The people are nice, but the brisket was half miss half hit. Not sure if they gave me an older cut, but half of my order wasn't tender (almost jerky like smh), the other half of the brisket was tender but lack any good flavor on the rub. They won't be there long if they don't step up their game. 3 star is moderately nice.
