I have been a customer since this establishment opened, and I have never encountered any issues until now. Our server, Jane R., recommended an appetizer which unfortunately did not suit our taste. We politely sent it back, assuming there would be no problem. However, it appeared that Jane's attitude towards us changed after she spoke to the manager. It is unclear what the manager's response was, but when Jane returned to take our order, she was noticeably short and no longer friendly. When placing our order, I followed another recommendation from Jane and ordered a side dish. However, upon realizing that I did not like the side I had ordered, I requested to exchange it for fries. To my surprise, Jane had to consult the manager before informing me that I would be charged for exchanging my side for fries, even though I did not consume the original side that was ordered. This lack of flexibility and customer service was quite disappointing. Furthermore, It was unnecessary and petty for the staff to refuse to remedy the situation unless I paid for a side of fries (what 3-5 bucks? Come on...). As a fellow business owner, I would highly recommend addressing these issues with your staff, particularly your manager that was working tonight. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that the necessary steps will be taken to improve the overall customer service experience at your establishment.

First off I would like to note that I’ve been a fan of this place for a few months now. I’ve gotten cordial with the owners. First name basis type of relationship and I’ve always had a good time. I’m out of state working here and me and my coworker went for a drink after dove hunting. We’re both from Louisiana. I’ve got a horizontal texas license as I was working in Texas for 5 years before this and he has a Louisiana license that is vertical. Kate or Katie and the manager would not serve him alcohol because he did not have a horizontal license. This is not against Arizona law and was an unfortunate situation. I’m a good customer and always tip atleast 50%. Unfortunately they lost my business tonight. Thanks Katie. Hopefully Kim you can either stand your ground or coach your bartenders to make a decision based upon ID picture address among other things. Not simply declining service over the direction the ID faces.

Met up there with my boyfriend and his family, we started with the sampler plater, everything on it was good but I really enjoyed the mac n cheese bites, comes with a variety of dipping sauces. We all got different things including salad, BLT, burgers, and I got the french dip. My french dip and my boyfriends burger were huge, both were delicious but the star here was the option of sides. We both chose soup instead of fries, my boyfriend had the chicken enchilada soup and I had the beer cheese, potato, and bacon one. Let me tell you they were both so good that we agreed next time just get the big bowl of soup. Fun atmosphere, amazingly friendly staff and even the other patrons were fun to chat with. Overall great place, good food, and service is some of the best I've had post pandemic.

We just moved to the area & my mom came to visit so we went out to eat HERE! We all loved our food. The meatloaf is chefs kiss it’s a lot to eat, I made a delicious meatloaf sandwich with leftovers the next day! The gravy is so good and veggies are tasty! I tried the club & Ruben and it was bomb! We did go on a Wednesday one time & it was PACKED! Trivia night. I didn’t like all the people and parking was crazy , but it looked fun. I was with my mom so wasn’t in the mood for all that . I hear Tuesday nights are busy too! There’s a full bar , off track betting, many TVs , and the staff is wonderful! ❤️. We have gone 4 times and have lived here 3 weeks yes, it’s good!

There is a lot of parking available since it is a big parking lot with business on both sides of the parking lot.

I used to work there until cooks started dropping food on the floor and still serving it! Edwin and Chaptio those are the head cooks that have been there for almost 8 years and they are the two I’ve seen! Actually Edwin is the kitchen manager doing it kinda blew my mind when that happened. From fish on Fridays too garlic breads for pastas! None of them use gloves and eat food off the customers plates. I don’t recommend eating there but the drinks and service might be worth it!

This restaurant serves good food and has inside betting for horses. They have lots of TV screens for sports as well. And it doesn't get to loud. Now the food is great I've been there plenty of times and never had a bad experience. Definitely would recommend for anyone for lunch or dinner.

Absolutely love this place! It’s kicked back, relaxing, fun! There are TVs that surround you, a DJ, that played music when we were there this past Friday. The food is amazing! I had the club sandwich, and my girlfriend had the grilled chicken sandwich and we both got tater tot’s! They are out of this world! And the service was fantastic! We love this place!! Excellent Irish grub and beer. Kid friendly and loud, so easy to bring my 3 year old. Its an okay place except for certain bartenders that like to run your card and completely forget that they ran your card then come back and charge it again just to get mad at you for pointing out that they messed up. I got cursed at and yelled at for them keeping my card hostage. The level of poor customer service was despicable.

Waitressing here sucks! Spent an hour and a half here tonight and literally had one beer, out waitress was no where to be found, sat for 30 minutes waiting for our check so we could go home! This was our last try here.

Great local watering hole. Menu is traditional pub/bar food but ambience is great! Irish pub traditional Shepard's pie and fish n chips were great! Definitely don't need to wear a mask here, which we greatly appreciated as opposed to many of the franchise chains.

Where the locals hang out. Friendly staff, good beer selection, and the food good especially the french fries. Also enjoyed the shepherd's pie, but it seemed like it was missing one spice that I'm used to. That said, I will eat there again, liked the atmosphere .
