"Do not purchase tires from Costco"
It's a big store. So, a lot of people. With all the people, the line backs up fast and gets pretty long. They need a pay and go. Scan your items on your phone in your Costco app, pay in that app, and head towards the exit. I have a Sam's Club membership, and I prefer that over costco. Scan and go is where it's at. Just my opinion.
Costco doesn't disappoint, well mostly. It's getting a little annoying asking for my membership card while walking in, checking out, and the blockade trying to exit. Still will be going to Costco, just minor annoyances. Wish they could come up with a different method to check-out and exit.
This place is filled with crazy Karen’s! So watch out because the women here will run you over with their Costco karts. And believe me these karts are the biggest I’ve ever seen before. Which is great because they perfectly match up with their extra large parking spaces outside.
My husband and I came here to look for some new sturdy sofas for our family of 6. During Covid our whole family was home working/school, so our sofas needed replacement badly. Costco had a good selection and we bought 2 loungers. We loved everything about them.
Do not purchase tires from Costco. They sell their service and it is poor at best. 7-8 hour wait to get tires rotated with an appt. And don’t have an issue it will take a couple days for service. Not worth it! Purchase where you get real service!
Great place except the cashiers attitude. Never ever one time in my life have I ever had a company refuse to take my money until now. I'm not a member because my ex is. Normally I don't go with her for Costco stuff. She is struggling thanks
The samples they give are truly very beneficial! I ended up buying something I tried. It is so helpful to be able to buy things that I would use normally at a reasonable price—especially since I live overseas, the prices are super helpful
This has become my neighborhood store. But even though I spend a lot of money there I will not upgrade to paying $120.00 a month on membership. I maintain a Costco and Sam's Club card because they allow you to have only one person on your
This has been my favorite Costco for years. I even moved down the street & go a few times a week. Unfortunately the past 6+ months, customer service has been awful. Specifically, there is this older woman who works at the customer service
Horrible experience, thanks to the cashier, I cancelled my membership as soon as I was walking out. Thinking about doing 2 transactions? Don’t even think about it! You forgot your wallet and your mom was helping with the embarrassment of
Horrible customer and member services. I was in the self check out and I was rudely asked to show some ID. WHAT WHY? The man said he needs to verify it was me. He asked so rudely and In front of other customers. They treat their members
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Costco and have shopped here since it was Price Club. Costco has excellent variety and good pricing even amidst high inflation. Costco also treats their employees well and my encounters with the employees
Don't like there policies, and most staff is rude, went to self check-out and the lady had to verify my card belong to me. What a hassle to get 1 item, not that she just needed to see that I had a card but that the picture was me on it.
This Costco is the absolute worst. Every week, literally every week, they change the location of their merchandise so it takes longer each week to find your staple items. And I use “staple items” loosely because they do not consistently
Very disappointed in their change in policy. I've been a member since they came to Kansas City. Over 20 years. $120 per year for a membership now and only myself and 1 other person can use cards. They are now looking at the back of the
Costco has the best bakery items of any grocery store hands down. They also have many other items not available at Sam's. I would shop here more but it is always SO busy to the point that other customers are ready to run you over with
Guy who put the groceries on the belt offered to box them for me since I had a broken foot and didn’t rush me. Was considerate and respectful. Don’t find those qualities in service much anymore. But was very grateful.
New to the area, Everything feels like an adventure these days. Count 9n Costco to have what I need. So I can be an expert when it comes to nourishing myself. And managing a budget. Costco4 life
Love Costco for warehouse shopping. Not so much for one person cuz can’t use up the large portion. But do get produce, Toilet paper/ paper towels, some frozen stuff and bakery.
Love Costco's reasonable prices for bulk items and food - I don't trust anywhere else! Plus, the employees are always kind and helpful; and everything is always VERY
nice selection. we live far away so it's a daytrip. Sad that they charge much more products for delivery especially as other companies don't plus we pay a yearly fee
I have been purchasing tires for 50yrs. The experience was a no hassle event. Believe this was because the salesman was truly trained and experienced.
getting shaken down at the door while going in to pick up my prescriptions (you don’t need a membership to do so) had to be the highlight of my day.
Pretty nice Costco store, everything clean and organized. They dont have self checkout terminals so it gets pretty crowded in the checkout lines.
Nice Costco. They have a good selection of items & seldom out of stock. The workers are always willing to help when asked to do something.
Great merchandise and employees. Prices and goodies galore means taking home more than you planned but I have no complaints!
Wide varity of bulk needs. Home and business uses, from tires to computers, snacks and pharmacy. Pretty quick in and out.
Always satisfied at Costco. Quality items and good prices, keep you coming. Save on gas ⛽ while you're there!
Stopped In here while it was storming. It wasn't busy. And we were able to get our shopping done quickly.
I love this Costco. They always have our favorites. So worth getting a membership yo.
