The Corrales Laundromat is my go to laundromat for the things I can't wash in my apartment such as blankets and quilts. Also my pets items like his doggie beds and toys and blankets cause you don't want to wash your pets items in your home washer or dryer because of the hair. For those of you that don't have time to do your laundry they have a unique in house service where you can take your laundry there and the caretaker will do your laundry for you. I'm not sure what they charge, but you can drop off your clothes in the morning and pick them up when you get out of work or whatever. The place is very well kept up and they have quite a few washer and dryers to serve your needs they also have larger washers for really heavy loads. They have restrooms for patrons only and are very clean as well. They supply laundry carts and there parking area is huge disability spots and ramps near the entrance. They are located right behind the Good Will store and Save On locations.

I’ve been going to this laundromat for years but after today I’m going to find a new one. Some time ago they raised all the prices on the machines to the max number of quarters they could accept. Kind of a bummer, but whatever. Today I arrive, and they have replaced all the top loaders with side loaders. These machines cost 2.50 (50 cents more than the old ones) and claim to hold two loads. This is a total joke. If you really cram you can get 3/4 of a normal top loader amount in them. Also, they leaked all over the floor which is a bit of a hazard. Also, when you go to unload, the door to the washer is lower than the rim of your cart, so half of your nice clean laundry gets dropped on a dirty floor. This used to be a nice little laundromat but the constant price hikes and new machine configuration just feel greedy. Machine prices are: 2.50, 4.50, and 8.00.

Showed up at 7:22pm ( to be exact) We start taking our laundry in. Laundry lady did not speak English. Immediately raised her voice talking to us in Spanish. With her voice and reactions, she didn't want us to wash. Sign on the door said 6am-8pm. She took out her phone translated what she was telling us. Saying last wash was 730pm. I pointed to the sign, saying closes at 8pm! After 8mins of her trying to stop us. She translated from her phone. It's okay to wash, but don't take your time folding. To be out by 930pm. We didn't have much to wash. Another attendant male. Spanish speaking. Kept pacing around us, walking back and forth. Made us feel uncomfortable. They locked the doors immediately at 730pm. Restroom was locked too. No Air conditioning. Hot and muggy. Folding as fast as we can. Done and out by 830pm. Worst experience ever.

Been going here for the last 5 years. Today, I watched my clothes bounce around dry for an entire wash cycle and then the machine went into rinse. I told the attendant. She looked and said since it is rinsing now it works fine. I tried to explain it didn’t wash and she dismissed it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ve watched this place dismiss legit customer issues and blame the customer, but paying to wash clothes to watch them not get washed and then told everything is fine was enough for me. If you want your clothes to get wet during the wash cycle so they can actually get clean you’d better find another laundromat.

Nice hidden location. A little pricier than the laundry facilities at my apartments but at least I can pay once here and get more done quickly than what my apartment has to offer (better dryers.) I recommend bringing your own quarters as the coin exchange didn't give me the right amount which means I lost a dollar out of the 15$ I put in. The 50 lb dryers are more than worth it. I paid for the use of 2 but im convinced that just one of them could've handled my 2.5 loads of laundry. There could be more seating, but I was done quicker than I expected so I didn't miss much.

Nice and efficient self service machines. Does have industrial sized washers as well (that will easily for a bed comforter). There are a few arcade style games in the back. There are large and small laundry carts to move your laundry from washer to dryer and lots of counter space to fold clothes. Does seem a little pricey- about $3.50-$6 in quarters for a washer. But the dryers are 8 minutes for a quarter and you can add time from there. On site service person with by the load folding service, of you're interested.

After going to this laundromat for over 5 years i will no longer. They claim that “last load” is at 8pm. What this actually means is that they close half the laundromat at 6pm. Which makes it nearly impossible to functionally use. On top of that, the staff are often rude or accusatory for no reason. To make matters worse they’ve raise their dryer pricing, so that you can’t spend less than a dollar. Many laundromats in the area offer free drying. Goodbye Corrales Laundromat!

Zero star's we washed 4 loads of laundry here and the washers were not working our clothes were not even wet when we showed one of the employee's we were told to pay and wash it again he was very rude to us when we asked to speak to a manager we were told to come back in the morning they would not call or give us the number to the manager horrible experience rude employees the machines don't work don't waste your time or money here

This place was so nice!! My dryer broke, and I needed to dry two loads. I had to drive from Rio Rancho because the only laundromat in Rio refuses to let you dry unless you wash. I arrive and I see the coin machine is not working due to the coin shortage. The attendant overheard me talking to my son about my frustration, and she lovingly helps me. Thank you, thank you!! Corrales laundromat you are the best!

My first time here. I was reading the reviews and saw some customers are going elsewhere where the dryers are free. I want to know if the other laundry facilities are cheaper and nearbyby. And are they clean? On the norm I've always hung up my clothes when they were damp. They smell fresher and the clothes look newer. Where are the other facilities located?

We are here, visiting for the AIBF. I like going to laundromats where there’s an attendant it was clean, even though it’s older. This is a good place to come. Triple wash loads run about four dollars and you can do up to £50 in a dryer for $1.50 for 30 minutes. They have free Wi-Fi for their guests - decent speeds running about 11 mg

Love these ladies who do the service. Excellent work. However. Dropped laundry off and she said pick it up at 3pm, we got there and they left. Even called ahead of time and she said leaving in ten minutes and left early. Supposed to be open again at 5pm. No one there. Really need those clothes the day she said pick them up. No cool

Plenty of parking, clean, spacious, 16 quarters for a small load and 2 quarters per 6 min. on the dryers. Lots of laundry carts and machines to pick from. Small wash sink by the doors on the left if you need to rinse something. Lots of other shopping nearby. Entrance doors are on the backside of the shopping strip behind FedEx.

I have not been to a laundromat in a long long time, while prices went up, the standards went up as well. This place is very clean The staff is very friendly, and I would highly recommend it. I normally don't use laundromats, but my washer and dryer has still not been delivered, I would use this place again in a heartbeat.

I have to say out of all the laundromats we've tried in the area this is one is very clean. The attendant was cleaning the whole time we were washing clothes. Another thing is this is the first laundromat in the area that after washing our clothes they smelled clean and fresh. We will definitely be using this one again.

We come every weekend but went the older Hispanic laundry attachment is work she will leave the bathroom locked? No matter how many people knock on the door she sees and ignores them. I had to ask to open the for an elderly lady.... all other attendants are great workers with great customer service except for this one!

I'm surrounded by many landromats but I chose to drive much further just to get my laundry at this place because of the lady who works hard here all day and she is one of the sweetest people I've known and I'd like to support her small business and I'd like to see more people coming here to support her laundry also

I go here every week and the Attendant is always on duty and actively cleaning. Machines are reliable and i feel safe here doing laundry in early mornings and late evenings. Laundry carts come in a variety of sizes. Haven’t use wifi and no TV’s on site, pop music usually plays over speakers at a moderate volume.

I'll never come here again! The lady working said I couldn't bring my service animal with me cause he didn't have a vest on! Stood there questioning me in front of other customers about where is his service cards. Very disappointed . I've never had anyone question me or deny me like they did here!

The air doesn’t work and it’s super stuffy especially with a mask on, it makes it extra miserable. The prices to wash your clothes are to me overpriced. It is $7.00 a load for the heavy duty washer, $4.00 a load for size down and 2.50 for reg wash.

My favourite place to go wash. The staff always keep things clean and are very helpful when needed. Even with Covid going on, the staff is always precautious and take time cleaning every for us customers. A great place to wash!!

Clean and plenty of machines. It’s on the back of the shopping center and there were a few shady people in the parking lot. I would not recommend walking away from your clothes as you might be missing some when you return home.

I love this laundromat. I usually go between 10-2 on Tuesday or Wednesday. The attendants keep the place clean and are very helpful. They will do your laundry for you as well (see pic). They also speak Spanish and English.

First time using this facility. It was really clean and all pretty much all of the machines were up and running. I washed my clothes and dried then pretty quickly and was on my way. Very satisfied with Corrales Laundromat.

I can't really rate it badly. The prices aren't great but no laundromat really ever does have "great" prices. It's just the going rate. It's super close and no more expensive than any other place so it wins.

Commercial size washers. 25min cycle. Clean machines, folding tables & floors. LOTS of machines, very few not working. Change machine can handle $20 bills. All machines require quarters. Great place.

This laundry mat is always clean BUT on Wed/Thursday after 6pm the worker closes half the laundry mat and its crowded. I've gone other nights and all washers and dryers are open except Wed/Thursdays.

Very clean and is always go in and our. Especiallywhen I have lots to wash they have the big washers and big dryers so it takes me less time to wash and dry.

When I get to the Rio Rancho area there is a good chance to visit the local shops and do my laundry in the same 90 minutes. Lots of big 30 pound washers.

This laundromat also offers a wash and fold service @ $1 per pound. They do a good job and offer same day service if you bring it in the morning.

It was fine. However, the laundry needs to turn up the temperature on their dryers up so it doesn't take 48 minutes to dry clothes.
