Service at The Cure Day Clinic Somerset West was excellent. Staff was excellent. My problem started when I had to deal with their Finance Department. I paid for the Hospital upfront, and then I would claim that back from my Medical aid. I requested the documents on numerous occasions from their Finance department, but with no luck. No communication at all. Eventually I asked my Doctor's room to assist, after they assisted me by contacting the Hospital, I received an e-mail with an apology. I requested the documents again, but only received it after they mailed it to the Medical Aid and told me that they will do my refund after they received my money. Money I have already paid them for. (R30 000 to be exact). My Medical Aid mailed me a statement to inform me that there was an payment approved for Cure day clinic on 4 December already, just under R19 000. I have requested information from Cure Day Clinic on when I am going to receive my refund numerous times, again, with NO feedback or communication. Today is 20 December, when I phoned I only received a answering machine confirming that they are now closed till 2 January. I really think this is terrible service and mean of them to withhold my money like this. The sad thing is, if you receive such bad service from one department, that is what you remember.

Everything was explained to me in detail, i walked in so anxious but it all died down the moment the nurse started taking my blood pressure and doing my survey. We ended up talking about life in general than the situation at hand, it made it so easy to just laugh and know that you are in good hands. The way they do hand-overs and introduce you to each and every nurse including anesthesia doctor is seamlessly done, theater can be scary but the talks in-between just made it feel like a normal check up with your DR. I knew everything in detail and was very relaxed, my husband was well informed too from start to finish.

Ive been a few times to Cure Somerset West fr procedures and still the quality of service and patient care exceeds my expectations every time! They r truley gems working at that facility.Thank you Duwanne ,Chantal (PR) En Chantal , En Stacey,En Christal , Sr Lynn Frikkie ,Marlene Ena Denise ,SrMaritjie , Sr Andrea ,Eddie and the lady who brought my sandwich(not sure if it was Sofie cause I couldnt see.Dr Theron and Dr Cockburn thnk u fr a smooth operstion and aneasthetic.

My 6 year old went for an eye operation on Friday 23rd April, what a phenomenal experience. With excellent caring staff from point of entry to exit, all the kind words and thoughtful efforts will not be forgotten. Everyone showed compassion and love, it gave us a family feeling. Needless to say my little monster said she wouldn't mind going there again perhaps even a holiday she says! Thank you Cure day clinic and Dr Falletisch for everything ❤️

I went into theatre on Monday, 3 May 2021, to have my tonsils removed at Cure Day Hospital in Somerset West. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all the receptionists, nurses & Doctors who took care of me. You all really made it a stress-free/ nerve-free experience. I am an extremely satisfied patient! Had my first cataract surgery done by dr. Mukahiwa (he is absolutely the BEST!) and didn't know what to expect. The staff at Cure Day Hospital are friendly, professional and kind, they really take the time to calm their patients and meet their needs. Excellent theatre and facilities. I cannot recommend Cure Day Hospital enough!

I had a sebaceous cyst removed from my eye, by Dr Eric Falletisch, his the Opthomologist and Dr Theron was the Anaesthetist. I live in Somerset West and been to all the private hospitals in this area. They top class and I can say with out a doubt that I have never received such professional service in my 14 years of living here. So I applaud them
