple act. Here we are trying to break down barriers that is much harder......disgraceful! Glad i'm not a CBA customer!

I highly recommend Noble park branch, employees are very helpful and supportive. Sophee helped me today with my problem and she took action instantly and I was really impressed with the customer service. On Sunday 09/09/23 I went there for deposit Money. But after I put Money in ATM Out of order just returned my Card but not returned money back. I called and when to bank about 3 days already. She said will refund in 10-15 mins. Until now I still dont get anything money back. It’s very very bad service. They don’t care Customer. I will change new bank. Stopping use commonwealth bank.

We went to bank in noble Park with my mum . Rachel attended to us . I had previous bad experiences with same branch an senior lady treated my mum so badly .She was rude and sort of racist behaviour. Rachael is a true service person with professional integrity and compassion. Should employ more people like her..

Rude. Indifferent. Cynical. Arrogant. Incompetent at astounding levels. Their financial advice nearly bankrupted my parents. The branch manager is unfit for purpose. It would have to be one of the worst branches, of one of the worst banks in Australia.
