I signed up for Walmart plus delivery to avoid having to drive a long way to get groceries. Let me tell you a few things about myself. I'm a senior guy with disabilities so it was good to order online and get it delivered for free since I signed up for Walmart plus. So everything was going well. Here lies the problem I eat a lot of fruit and even when I labored to go shopping at walmart in person the fruit was never fresh as some of the other grocery stores. But what was different was they had a 100 percent guarantee which made me feel better, if they delivered the fruit and I had an issue they would refund the money to my insurance debit account. This is the problem the fruit I order you never know if its a problem unless you cut it. Ive had problems and they have honored the guarantee but the last order the fruit was not ripe and the other was over ripe to where it didnt even look edible. So I put in for a refund now they sent me a email saying I had to bring it back to the store that is a ways from my house and im disabled. I've used my insurance debit card and spent almost 800 dollars since jan. My refund would be 7.37 or something like that. I will use more gas to bring the item back than I would get in a refund and I wonder if my area code is the reason why I'm getting this treatment. I'm not happy with this situation and I will be checking to see if there is another store close to my house that I can use my insurance debit card. My thing is either their fruit is 100 percent guaranteed or not, it would be better if they just asked for a picture, to ask me to bring rotten fruit back to the store is crazy and unfair. I just wonder if they ask my nieghbors to the west the same thing. Thanks for taking my complaint.

I had a air mattress that I purchased on sale online and it was defective. I took it to this Walmart just to exchange it for another and was told I couldn’t because I paid 20.00 for it and it’s now 60.00 and I would have to at the difference. I didn’t understand why if I had my receipt which was well within the time frame and only wanted to make an exchange. I asked for a manager and ended up getting a coach who pretended to be a manger name Jordyn Prather. He came right in not wanting to here anything I had to say and said it was his discretion and he refused. I explained to him that his tone and attitude was very unprofessional and he proceeded to tell me that he must be doing something right because he’s been there 10yrs. I including my sister and a few customers waiting in line tried to understand why I couldn’t exchange an defective item for the same one and I had my receipt. The customer service lady did an exchange before me on an open item that was missing pieces (Orbeez dart ball blaster) and that customer was able to get money back. All I wanted was a exchange and was refused. I felt discriminated, dismissed, and treated poorly especially by Jordyn Prather. For 10 years he’s a coach and as a manger myself I would never want him to represent my company or handle anyone. Poor leadership and rude customer service. He should not coach anyone or pretend to be in management with that type of attitude. I pulled up the policy online and in the store and nowhere did it say I had to pay the difference and I couldn’t exchange for the same item. Terrible experience

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I entered the store unknowing the hours. My job requires me to be at work very early, so accidentally I went in before they were open. One employee was informative and told me they weren’t open yet and I wouldn’t be able to check out till 6. To which I apologized and went towards the front of the store to just wait around. On my way up to the front, I was approached by another woman who said very nastily if she could help me. I apologized again saying I didn’t know the hours so I was going to leave the cart at the front and kind of just wait. She very rudely told me I had to walk all the way out the store and wait. I asked if I could leave my items up near the register and while walking away from me said right there. I’m sorry, but there’s no reason why some Walmart employees need to behave that way. I already apologized for coming in before they opened and I understand how frustrating it can be. But if you suck at customer service then don’t get a customer service job. Better customer service training is needed.

The Walmart at 133rd & State Line needs better management. They are out of a lot of products & they don't keep their shelves restocked even when they have the groceries on pallets in the back of the store. Sitting on revenue because, too cheap to higher stockers. Some items sit empty for months. And, we are paying for the theft at this store, they allow them to walk out so they raise the prices for the honest people to pay for it. The police that monitor the store said they could get sued for stopping a thief if they don't see them take it. There are cameras everywhere & they still can't control their store. I witnessed a 20 year old male exit the store by slipping through the entrance gate with a bulging backpack on his back. He almost ran me down when he had to veer around my cart to the exit door. While this was happening a Walmart associate was checking a receipt of another shopper trying to exit, he had his back to the view of the entire room. You check a receipt, face the entire room next time!!!!!

This experience was horrible to say the least! I was there to pick up tires that I purchased online. I had planned to schedule an installation but...... When I got to the outside service door for customers, it was locked. An employee of the store was trying to exchange a battery and was also surprised. I stayed in my car, calling the service number for the next 15 minutes. Finally drove to the front and customer service said and assured that someone would be back there to assist when I drive back around. Nope, I actually knocked loudly on the door. Sat on the bench and called every number for the store with no luck, no response. Drove back to the front, walked to the service center and found two employees working by the door I was knocking on. When I received my purchase, they were plopped in my basket and I was expected to put them in my car. Thankfully the Very nice security guy walked out and loaded them into my car.

Giving three stars because they're next to Lowe's and that makes it convenient. I can't think of anything else convenient about this location. I've purchased both vacuums and a carpet shampooer only to get home and find attachments missing. The produce is borderline at best, I don't even attempt to order it in delivery as I've received it already rotting so many times. Last week they delivered milk with one day left until expiration. The employees seem generally bothered to be there, I've had multiple poor customer service experiences in which an employee has been outright rude or nasty. Sometimes they close the entire store an hour early and I was informed a couple weeks ago that the lawn and garden section gets closed and locked up at 8pm.....three hours prior to store closing. I'm currently on my way to another supercenter five miles further away as I will never shop here again.

Okay O dropped my car like 1:45PM there were NO cars in the auto care center or what so ever the associated told me that my car won’t take more than 45 mins to change the oil. OKAY THATS GREAT went into the store got some stuff an hour later came back thinking that my car is done and it waiting for me then I found out they did not even moved the car I asked and they say yea they’re working on it not Im writing this review after another hour of waiting yet they did not even draw the oil form the engine!!! What a great service it is. What really got me mad is when other people come in they would drive their cars and get it servers. I will never do any further business with Walmart I would rather pay more and go somewhere else that treat people good and never lie. I wish I never came to Walmart today! I HATE THE WAITING!

  • J M

The worst Walmart to go to where you get poor customer service and shelves that are not stocked. I had a grocery pick up and my groceries were literally thrown in my car. I immediately went to a manager and told them about the incident. I was told the issue would be addressed and I would would receive a gift card and that hasn’t happened. I can think a numerous occasions I’ve called the store and no answer or the management team asks as if their to good to answer when asked for. All around the culture and customer service of Walmart is very poor. I will be filing a formal complaint on how customers are treated and there practices. I was told today the management staff doesn’t like to answer the phone. That was good enough for me!!!! This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I would like to give this establishment 0 stars. I am handicaped, a broken back sacrum, femur, and COPD. I entered the store and no handicap carts were available. I was told I would have to wait for one. Nowhere to sit. Three steps around the corner was a cart with a cane lying across it. A very tall and large man was just settling in for a pedicure. I took the cane out propped it by him and said I need the cart. He became very angry and wanted management and security to call the police because I assaulted him. When I finished getting my 3 items he came out of the salon and wouldn't let me pass. Then the manager told me that someone can put a cane etc and hold a cart all day and not use it. I will be 80 yrs old in one month. Assaulted him! GIVE ME A BREAK

I met one of the worst cashiers I've ever experienced yesterday. When me and my Dad were checking out at the express lane, she hastily compiled me and my father's purchase into one. When I then tried to let her know that we were separate orders? (in an annoyed tone of voice) "You should have told me." Excuse me?! You didn't give me the bloody chance! Plus, there wasn't even a divider available to DO so... and my dad was standing right behind me. Thankfully this is the first time I've had this incident happen, but it really doesn't help given I was just about close to clearing out the bad taste in my mouth that has been left from prior shopping experiences here in the past. I think I'm gonna try the self check out next time. Not cool.

Still new to this Walmart, still learning the "lay of the land" so to speak, and so far the store itself seems fairly average, a lot of blank shelf space in some departments especially on their lowest-cost items. However, the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered at a Walmart, or just about anywhere! I needed assistance trying to buy an item in a locked case near the pharmacy, and despite pushing the button for assistance several times, asking a pharmacy employee TWICE and searching myself for the closest real-life employee for assistance, I tried for 45 minutes to get help and Noone Ever Came. It's not like it was Black Friday or anything, it was between 5 and 6 pm on a Wednesday evening. (10/19/22)

  • Jennifer Falbo

This Walmart is by far the worst. They never have anything stock and good luck finding an employee to help you. I called the other day to ask if I can return an item, so I wouldn’t drive there for no reason, and I was told yes from the operator after explaining exactly what I had to return and why. When I got to Walmart the lady at the customer service was rude and short with me and told me that I was not able to return my item and that the operator was wrong. I normally wouldn’t mind but with how rude the CSM was it upset me. I guess my point is that don’t believe when you’re told something from a Walmart rep over the phone because when you get there it’ll all depend on the person you see.

My roommate purchased three fleece blankets from this location. And when we unrolled them we found several roaches in them. Our apartment is very clean and I have never seen a roach in it. Not to mention they had just come into our apartment so there is no possible way for them to have been invested at that point. I’m absolutely outraged. I have never had to deal with such disgusting and unsanitary products. I’m am absolutely livid. Not to mention when I called the store the employee had the worst attitude and continued to interrupt me. I would also like to add that our hands smelled like insecticide which leads me to believe that they were aware of the infestation.

  • Adam Miller

Ok so this is the Walmart I got to the most. It's one of my primary grocery stores. It's less than 10 mins from my house. Most of the employees are nice. Management seriously needs help ordering to keep stuff in stock. I saw a manager stop an employee to tell her a cart had been in her section too long. It would have taken theanger 30 secs to move the cart to somewhere appropriate. I understand this shouldn't but the employee could have been the managers grandmother and he saw fit to think himself above a job. There is no job below a manager or they shouldn't be a manager. I truly believe this could be the top Walmart in KC if correctly managed

  • Kari Lyndell

I received notice that my pickup was ready. I have never used this service before and wanted to try it as I have Covid but I need groceries. I showed up and waited about 20 minutes. I called the store from my truck around 10 times. No one would answer any of the extensions. I saw 4 more vehicles show up and they all left without getting groceries. Two people went inside and left empty handed. I drive a gas hog and so driving to Walmart for literally nothing is the icing on the cake. I can’t believe they treat customers this way. Very upsetting! I tried to be responsible and order curbside and now I do not have my groceries.

  • kola ko

The lines are always long and workers are rude or they just ignore you. The few good people that work there can't do it all. I was in Walmart on March 9th, 2023 at 3:45p.m. Two black light skinned women were talking about customer's appearance. The shorter one of the two has on her gloves while she is eating the food. She then comes to serve the food with those same gloves. I have called Walmart 3 times and still can't speak with a manager about the issue. That is gross! With Covid going around, I can't believe some people. She treated Walmart deli as if it were her personal kitchen. How disgusting! Wa

Beware when returning merchandise from online orders that walmart will not always refund your money to the original form of payment and will force you to take a gift card that can only be used at their store. This is so unethical and unacceptable. Any corporation of this size should be able to have a system that can properly identify original payment (credit card or cash) and refund money accordingly. This is a hugely unfair business practice and customers should be able to get their money back. I honestly don't know how they get away with it.

  • Beri Wennihan

I have been a Walmart+ customer, for several years now. I am disabled & walk poorly. For the last 4 years, I have been ordering my needed items to be delivered by Walmart, due to my health condition. During the last month or so, I've had several negative issues with Walmart's delivery program... Either my order is wrong or some of the items in the sack are damaged & cant be used. Each time, I have called the corporate ph# & explained my issues! I've even had deliveries that never show yet, when I track my order it says, they were delivered ???

I and my sister-in-law went here for a walk-in flu shot. When we approach the pharmacist and told him we do not have appointment just walk-in. No more question, he get our information and let us fill up a paperwork. The flu shot went well and fast. Then, we buy some groceries. When looking for white vinegar there's none in the shelves so I asked the guy there stocking the merchandise and check on his scanner if there is some at the back, and yes there's some more. So he, went in and bring me what I needed. Extra customer service. Good job.

  • Louis Petrakos

This Walmart is the scroungiest Walmart in the area. You start off outside with the cart corrals broken. Literally falling apart. The restrooms are always smelly and I need of a thorough deep cleaning. The restrooms in most truck stops are in much better shape these days. Now to customer assistance. If you can find someone to help you, they are friendly. It's just a matter of finding someone. It's a shame Walmart Corporate Headquarters doesn't even have this store on their radar. Mr. Walton would not be impressed! Very

I had lost faith and desire to go to Walmart. This one in KCMO was so much better than ones by my home in StL. Friendly and very helpful staff. The staff actually spoke to us and we're willing to help! The didn't run the other direction or ignore us. Clean store. We ended up checking out in the self service checkout due to line being so long at the 1 cashier that was working. Gentlemen at self checkout were both amazing and helped us with a gift card issue. Just a really great store and really great workers!

  • Megara Heart

Did a quick pick up of pre-ordered online orders. Very easy, as the spaces provided are right next to the building. The young lady was very helpful and accommodating placing the items in my car where i wanted them. However, one item was out of stock that i really needed, so i had to go into the store for a replacement. I was quite pleased to see real cashiers, instead of being 'herded' through the self checkouts. Those are great for some people, but not my preference, at all. So kudos to this super center.

  • AJ Baxter

WalMart is always an experience. Fewer checkers and more self check-outs. But this year they have lots of cute Christmas sweaters, onesies and dress up clothes. They have sure to win ugly sweaters from the cow with "Christmas Mood" to the Flamingo (personal favorite). One of the best Christmases my 3 friends and I all dressed up in Christmas attire like the below, going out on the town. It was a huge hit and lots of memories..... so check out Walmart's Christmas section before it all sells out.

  • Lori

Been a Raymore Walmart customer for many yrs. I was shopping there when they were at their old location down the street. Some of the lady's there I feel like I know them personally. The fee veteran Walmart employees that are still there is part of the reason I keep going. It's always clean. I wish they would stop moving things around all the time and they could use more cashiers upfront. I am happy overall because it feels familiar and safe to me. I love you gals. You know who you are

  • Arnaldo Moore Fort

Not Enough working people, and not all the few know much about the business. Some are more into their cellphone than into their job and customers. The store can used some grease elbow and get it cleaner. Not all merchandise is in it's correct place. No upkeeping from items on the floor, on the aisles, etc. Most of the shelves are dirty. And most of the merchandise is not in their respective location. When an item is out of stock, it may take a week or more to have it replenish.

  • Adam K

This was one of the better stores in the metro but the past few years its gone down. And it's a leadership issue. Now it's poorly faced, items not stocked for MONTHS. The associates do their best but its obvious from the way they are scattered through the store their managers do not know how to manage their work flow. Case in point the item attached. This item bulk stacked in the midway and was priced online for $145, signed in the store at $149 but rang and register for $229.

  • Minjia Tang

I got worst experiences for pickup. First, nobody answered the phone and cannot leave message because the message box is full. There were 9 cars waiting when I got there only one guy working. I waited 15 minutes and call front to complain, after 4 minutes, there were 3 more guys came out start working, and seems none of them can find the pickup’s owner. And I’m here still waiting when I post this review. And right now 11 cars waiting. Pickup suppose to save time, funny

  • Andrew Ward

Really, Walmart? The store is full of people and you have like two lanes open. Checkout is backed up into the isles. What’s wrong with you? As much as everything is costing now you should be able to afford to pay employees to work your registers. After 20 minutes of waiting in line I got frustrated. Here’s my cart. I hope you have someone available to put everything back on the shelves. I really need these things but I’m frustrated and I have things to get done today.

  • Keith Bryant

I've always felt like this one was just a bit lesser than an average experience at the Great-Wal, but they generally have 70% or so of what I have gone there to get. Lots of customers like to pick up products and put them where they don't belong, which kinda sucks, and I get that it is tough to catch all of it, but I sometimes feel like the store doesn't try very hard either, so it often looks disorganized. Overall pretty average Wal-(ex)perience.

  • Andrea Ingram

Pickup in store. The Area was unmanned. I waited 20 minutes for help. Took 2 overheads pages to photos and 1 to manager to get order. Surrounding Staff was helpful but didn't have tools to help immediately. The picker of my product, gave me broken pieces, chalk was on everything, I then had to return the broken product at customer service. Took me over an hour, I called ahead and my Pickup order was delayed 4 days. Order system is broken!

  • Jarlecia Patterson

My family and I were harassed and followed by a Caucasian female police officer on staff this morning. It was very noticeable and caused me to feel uncomfortable. I feel we were targeted because we were black. I'll be glad when people realize theft is most common in both the black and white community, though the news prefer to report it as a crime focused towards the black community. I proudly purchased all my items.Wake up ppl!!!!

  • Colette Richards

Was missing an item from a delivery order. Called 5 times, got an answer once and was disconnected/hung up on 5 times. Would’ve been one thing if they had told me to call customer support which is what I ended up doing but I found this store to be completely unresponsive by phone which is kind of a problem. Customer support was really helpful on the 800 number though it would be nice if stores would actually answer their phone

  • Angie d

I've had better experiencies there, but not today. If it weren't for the fact that I knew what I wanted I'd be wondering around. I past 3 Walmart workers and none of them asked if I needed help or even acknowledge me with a greeting. They just looked at me and let me wonder on along. Made me feel like I didn't want to come back. Even when you've had a long day it doesn't take much to say hello, how are you. And go on your way.

  • Corinne Frenz

Overall I can give the store 3 stars. It can be hit or miss with items in stock and how horrible check out is. I usually try to go before 9am always. However in doing so often certain items aren't stocked yet. And if you go anytime from Noon on, be prepared to wait forever in lines of 30plus people and maybe 3 checkouts open. Including self check. Employees are also hit or miss... however there are a few that are exceptional.

  • Josh Dilly

I'm trying to contact the customer service desk to see if I dropped my wallet in the store but there is no way to reach them! The only number in the store that actually gets answered/is in service is the pharmacy, and they can't transfer calls because of private medical information. I called multiple departments hoping they could transfer me but all of those numbers are either disconnected or nobody answers them.

  • Christine K Garvey

I want to give a shout out & 5 stars to Vickie at the Pharmacy at the Walmart on 133rd & State Line. Not only was Vickie friendly, efficient & kind, but she went out of her way to make my shopping experience a great one. I'd also like to add that everyone that I have dealt with at the Pharmacy have been fabulous. Kudos to you all for being so kind, helpful, efficient & always providing great customer service.

  • JIMMY GILBREATH

I can honestly I have found how to make WalMart a pleasant experience. Just don't go inside. Order online, wait for message and go and pick it up. No dealing with lazy cashier's on their phone, playing with their nails or acting like you're a bother. Those that bring out food and stuff to your car don't want to be out in the heat so they get the job done expeditiously and are surprisingly polite

  • Katie Wood

I’ve seen like multiple fights here, I’ve had multiple employees just not pay attention and run into me with their blue online pickup carts, I’ve literally waited for an HOUR for a spot for curbside pickup. There’s only like 12 spots! Honestly the most pathetic Walmart I’ve ever been to, lazy and stupid employees and trashy customers everywhere. Absolutely the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to.

  • Roxcee Pride

I was at one of your location 1701 West 133rd Street Kansas City Missouri Walmart, the young lady in the automotive section was very helpful and nice, I found everything okay, my problem comes in when I checked out your cashier did not greet any of his customers instead he had his earbud in having a conversation, to me that is not very professional or customer service I was really Disturbed

  • Damn_Im_Sleepy

All locations have a slightly different layout than others, but that's fine in my opinion. They have whatever you could possibly want from furniture to car parts. Some stores can be a little rough in terms of cleanliness and customer satisfaction when dealing with disgruntled employees, but who wouldn't be dealing with questions all day? Overall a good store with plenty of locations.

  • MystycAssault UnholyEndings

It is a great enough store, just the way of how short staffed and the long lines even when it is not at it's busiest. Honestly it feels weird going in and seeing an emptier lot, but still packed with people. Also another issue is the people still asking for money on the corner, kinda makes it seem the security team doesn't do anything to get and keep them out asking for stuff.

  • Timothy Cotton

Half of the stuff in the store is now behind a locked glass case, security gate and video screens at the entrance- this place obviously attracts citizen of the year types. The shelves are not stocked or are regularly empty and checking out is nothing but a frustration. Been a good run, Walmart but honestly not worth the extra hassle now with all of the other shopping options.

  • Don Michele Moussa

Greatly improved. It seems cleaner; the aisles are wider. There is a security guard visible in the store and there is a security person patrolling the parking lot in a car. Some food that was close to expiring had been identified and marked down. They carry a probiotic liquid called Yakult, both regular and reduced calorie and carb versions. This can be difficult to find.

  • Julie Stasi

Like this Walmart however I chose to wait in the long line so someone else could check my items. Think I'd be parking in the employee parking lot and using their break room if I gotta check myself out. Guess if everybody wants 15 an hour then all they can afford is 2 checkers. All that money spent on equipment and checkout stands going unused. Pretty sad.

  • Elizabeth Ann

The tall bald headed man that works evenings in the self-check out area is useless. He won't assist when the handheld scanners don't work and he won't assist with large objects that need assistance with scanning. I have no use for lazy people and walmart is throwing away their money paying this useless lazy individual. DO BETTER and get rid of this guy.

  • Return of the Mack

While the Heavy traffic and sometimes difficulty finding things that I need keeps me out of Walmart for the most part, I came in there one day last week and had a very pleasant experience with a young lady named tia, who cashed me out. She was really sweet and handled my merchandise with care. She’s very personable I hope she can move up in the company

  • zzr12muzzy

I realize it’s only Walmart, but this Walmart has turned into a dump !!! I’ve shopped here since it opened years ago & now won’t set foot in here ….. the Employees are Rude, Customers are Rude & Explicit Bottom line It’s Turned into a scary Ghetto Walmart The long wait for the self Checkouts WHY is there always a wait Stay Away from the Gem of a DUMP

  • mindia stephenson

The ladies at the Customer Service counter need to go back to training. I had my receipt for a money gram, and she told me my money was on hold. After asking several questions 10 minutes later, we found out she was putting the wrong numbers in the register. ‍♀️! How are you going to yell at someone, and you're not doing your job correctly!

  • Samantha Blakley

Rude employees. Slow employees. If you find too many bargains with the price scanner they assume your stealing. Do not waste your money here. Customer service not open. If you find an associate to acknowledge you, they just refer you to a different Wal-Mart. No management to speak of. Sorry excuse for a Wal-Mart. If I could give NO stars. I would.

  • Janet Dupuis

I am giving 5 stars for the cashier Paulette. She was so friendly. Sadly a lot of times the cashiers barely acknowledge you. But Paulette and I had a friendly conversation and when I left one of my bags she chased me into the parking lot so I wouldn’t forget my items for dinner! Thank you Paulette for making my shopping trip a pleasant one!

  • Linda Smith

I don't go to Wal-Mart very often. I do not like or appreciate self check out. Lines are super long at self check out. I prefer regular check outs but only a few are open. Prices on many things are lower, higher on others. Store is fairly well stocked except for canned cat food. They got rid of the jewelry counter and much less selection.

  • Bre G

Ordered online pickup and the workers were rude and very slow. I tried calling 5 times and they didn’t pick up once nor call me back. I would not come back to this store for pickup. It took them 10 minutes to bring it out (there were maybe 3 other cars here) and it took her another 5 minutes to load 3 small bags into the trunk of my car.

  • Julia Pulizzi- Folmar

How do you rate a Walmart? Hmmm. I look at the parking lot as I walk into the store, the tidyness of the isles, how well stocked they keep it, and the nature of their staff and workers. Attitude starts at the top, with management, and trickles down threw the ranks. The managers here are doing a great job from what I can tell. Keep it up!

  • Jaime McCord

Not my usual store. Went in this evening for a couple of items and ended up walking through out the entire store. The set up being different changed things up a bit. Store clean, employee's we're friendly, and on employee Davaen(cashier) was very helpful by searching, finding, and retrieved for me a specific item I had inquired about.

  • Clifford Mcdonald

Would like to say we had Fantastic Service also a very big THANK YOU to Noah ,Mose and with everyone involved in helping us with a large order for the Elks Organization for our Christmas Assistance Program... The deli department done a AWESOME JOB on all our lunch order. What a GREAT TEAM..!!! Grandview Elks Lodge / Cliff & Gail

  • Donald Lee

If your self checkout has a line, you have a problem. Open some registers, expand self checkout, do something. Half of the times I walk into this clown show, I turn around immediately and walk back out because there is a long line for self checkout. This has been going on for years. I will drive for miles to avoid this location.

  • raina lawrence

The only thing that I don't like about Walmart is the restrooms! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WALMART! when you're on a budget Walmart is the go too. I thank God for Walmart! Some locations need too step it up but on the whole Walmart is a lifeline. It's the staff that reduce Walmart's reputation. The staff can make or break ANY business.

Conveniently located, the best prices, and great quality food,as well as other everyday items, and home accessories. We spent far too much money today accidently finding things we needed for a great price. As we checked out our cashier (Marilyn Cash) was very friendly and personable. We highly recommend and will be coming back.

  • Joseph Killeen

It's Walmart. Nothing "super" about it. They still didn't be have half the stuff on my list. The employees who are shopping for someone else are even more rude an inconsiderate than regular shoppers, acting even more entitled parking their carts in the way and completely oblivious of shoppers around them. Hate this place.

  • Josh Hendren

Definitely one of the nicer Walmarts. Bright, clean and felt much more spacious. But again, the age old backup at the self checkout with only 3 normal lanes open... See this at every one I go to. Sign of the times I guess. There's a ton of product needing to be put up, must be short staffed. Auto center is very unhelpful.

  • monica coy

I truly like shopping at Walmart. Although, while I was in the self checkout a employee came over and asked me if I scand some items I told her yes as she went on to stop me and looked at the screen to see I was telling her the truth. I got no sorry miss I was humiliated. I'm 66yrs old and did not appreciate her behavior.

  • Deonisia Hernandez

Most of the time the staff here are very helpful but occasionally there is a few that u can tell hate their job. Speedy checkout even when crowded but trying to return products is a hassel most everytime I try...very rude big managers and stock of things has been real low lately...sometimes having to check other walmarts!

  • Gina Marner

Normally this store is fine, but when I needed help with something that leaked, I was directed to go all the way to customer service. Then the person I talked to there didn't even respond to me verbally. He also took a while to get back to my cart and when he did, still didn't say anything to me. I was not impressed.

  • Brian Stark

Waited to check out for almost 15 minutes before leaving my items and walking out. More security around there than employees that should be there to allow people to spend their money. Checkout person thought holding a conversation between scanning items was more important than letting people get on with their day.

  • Crystal Mitchell

The purpose of me doing a Walmart pickup order IS FOR ME NOT TO HAVE TO BE AT WALMART FOR 3O MINUTES OR MORE I WAS HOPING I COULD PICK UP MY GROCERIES AND GET HOME BEFORE DARK AND I'M STILL SITTING HERE WAITING ON MY ORDER 30 MINUTES LATER AS THE SUN GOES DOWN AND ORDER THAT I PLACE THE NIGHT BEFORE. RIDICULOUS

  • S M

Jeremy team leader was great. I was looking for Cornish Hens and couldn’t find any out. As he was walking by I stopped him and asked him if Walmart had any. He looked and looked until he found where they had been relocated. He didn’t stop until he got me my 2 packages of Cornish Hens. He saved my Thanksgiving.

  • Luz Maldonado

If I could give a 0 star I would. The woman whom receives cars is super rude & doesn’t smile. When I asked for help the gentleman told me I had to wait. The only one that greeted me was a lady working on a car. All the other ones in the automotive center where rude. Definitely needs better employees here.

  • Kim Gallegos

Bathroom are disgusting. They never answer the phone. None of the bathrooms flush the water doesn’t work the soap dispenser is not filled horrible customer service. All employees have an attitude even before you walk in this location has gone down hill corporate should really come and fix this location

  • Jono Hoffman

I havent been in this walmart in a long time so I was relying on employees to help me find the isle I was looking for. I went through 8 employees before someone could help me find isle J18. If you don't already know where your going here, plan on spending some time tracking your stuff down.

  • Bekki Currier

Avoid going to this location. Very few lanes open and lines extend through the clothing section. Been waiting 25 minutes in the "Speedy Checkout" lane. Lots of locked cases while shopping and b/c they're short staffed you'd be waiting at those cases forever too. Just very poorly managed.

  • Marvin Calhoun (Heater Calhoun OMMD)

All they do is follow black people around or those who looks like they dnt have money. They are very hypocritical and or racist and it doesn't make anyone want to spend money. Hey news flash just because I'm black or look less Fortuned doesn't mean I come to steal for God sake.

  • Monique Flenoy

Walmart was a nice experience even on a tax free back to school weekend. There were people there but I didn't feel like I was always in someone's way, if that makes sense. I was able to get my daughter some jeans and some tops for the first day of school at a reasonable price.

  • L Mont

The store is always clean and nice! The employees not so much. This store has a nice selection of hair care products. They never have enough cashiers open. This store gets really crowded doing peak times. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed.

  • B D

Most of the employees are friendly and willing to help. Don’t visit often, only in a pinch. Needed scrubs and they have a decent selection. One women employee helped me find out what other Walmart’s inventory was on an item. This SuperWalmart is the closest location to me.

  • Claudia Brunn

Be prepared to wait in line to check out for about a half hour. There is always a long wait to check out. Usually two people working register and the self checkouts. The pints of ice cream are always freezer burned and unappealing. Convenient but not a great experience.

  • Laurie Cichon

Most of the time shopping there I usually can not get everything on my list. Today was no half a gallon of 2% great value milk, an no 2% lactaid milk. If there is any they need to maybe get a new management cause these shelves in the store are never stocked up. Sad

  • Akeyla Walker

The wait in line is ridiculous and the up keep of this store is not what it use to be. It's like a big thrift store. Pallets block the way as you shop and the shelves are always empty!! I avoid going to my local Walmart and drive almost 30 minutes to the next one.

  • Maureen Call

Dear god the pace of the check out clerks is atrocious. It’s like they are numb. At one point there were 3 clerks standing around doing nothing and a line half a mile long. Awful experience but had no choice. Closest place for stuff bc my mom was in the hospital.

  • Bethany

I would literally give this Walmart zero stars if I could. This place never has nothing on the shelves. And too many times to count, I also constantly get opened items from here. Granted, that’s partially my fault but jeez, does anybody work here or care!?!

  • Ramona Harris-Smith

Walmart is the number one store for me and my family. Walmart has everything that anyone could ever need. The prices are also in a class by themselves. Walmart has whatever a person need on any budget. Walmart plays a very special part of me and my family.

  • Userun- Named

I used to like their clearance sections but it's not so great now. I also do wish they were open later. From what I hear from the employees they will never be open 24hrs again. I miss being able to shop in the middle of the night when everyone else isn't.

  • Christian Bosse

Not one department answered the phone in almost an hour of me calling. I wish that was an exaggeration. It’s not. This Walmart needs serious training. Answering the phone is a basic requirement of any store. Corporate should be ashamed of this location.

  • Jamie White

I used to love this Walmart, now it's a mess in every aisle & you can't find anything. If they have it at all to begin with. I can't tell you how many of the aisles have just open merchandise with the packaging just left there. Just super disappointed.

  • Laurel Johnson

Do NOT schedule pickup from 9 - 10 even if it's available to select! No one responds to the app or the phone or the main store phone! And when you go inside it takes at least half an hour to get your pickup order IF they can find it in the system!

  • Mary Martin

For some reason thier machine could not scan my check. It an account that does not have a debit card. So frustrating Went to the bank to get cash to pay for my purchase. Hope they fix this. It should be able to read checks of all font size. …

  • Evelyn Chavarria

This Walmart has the worst customer service, I asked for a price match and was told it couldn’t be done by a manager. I’m not mad at that , I’m mad at their nasty attitude. She was extremely rude, if you hate your job then quit! I asked her

  • Joanna Hastings

In a word unclean. I was very concerned about exposure to not only Covid but other things as well. This is long but hopefully will be helpful for others and perhaps even cause change. I was there on 1/5/2021 at 3:00 pm to get tires and do

  • Brian Gomez

My order delivery driver pulled up across the street, sat there 30 seconds and then left. I got a message saying my order was delivered with a blank screen as "proof of delivery". $75 gone. I contacted Walmart and they said it'd be up

  • Englaia Carter

Still my go to for essentials and extras.... they have it all.....my only fuss is that I miss seeing real staff.....not as many people working.... everything is self checkout, which is nice.... but I miss real and genuine live people.

  • MARJ S

Restrooms were too dirty, no toilet paper no liquid hand wash!!! I used to work for Walmart and I know how much work you have to do every day and how busy you are but this doesn't mean cleanliness is critical for being a good store.

  • Lonnie McDonald

Walmart Supercenter at Stateline and 135th. Clean well lit building. Shelves were stocked and organized. For the day before Christmas I expected it to be busier. I’m not a fan of check yourself out or bathrooms that aren’t clean.

  • Deucie Bradley

I went to the Supercenter at 133rd & Stateline Road to get a oil change. This was my first visit and I was impressed. With no appointment, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and I will be visiting again

  • ku85jd

I had a low tire and Google showed auto center hours until 6pm. The sign at the auto showed hours until 5pm. I arrived at 4:40pm and the doors to the auto center were locked, the shop was empty and dark and no one was around.

  • nocarey

Never enough cashiers, self checkout is a pain when you have a basket that's full. Seems late night stocking is non-existent. Early morning(before 9) shopping leads to frustration. Store somewhat better than it was last year.

  • Shivon Monique

I will never use curbside pick up here ever. No one greets you with an update, the number to call for pickup is not in service, waited over a 45 minutes and end up having to go inside. This why I go to Target ‍♀️. …

  • Deborah Westbrook

Many times this Walmart has low stock. Employees are rude and not friendly. When I go to the Walmart on the Kansas side the experience is totally different. Shelves are fully stocked and employee service is usually better.

  • Jesse Williams

I'm so happy to see you now carry over-the-counter hearing aids, it'll save me thousands! They are made by Hearing Assist, Innerscope is the parent company. Very legit, check them out in the vision center. Thank you!

  • Laurie Watson

Every time I use the pick up Services, I've been grateful and thrilled with the friendliness of the Associates. They already know my car and have even on occasion walked out with my order and welcomed me. Way to go!

  • Frank Nitti

I use to work here from 08-2013 and I still shop here even though Belton is 2 miles closer to me. Maybe it's just what I'm use to, but its a cool Walmart besides being out of certain meats that I need sometimes.

  • Ninanzu Sk

I had a question regarding shopping, and I asked for help with one of the lead on this store. He called someone on the radio, and I waited more than 25 minutes; I saw him again near Aisle 1, and then he hide.
