Love this place. Yes, they sell cheap shoes, and lookalikes, but they also sell quality and brands. The Mrs has 3 pairs of shoes from here, all own make, and she finds them so comfortable, and all have lasted and worn really well. I just picked up, GENUINE sketchersens boots (leather) for under £45 (20/10/20) on sale, and love them. So, pop in find a nice pair of shoes/boots, and you could even get them waterproofed n stain resistance, so you won't get soggy toes! Come on, you know you want a nice pair

Overcharged me the listed price of the shoe. I didn’t realise until I got home and checked the receipt. Customer service truly unhelpful in saying it’s a store matter & I must return to the store. I can see why the high street is dying when high street companies have such decentralised customer service. Major fail & I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

I went there 1 month again to buy boots, a staff called Meg, she is super patient with me even though it took me 3 hours to get the correct design and size , she helped me find each and every design and the sizes for me. With the help of her, i got a pair of boots of my favorite deign, color and the exact size, Thanks, I'll come there again.

Good for office shoes, but not a lot else really. Decent price, but a little uninspiring. If you want cool, or something a bit more 'stand out' then this isn't the shop for you. If you are going for an interview in an office, then they probably have something (make or female) for sub £50 that will work for exactly that occasion.

Nice shop, wide choice of footwear, good prices. We've been offered a shoe care (they put shoes into the box where some spray is applied to make them more weather resistant) for 2,99 per shoe. Unfortunately this developed some stains on the shoes, start being visible after some time. We had to replaced them for another pair.

Just to say ..purchasing some shoes at the bristol branch today there was a very irate customer there and I would like to say ..your staff dealt with it very professionaly. I did feel so sorry for them as they apologised to me for the disruption ..security took over and I hope everything calmed down soon after I left .

Love, love this shop. So much to choose from for adults and children, and never been unable to find what I want. Staff always ask you if you want your shoes treated and have some decent bags too. Only issue here I think is some of their handbags have gone up in price, way beyond affordable.

Had a wonderful experience looking for shoes, so I have very small feet and can be hard to look for heel in my size, but the lovely lady’s Kristine and Courtney spent the whole time trying to help me find a solution and have achieved on getting me heels that fit perfect.

I really like this shop. It's located in the middle of the shopping centre and very accessible. Staff are always friendly and professional. Shoes are good quality and even better price. Purchased a couple of boots from here and am very happy with them. Would recommend.

Prices on the shelf, doesn't respond to the products, and when i explained to the till that on the shelf is different price, she started arguing and blaming me that I look at the wrong product without even chek if I'm right or wrong ! Poor customer service.

Absolutely amazing service from a lady named Kris , for my mother , just before the shop closed she let my mother try some shoes and bought a chair to the till so she could try them on very polite and happy person. Thanks so much for being kind.

Still very difficult to find shoes etc size 10/11 - There are a lot more people out there with larger feet nowadays and it's extremely difficult to find any that fit and look nice ! You don't stock a decent or even half decent selection

My shoes split while in Bristol and i needed a new pair immediately. The person who served me, Neetu, was lovely and made a mundane shoe buying experience into a very good experience. Highly recommend the store and Neetu in particular

Very clean & modern looking shop with plenty of shoes etc to choose from. The accessories is well stocked. Emma was very helpful & polite in helping me get the items I wanted, will definitely shop there again.

Mother-in-law got some boots she likes, based on my wifes previous Deichmann purchase. So its all good with me. Personally they had no size 9's in anything I thought was ok, but when the wifes happy, Im happy.

Mid range prices and quality, unless you find a good offer. Average price for a leather boot is probably around £45, Dr. Martens down the road will be more than double that for the name.
