We have been members of REI since the late-80's and have always found great products, great associates, and great advice at every REI we have been to. We were thrilled to find an REI near us in JAX, and went there recently to look for a few comfortable, easy-riding bikes for some local & neighborhood riding. Emil was quick to greet us and assist us in navigating through all the current choices and variations in recreational bikes. He gave us some expert advice and helped guide our search to what mattered to us, what was available, and some affordable options. We have some "homework" to do, but we'll be back for a "test ride", yet another benefit of being a REI member. I had the best experience at REI! I took mike Schwinn Suburban in for a clicking noise and they were a bit busy but, the customer service provided by Craig and Charlotte was superb! It just gave me an opportunity to look around a bit. Craig fixed my clicking noise and I was out the door. After taking it for a spin in the parking lot I returned to tell him the good news and he was happier than I was. I will definitely return for future sporting good purchases. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Took my bike in to replace tyres and overall tune up. Shop staff was very friendly and personable. Quick turnaround and excellent service & pricing. Highly recommend. Plan to use them again soon to assemble an adult tricycle.

Fresh location with lots of selections and the staff are helpful. Didn’t have any trouble looking for what I needed and the checkout was quick.
