I wanted a cycle shop on the north side and after I read the reviews I selected this one. All I needed was a tire and tube, but I thought I might get stuck and need more help because it was the back tire. Cycle Ace had the tire and tube at a reasonable price and the owner took the time to give me useful information on putting them on the rim. I'm glad that I went to Cycle Ace because the next time I need help I will need to take the bike in. I know that the owner is knowledgeable, patient, pragmatic, interested in his work and willing to work with the customer. Definitely a shop to go back to.

Dan was wonderful! I used the around me app to find a bicycle repair shop near me and Dan’s business had 4.5 stars so I put my bike in the car and headed out. He showed me what was wrong, quoted for that and also quoted in the case there were other repairs based on my inner tubes. He found I didn’t need new inner tubes, repaired the other issues and called me the same day for pickup. Dan provided great quality work at an awesome value! I definitely recommend this locally owned small business, Cycle Ace Bicycle Repair!

Dan the bicycle man is awesome! I just picked up my husband's bike after taking it in in pretty sad shape. Dan communicated regularly on the progress of the project, went above and beyond on a couple pieces by pulling them off and painting them, and had the bike in working order before I expected. His price was also reasonable, I expected to put more into this project but he made it a breeze. I highly recommend him to anyone needing bike repairs! He can get busy so call before just dropping in!

I brought 4 bikes in for several minor repairs on each bicycle. I was quoted a very fair price for total repairs and was charged that exact amount. He is very fair in pricing and the quality of work is excellent. All work was completed faster than quoted. I will return back to Cycle Ace Bicycles for any future repairs. I wanted to give him 6 stars but google ran out of stars. Over the top attention to every last detail. Next time I won't have to tell him what's wrong. I could just drop it off and say fix it, and I'm sure everything will be adjusted back to purrfection. Easy to talk too also. Cheap prices. You're going to have to tip him to be fair because he doesn't charge enough

Not sure how reasonable their rates are because I have no real refernce, but they have the only bike shop in the area and saved me a ton of time not having to drive across town to the name brand bike shop where you feel shunned taking in a kid's Toys R Us bike. The owner seems super nice and his shop has awesome character.

I am so glad that we found this very homey bike repair shop on Jacksonville's Northside. If you are needing your bike that day, he has shown me that he can do that. Not only did I find a dependable bike repair shop, I found a friend. That's what I call good customer service. Thanks Mike, please tell your mom I said hello.

Great service and affordable prices!! Dan is a great guy who did a fabulous job repairing two mountain bikes I have had in storage for over 3 years. Dropped my bikes off on a Tuesday night and he had them ready to ride the next morning!! Great local business for bike repairs on the North side!!

Dan is Awesome! Very knowledgeable and super QUICK. My cruiser dropped from the bike rack and bent my wheels kinda bad but he had it up and ready, plus tuned up and running smoother than peanut butter within a day! Hehe ;) You wont be disappointed. His prices are also reasonable.

I really liked Mr.Dan's, work. He literally fixed my bike in one day and was very articulate in his work and words. I really recommend him and his prices were very low compared to a professional bike repair shop, but as far as I know he his the professional repair.

Does not work on ebikes. Refused to even sell me brake fluid because I was using it for my ebike, which seemed quite bizarre to me. The guy wasn't rude or anything. And to be fair, I have heard positive things about the work they do on regular bicycles.

The quality of my bike before Ace cycle was terrible..but this gentleman fixed everything on it . The price he charges is exceptionally fair and he was done within 48hours!! I will say Ace Cycles is now my #1 and go to bike shop!! …

Dan is great. He is very knowledgeable and can fix any bike. He did great work truing my old bmx wheels, fitting a chain and getting me a brake cable to get my old school bmx in rideable condition. Be warned, it’s cash only.

Found Cycle Ace doing a quick Google search. Dan was friendly, profession and did great work at a fair price. He has my bicycle business going forward. If you need bike repair, dont hesitate to check him out.

This cycle shop has reasonable prices and fast service and very professional they've been in business for a while little out of the way spot from a normal retail bicycle shop but well worth the trip
