I’ve been training with Nida since December so about 6 months now 3 times a week and she has completely transformed my life! I’ve never particularly enjoyed exercise, but with Nida I forget that I’m ‘working out’ and just enjoy pushing my body beyond what I ever believed it was capable of doing! Although I’ve always been slim she has helped to mould and sculpt my body into a much stronger, toned version and still drop a dress size! She tailors every workout to my individual needs and goals and provides so much advice about how to improve your overall lifestyle, from introducing vitamin supplements to helping to detoxify your mind and body. She single handedly facilitated pulling me out of the worst depression of my life through her ongoing support and encouragement inside and outside the workout sessions. Nida really cares about all of her clients and this really comes through in your sessions with her. I plan to train with her for the rest of my life if I can!

I started with Nida just over 6 weeks ago- since having 2 pregnancies quite close together my body had changed a lot and so I was keen to lose weight and get into shape. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve done- Nida works you hard, but also gives you lots of other advice and tips on diet and keeping active. She also knows how to train post partum women which was essential for me. I like her style of training and find that it’s varied and always interesting- no two sessions are ever the same! I’ve lost about 5kg since starting and have started to fit into my pre- pregnancy clothes, something I did not think would be possible. I’m excited to continue on my journey with Nida and would recommend her to anybody looking to get fit!

Nida is a really experienced personal trainer who has really given me the massive kick start I needed to get into fitness, movement and healthy eating. I especially love that Nida provides a service where she allows you to send you what you are eating and provides helpful improvements. It gives excellent accountability which I needed, without being too restrictive. Nida's home gym is extensive, clean and comfortable. She has challenged me with varied workouts that are specific to my personal goals. So far in the last two months, I have lost a stone, my clothes fit better, and I have seen a definite increase in muscle tone. I can't wait to see what I can achieve with another two months of Nida's workouts and support!

I had 20 sessions booked with Nida and when it reached nearly the end she was making issues and tried to force me to book more sessions but unfortunately I could not afford it and I clearly told her that before I started my sessions. Because I chose to quit and was not happy with her attitude she was making me to sign a defamation letter which no other PT would do that so I refused to sign it and then she didn’t gave my three sessions that I had already paid for it. She was making issue and made me really upset and didn’t give my three sessions. I do not recommend her if you want to have PT for short time because she won’t let you go happily. She should work on her service and treat clients fair.

Ive been training with Nida since January and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Nida is focussed on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and (somehow) fun! My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights. I actually look forward to my workouts! Importantly, Nida ensures my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and she is extremely reliable. I really love the gym set up she has at home, it is always clean and well kept. I can't recommend Nida enough for anyone looking to improve their fitness with such a dedicated trainer!!

Started training with Nida 6 months ago and have already seen great improvements in my strength and stamina. She is great at matching your abilities whilst also pushing you further with each session. Nida is also great at giving you holistic advice to help you meet your fitness goals. She has a great home gym that is well maintained and clean and also offers online sessions to match your schedule. Highly recommend if you are starting out or getting back into fitness and want something more personalised than going to a gym.

I’ve been training with Nida for around 6 months now and have been consistently losing weight and feeling fitter ever since! She pushes you to your max potential in a fun and motivating spirit. She’s also very knowledgeable on the subject and educates you On how your body works and what foods are good and why and so Over time I’ve learnt how to eat cleaner and train better. My partner & I started training with Nida in mid July attending 30 mins HIIT sessions. Our lifestyle has become much more active with much healthier meal plans which are tasty and flavoursome! By stating our goals, Nida has helped us achieve these within a short space of time, losing kilos and toning muscle. Our strength and stamina has really improved and we look forward to going to the sessions, which are all unique to each other. If you stick to it, you will definitely see results!

Nida is an excellent PT and she dedicates the whole session to making sure you’re getting the max workout whilst you’re with her. Each session is different so you’re not feeling bored with the exact same routine all the time. In the 20 sessions that I took with Nida I started to see results quickly - mainly that my core and back strength increased and I could see toning in my arms and legs. I’d highly recommend Nida if you want to see results and want enjoyable and effective workouts!

I have been training with Nida for 5 months now - she is an excellent personal trainer. I had barely done any structured exercise my entire life, however I have now been able to make exercise into a habit with Nida's support. Her studio is very clean and has all the equipment you will need. She is great at keeping you motivated and encouraged. The sessions are also good value if you bulk buy. I can see and feel myself getting fitter and stronger working out with Nida!
