My new roof process all started with Rall of Elevation Roofing. I called & asked if he could inspect my leaky skylight. He showed up the same day that I called exactly at the agreed upon time. On my roof he also took several pictures of the damaged shingles caused by a previous hail storm. I asked him to send them to my insurance co., he did, & I began a claim process with my insurance.They approved my claim. The process of working with Rall to get a new roof was smooth & easy. He always answered the phone whenever I called. He always showed up on time at my house & provided me with all the info I could possibly need. At 6:45 AM on the day agreed upon six workers were here to rip off my hail damaged roof & install a new one & 2 skylights. They began at 7am & at 10 am I noticed 8 workers here, hrs. later there were 12. All working hard & making sure it was done right, including updating the new city roof codes. These men & women showed great pride in their work. They were courteous at all times & answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They showed me what a crew working together can accomplish in 1 day. And they did it with joy. At the end of the day no one ran to their cars. They all hung around to help clean up & show me what they did to make my roof drain better. Rall stopped by during the day & later to make sure all was going good. Looking at my skylights from the inside of my house up (with the inside cover removed) I've never before seen that kind of skylight sealing. Wow it was cool. There's no way I'm having a skylight leak now. And with their 10yr. warranty guarantee I'll sleep good at night. Elevation Roofing...you're the best I've ever seen.

I am stationed somewhere else away from New Mexico and being a home owner can already be stressful but owner of a rental property defiantly more stressful. I bought this home to work on but I received orders to move and since then over 3 years ago I have not been back. I completed some work but the major stuff I did not get around to or did not have the knowledge like roofing. A few weeks back I decided to talk to my landlord about getting a new roof and he got me in contact with Adolfo who works for this company. Adolfo has been nothing but helpful and generous. Within a week we go approved through insurance and within 2 days the roof from start to finish was completed. Being stationed over seas it is hard to contact people already and trying to find someone to do other jobs for me was a headache but Adolfo has a wide range of contacts to who can do what. He had someone paint my entire house and also repair my stucco. My house look brand new and that ugly blue is gone. He was generous enough to maintain contact with me and to help with what ever I need. Their pricing was very reasonable and overall great job and customer service. I attached photos of the roof and paint job. The blue is old and the brown is new. Great job and I recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof or gutters. If you need a paint job or stucco repair they definitely can recommend someone.

We originally went with Elevation Roofing 18 months ago for our new TPO roof because their quote was cheaper than any of the five competitors we received but we could not have been more impressed with the quality of the service we received. Not only was the roof was installed on time for the quoted price with absolutely no hassle, Adolfo continued to be responsive and helpful afterwards when we needed copies of invoices 6 months later to update our home insurance and other paperwork. When we had a leak months later I texted Adolfo and he had a man on our roof the same day to see if there were any issues with the roof (there weren't, old damaged stucco on our parapets was absorbing water during heavy rain). Though the roof wasn't to blame (we checked with a hosepipe, no leaks) he still had a member of his crew patch the damaged sections of the parapets for us free of charge. The measure of the integrity of a business is how they treat you after they already have your money. With that in mind I could not recommend Elevation Roofing and Adolfo more highly. They went far beyond standing behind their work and I was blown away by the level of service I received from a company that I originally picked because they were the cheapest.

Adolfo is the MAN! I had several roofing companies inspect my roof and he was the only one that was able to properly identify the hail damage that led to me getting a $50K check from my insurance company. He helped me with the claim process, met with the insurance adjuster, and made the whole process smooth, quick, and easy. My new TPO roof is a work of art and I couldn't be happier. They got the material quickly, scheduled quickly, and got the job done quickly and with high quality. Adolfo also handled pulling in the other contractors I needed to do the stucco finish and the drywall repair I needed inside the house from the previous leaks. He met with me afterwards to inspect the final result together, make sure everything was done to his high standards, and answer any questions I had. Adolfo puts a lot of pride into the roofs his crew installs. It is important to him that the workmanship is top notch and that the new roof is beautiful as well as functional. When we found out we’d have to replace our roof ahead of installing solar, Elevation Roofing came highly recommended by our solar installation company. Even so, we still collected quotes from three other roofing contractors. So let us save you some time and say that in the end, Elevation came out on top in expertise and fair pricing. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. And when it comes to a roof or any 30-year investment, we are not looking to skimp! We appreciated that they were able to speak to both TPO and foam roofs and advise on which would be best for our purposes and environment. They were quick get their crew out here working shortly after signing given our timeline despite killer heat. The roof was done within two weeks of contracting (wow!) allowing us to adhere to our original solar installation timeline without delay. The team was communicative and helpful, sharing ETAs, updates, and photos throughout. We’re grateful for Elevation and plan to be in touch when we’re ready to redo our stucco!

From the start of the project Matt was timely and always professional. I am a General Contractor and can say the work they did on my home was second to none. The quality, the timeliness and attitude of the entire staff was outstanding. I shopped around to have parts of our flat roof covered with TPO. Adolfo (owner of Elevation) showed me this other covering that comes with a 50 year warranty. Loved that Elevation was on time, communicated timely with reminders, I also love paperless transactions with the invoicing and bill paying! I had one small issue with post work cleanup and when I mentioned to Adolfo and the foreman was out the next morning (on a Saturday) and quickly resolved it. That's customer service! Also their business model includes them donating a bed for each completed project. That was one of the first texts I got = a twin bunk bed set donated to those in need. I have one more roof section over my garage and will use Elevation for that next year.

Elevation is outstanding! They inspected our roof the day after I called, generated a report for our insurance company the same day and we had a new roof in 2 weeks! (The holiday break was happening, so it probably would have been sooner if it wasn’t for the timing.) Elevation’s crew was professional, respectful and quick. Elevation recently installed a new roof on my home and I am super happy with the result. Adolfo was on the ball from the moment he did the preliminary site visit. Adolfo and his foreman helped us find and repair a pretty big hole on our roof. He used a drone to take footage of trouble spots on the roof and then showed us what he found. He also was really honest with us about the roof liner not needing replacing. He recorded and showed us a brittle scratch test they performed on the liner and said the liner still looked good. His foreman came out and did a real thorough job replacing rotten wood and broken roof tiles etc. We would definitely call these guys again if we ever need roof work done. It’s been 6 months or so now and we haven’t had any leaking. Really appreciated these guys taking care of our problem.

I had a leaky roof and when I called Adolfo he was very polite and honest about what was going on with my roof. The quote didn’t take long like it would usually take for other companies. He wanted to try and get me in with what was going on with my roof and was able to fix it within a week! If I had any questions he told me don’t hesitate to call him about anything. I waited over a month for another company to get back with me regarding the leak in the roof to no avail.
