Warning! Find a more professional business. False advertising claiming to be a 5 Star business. Lets start off with their business model "we do it once, we do it right." False!!They didn't provide me with an estimate they promised and after spending two hours at my house taking pictures and examining my roof, they insisted on another visit because the job wasn't done right the first time and the boss needed to come see it for himself. And then later on it was the boss's dad that needed to come over. They told me they could no longer serve me after I complained about how they treated me, a disabled veteran. Yes I pulled that card and only because upon the visit to my house we talked about my disability. They have not provided me with an estimate as promised. So it seems I let an actor enter my home and take pictures of it inside and was provided nothing back. I will let you make the assumptions about their practices. Save your time and energy. They sent out Mike S. who is very nice and reassuring. This is an act, as he will let you know he was a professional actor. Shame on me for not stopping this after he told me he couldn't get hired in Hollywood because he looks too much like Sly Stallone. He bragged about how much money he makes and that the owner - during covid built a swimming pool in his yard (relief money) because there was no work. He mentioned how young the owner is and that some customers were uncomfortable with his age. I don't discriminate so at the time it didn't make a difference if he was 10 or 30. My mind has changed after dealing with this ch!t show. Mike will constantly refer back to the 5 star service they provide, minus one negative review in which Mike informed me they fired the employee over. Wait until he shows you the commercial they made! And a elderly gentleman singing a song about Mike! YAY! So exciting! All part of the show. After requesting my estimate for an entire week, I informed Mike that I would be writing a one star review based on my experience. I was sent this text below. He did try to call me but I requested that everything be text or email since I could not trust their spoken word. Good luck to the consumer finding an honest roofer out there. I really thought after reading all the positive reviews and my 2 hour visit that this was the company for me. You have to give Mike credit, he even told me to kick rocks in a polite way. Let's me be clear, just because I am a disabled combat veteran doesn't make me special or above anyone else but you guys sure made me feel like I wasn't worth being treated like a person at all by refusing what was promised to me. Thank you for wasting a whole week of my time begging for an estimate you promised and then declining to work with me based on my feed back. They really were not concerned about expediting a leaky roof that may possibly have mold in the ceiling. If I was given the estimate as promised they could have started work and make adjustments with my insurance as needed. First review: We asked for a quote for a TPO roof and someone said they could swing by later that evening after another appointment. They texted that they were still tied up with appointments, but after that, they completely ghosted us. No call back, no nothing. Pretty disappointing considering they’re blasting their marketing all over social media, and they won’t even call you back. We'll be on the lookout for another company. My first experience with this company was less than satisfactory; however, I must commend Franklin & Rob for their swift response in rectifying the situation. Following my initial disappointment, they took immediate action to apologize and address the issues at hand. Their proactive approach has certainly left a positive impression on me. However, in the midst of my disappointment, Franklin & Rob reached out to me personally. Their sincere apologies and commitment to making things right have truly impressed me. I couldn't begin to share how pleased I have been with Custom Construction Solutions. I required a full roof replacement after a hailstorm and Scott Platero as well as Franklin Yazzie helped me navigate my uncooperative insurance and after nearly a four-month fight with insurance, we were able to make a full replacement happen. Their expert advice, quick responses, and guidance made the process a breeze and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. More than anything, I want to emphasize the importance of having a good team when you're fighting with insurance (who will do everything in their power not to pay out). I have neighbors with the same insurance who were denied because their roofing contractors were not as knowledgeable or attentive to getting their claim approved. The Custom Construction team was a breeze to work with! I called someone to take a look at my roof following a home inspection, and everything was pretty easy after that. I filed a claim with insurance, got that approved, and Custom Construction handled the rest. They communicated with my insurance adjuster for logistics and got me scheduled. They dropped off materials the day before install and showed up at 6 am the next morning to get started. They completed the whole job in one day and took their time to clean up when they were done. They used a leaf blower, picked up trash by hand, swept , and inspected the ground for stray debris and nails. They even checked with both of my neighbors to make sure that nothing had fallen into their yards. Everyone I communicated with was polite and friendly. They took time to provide me all the information I needed but didn't interrupt my day. I highly recommend Custom Construction Solutions if you are looking for a roofing contractor!

Custom construction solutions is Amazing !!!!! Brian Vigil and team helped me through the insurance claims process to get my roof replaced. I had noticed Custom working with all my neighbors in the area after the bad hail storm last summer. All of my neighbors were talking about how easy and content they were with the overall process. I called the number I had seen on my he sign in my neighbors yard I quickly received a return call almost immediately the representative was prompt to his appointment I signed his agreement and he went to work he had the adjuster on my roof in days it was approved!!! Brian came by and went over all the insurance documents and answered all my questions, and there were a lot! The install happened and when they were done they yard was cleaner then when they arrived! We recently filed a wind/hail damage claim for our roof. From the very first interaction, Franklin was very knowledgeable and professional. He assisted me with filing the claim with my insurance company, sent someone from the company when the insurance adjustor came for the inspection, and completely explained the entire process. When his crew showed up (on time) they started working right away and did not stop until the job was completed (except for their lunch break) They were very careful about keeping the jobsite clean and in it's original condition. They completely cleaned up everything, including all the roofing nails from the demo of the original roof. They removed the existing shingles and replaced them with new, higher quality shingles, in 5 hours. I am thoroughly impressed with Franklin and the company as a whole. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called to get an estimate on some roof work that I needed done quick and in a matter of like the nest 3 days due to me selling my home. As soon as I called and setup an appointment Franklin then called me to confirm and that he will be there. The day of he text me hours before to confirm and showed up 10 minutes early. He responded with an estimate that night and I told him I needed it done this weekend and they were able to accommodate my schedule to get the work done. They did an amazing job on such short notice. I highly recommend them and am actually going to hire them to do some flooring on my new home and possibly a solar system. Don’t sleep on these guys because I called 9 other contractors before them that made appointments for an estimate and never showed up. They were professional, prideful, and respectable pricing I might add.

When I discovered I needed a new roof I became worried how I would pay for it and how do I find a company that will do a great job. It took me about a week to chose, I came across Custom Construction and decided to hire them. I didn’t know if my insurance would cover it but I opened a file with them in case I decided to file a claim. Custom Construction came and looked at the roof and said I should file a claim and then they took care of everything. They took all the worry from me and handled things for me. They started early in the morning and were done by late afternoon. My roof looks wonderful and they did a good job cleaning up and they did not rush me to pay them when done they made payment very easy. I am very pleased I chose Custom Construction for this job.

I had the amazing experience of working with Franklin, Nicholas, Miranda, and their team for my roof replacement. my insurance company thought they could just pay for damages caused on one side of the house by hail and wind, but Franklin was thorough and explained to the adjuster why the whole roof was needed. Miranda was on top of all documents and very quick with her responses to my questions. I thought the project might take 2 days, but only took 1. Custom Construction did a good job with replacing my roof. I did not realize how much damage hail had done in the past few years. They installed shingles that are sturdy with a 30 year warranty. My skylight needed to be replaced in the process of putting in a new roof and during that some damage was done to the drywall up to the skylight. The person overseeing the re-roofing did not really address my concern so I was able to speak with Franklin, someone at a management level, and he personally followed up with my concerns and had specialists with drywall come and repair the damage. I really appreciate the attention to detail and taking responsibility for damage that inadvertently occurred.

Our project manager Scott Platero had fought for us with our insurance company to get a full roof replacement. Our insurance company at first just wanted to give us the amount to do repairs to our roof and not replace the whole roof. Scott made time to come to see us numerous times to give us updates from the insurance company. He also explained everything in detail about the difference between shingles that we had to pick from and the warranty on them. Scott also had set up a A/C contractor do the required repairs to the air conditioner per our insurance company and also the window screens. SeveraI homes in & around my neighborhood had roofs repaired. Failing miserably in initiating a claim, I contacted Orlando Montañez @ Custom Construction. He responded immediately, came by the next day, explained the process, assured me he'd help facilitate communication with insurance and inspected/documented the condition of my roof. When I was ready to file a claim, he was there to provide technical information and was also present when the inspector was sent to assess damage. We had a new roof put on from having hail damage. The roofers came the day before and dropped of the dump trailer and the morning of they came on time as promised at 7:00 a.m. and was completed by 3:00 p.m. The roof turned out great and looks really nice. Mike Shrader was attentive throughout the process for inspection, install, and final paperwork. Custom Construction is a local ABQ company and they did a great job on my roof, skylight, and gutters/downspouts. I will use them again in the future (hopefully not for another 20-30 years).

Our salesman Christian worked hard dealing with pushback from the insurance company until a whole new roof was approved. His team did a fabulous job and our new roof and trim looks great! Even the air conditioner reinstall was over and above expectations. I definitely recommend them!
