After having kicked the can down the road long enough, I realized that I finally needed to have our roof replaced. After obtaining estimates from other companies, someone (an employee of a gutter company) referred me to Michael Gonzales of Constructomax. Michael came out to the house the same day that I called, concluded that there was a significant degree of wind damage, and even placed a tarp over a segment that clearly had rotted wood, despite my having not hired him or the company yet. He suggested that I file a claim with my insurance company, as he felt there was a high likelihood that the damages would be covered. With his assistance, I did so, and thankfully, the insurance company agreed. Having officially decided to go with Michael and Constructomax, I can say that everything went smoothly. Michael was my contact person throughout the process, and made sure that everything was done to perfection. If he felt that anything didn’t meet up to his expectations, it was taken care of immediately. Like I said, the project was a long time coming, but in a way, I’m glad I held off, because had I not gotten that referral by word of mouth, I would never have realized the high quality of work they do. I would certainly use Michael and Constructomax again. He helped to save me quite a bit of money, which has allowed me to tackle some other jobs. In fact, I’m having a shed installed in a few weeks, and Michael was very helpful in providing the same shingles and underlay used on our newly-installed roof. I can’t imagine what any other company could have done better than Constructomax. The roof looks great, and some of our neighbors have decided to utilize their services. Thanks, Michael!

Over the years I have slowly remodeled my home which means I have worked with numerous contractors for various projects. Michael with ConstructoMax was by far the nicest and most professional individual I have worked with over the last six years. If he says he is going to do something, he does it and he does it well. He helped me make the initial phone call to my insurance company to initiate the claims process and he met with the adjuster and walked the roof with him to point out all the problem areas. Once insurance approved the roof installation, Michael coordinated for my installation to occur a week later. The installation itself lasted two days and the men were there bright and early and worked until the job was done. Once my roof was installed I had two questions about areas on my roof and he immediately came out to take a look to ensure the quality of the installation was what I was promised (it was). If you are looking to install a new roof on your home I highly recommend ConstructoMax. If possible, ask for Michael to assist you. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE, see below I am completely pleased with having my roof replaced by this company. They were very thorough from beginning to end. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Mutually agreed by the city inspector, insurance inspector and myself. Seldom am I this pleased over work done at my home. I am critical and analytical. Probably from my own career which is also service based. Every single one of my questions and concerns were professionally and politely addressed. Management and all workers were outstanding. Polite, respectful, and conscientious. They made me feel like my roof was the most important job in the world to them. I was kept continuously updated. They crossed all T's and dotted all I's. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. My wife even commented about the thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend ConstructoMax to anyone considering roofing. The work itself was great, it looks amazing and was done quickly. Working with the office is a whole other story. There was never a permit placed onsite, but we do have a bright yellow tag from the City inspector regarding violations due to the permit not being there. During installation, the crew didn't cover our AC, so we were without air for 4 days and they broke an entire set of patio furniture. When all was said and done I ended up with a bill from the AC company as well as having one tacked onto my bill from Constructomax. While trying to work out the billing I was told that if we didn't pay in full we would get late fees ontop of everything else. Lynne in the office does not respond to any emails, and when you call the office you are told that Lynne is the only person who can help but she isn't ever in the office. It's been 2 weeks and all I can tell you is that I have a violation from the city, broken furniture and no communication. Please, let this be a lesson to your office in the importance of Customer Service & Communication.

Reliable and Professional. The ConstructoMax crew went the extra mile when replacing our entire roof in a Post-Irma environment. Kevin & Anthony first came out to our home shortly after the hurricane and not only helped us pick out the appropriate roof for our house, but also assisted us in writing a formal letter to our insurance company for damage clarification. ConstructoMax also provided us with financial assistance so that we could easily afford the roof replacement after Hurricane Irma. The entire roofing crew was courteous and professional while they were on our property. They took great care in cleanup (even in the dark) after the roofing job was complete. The service that Kevin, Anthony, Eric and the entire crew provided us was excellent. If I needed to speak with them at anytime, there would return my calls/texts in a timely manner. Keven Memes from ConstrctoMax installed our roof in 2017 to meet an FHA roof requirement to close the real estate transaction between us and the owners. It is now 2021 and our roof is leaking. My wife called ConstrctoMax on 04-07-2021for help with this repair. Upon talking to the receptionist my wife was told that the warranty was void as soon as the property exchanged hands. But she did agree to place a work order in to send a representative out to look at our roof. It is now 04-17-2021 and no one has reached out to set up a time or date for advice or a bid on repairs that should be made on our roof. It is clear to me that this company does not and will not back their work. But most disappointed in the fact that their first response is to void the warranty and invalidate any past jobs and future costumers. I will find a reputable company to complete my repairs and any future repairs that my home should need.

I would like to thank Mike Gonzalez for all his hard work with putting this project together. Mike worked very hard with the insurance company and helped guide me through what I needed to do for the insurance company. All of which was without a flaw. The crew that came out to install the roof were very professional and worked very hard at removing the old roof. My roof is a steep roof and the crew walked along the roof as if it were flat. I would without hesitation recommend Mike Gonzalez and ConstructoMax as a roofing contractor. I am very pleased with the outcome and quality of the roof that was installed. Michael Gonzales from ConstructoMax came to my home and walked me through the insurance process and explained to me every step of what I needed to do . He met with the Insurance adjuster to go over the damages from a wind storm. I knew that my roof was old and I knew that I was going to need a new roof soon. Im EXTREMELY grateful & Michael made this process turnkey. I would highly recommend Michael he's the most helpful person I've ever worked with to complete my home repair. I was able to communicate at anytime; I could text or call him and knew I was going to get a prompt response. If you are lucky enough to get on the schedule for residential roofing with Kevin and team don’t hesitate to contract with Constructomax!!! They are truly outstanding. The price was competitive, the roof looks great, but most impressive is their quality and service. We had a leak after the new roof was installed and although it turned out to be a stucco issue non related to the work they did, Kevin and his team came out the very next day which was a Saturday. Even though it was raining heavily six workers and Kevin himself showed up at 7 am. You could not ask for a better response. What a relief to see such commitment to the customer. In March 2023, a ConstructoMax rear-ended my truck on I-75, causing $6k in damages. Lynne Nemes, one of the owners of ConstructoMax, said they would pay for the damage and refused to provide insurance information. After discussing repeatly and openly for several days about paying for the repair, she stopped responding, causing me to go ahead and file our insurance claim. Constructomax ignored the insurance request for accountability. Lesson learned, of course, is to get the police involved immediately before parties leave the accident. Lesson for potential customers of ConstructoMax, in my experience, is to BEWARE of their ethics as they are dishonest and do not take accountability.

Worked with Mike Gonzalez at ConstructoMax and he was exceptional. He was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. The work his team did was second to none and they were able to do it very quickly. His team worked for over 12 hours each time on site and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were done within 2 days and his team cleaned the job site and took care to remove nails and debris. Even with supply chain challenges due to coronavirus, Mike kept in constant contact, providing updates and options for scheduling. You can tell that Mike loves what he does and he treats his customers with respect and takes pride in his work. Highly, highly recommend.

After less than 4 years of a newly installed roof on brand new construction, the TPO portion of my roof started leaking. Called their office in Pinellas and after several tries finally got an answer. The lady rep said that they have scheduled a repair person to look at the problem. Never came! After making several calls with no answer over the course of 5 days, I had to come to the conclusion that they either don't care to back up their work or are out of business? EDIT: A repair tech finally came early this morning with no notice from the office about time or day - they must be overwhelmed with projects where they can't be reached?

I always do my research and also get a few quotes before I sign any contract. I could not be more pleased with the entire staff at ConstructoMax. They did everything that was asked, they cleaned up at the end of the day, never heard any foul language and we asked that nobody smoke on the roof or on the property and nobody did. I am very very careful referring any company or person as its my reputation on the line just as much as the company or person. I was so please with them I have referred them many times and they are doing my parents house this week. You will not be disappointed

We hired ConstructoMax to install a Gaf Camelot II shingles on our hip roof. They also installed a TPO system on our flat roof. Everything turned out perfect.
