I walked in to this shop and explained that I am looking for running shoes. The sales person advised that it would take 40 mins to complete an assessment of my feet to understand which shoes are best for me. I explained that I had already completed a running test at a different store and had been advised that I needed a supported shoe. The sales person then said that the average price point is £120, would this be within my price range? I explained that this was more than I had expected to pay but would still like to try some shoes on as I require high quality running shoes. The sales person said initially said that I cannot try any shoes in unless i purchase them afterwards. I told him that ofcourse I cannot promise to buy shoes after trying them. That’s the whole point in trying them - to see if they work for me. I told him I’m size 9, he then agreed to let me try a pair on. But he brought out 9.5s instead which were comfortable but obviously slightly big. I asked for 9s and he reluctantly brought me out a different pair of supported shoes that were size 9. By this point I had decided that I did not wish to shop here due to the unhelpful and resistant customer service. At the end of the day, if I’d been given good service and given a bit of enthusiasm by the sales person I could definitely have been keen to purchase a pair of high quality shoes as I’m looking to buy shoes for several marathons im running over the next year so the price could have been justified. I honestly had significantly better service in DW sports. For a shop that specialises in running shoes, I’m not impressed. Having said this, another gentleman in the shop was being attended by a different sales person and he seemed to be getting much better and more enthusiastic service. Everyone has bad days but it’s not fair to treat potential customers like this just because I said I didn’t expect to pay that much for a shoe. Won’t be recommending.

Higher than normal blood pressure (BP), caused me to study my BP against three different types of interventions. Running, yoga, and aromatherapy. Running last longer and has the most effect, yoga a bit less than running, but lasted just a little more than aromatherapy. Aromatherapy still has a positive effect that didn't last as long as the other two. I went into Easy Runner to get my first pair of shoes, did the NHS couch to potato, 5K, got myself 10k running up and decided to buy myself a pair of running shoes online. I knew from what Easy Runner said, I needed a more supportive shoe got that online. However what I didn't know then, which I do now, there are so many types of supportive shoes. I went back to Easy Runner as I'm now 15 weeks into a 20 week marathon training program are needed to change my running shoes. It was patiently obvious to me, Easy Runner's approach was to try on a two different supportive shoes at the same time. Go for a short run, see how they felt, if you couldn't split the difference, keep one aside, try another one on, if that one is better than the other, keep that and so on until you end up with hopefully, two pairs of supportive trainers which you may not be sure about. At this point the manager got me on the running machine, wearing both different sets of trainers. I ignored what they look like, how much they cost, just focused on what they felt like. It was also interesting to see how drawing a computer-generated line down my leg, how the pair of trainers which were me, felt the most comfortable, was also having the most positive effect. As a bit of a bonus, they were also cheaper than the other pair that were less so. I ended up with a pair of trainers which felt as comfortable as my slippers. I think the service is brilliant. You will always get somebody who will have an off experience, but mine has been nothing but first-class.

I just had a great fitting with Catherine at Easy Running. I was looking to replace my old shoes (which, after 12 years of on and off usage were more appropriate for a museum display). I am training for the London marathon in April 2017 and have been experiencing pain in my lower calf muscle. I brought along a friend, who is training for a long distance, endurance biking event and much more 'fitness savvy' then me. Catherine was brilliant; she explained what she was looking at when analysing my gait on the treadmill. I tried on three pairs of shoes and ran twice on the road (once with a different shoe on each foot to see what I preferred). She didn't run with me because she was watching my gait as I run, which was different to on the treadmill. Catherine also recommended exercises for strengthening my glutes to improve my gait and lessen the pain I am currently experiencing. Because of how much I will be training between now and April, I bought two pairs of trainers - for which, I was offered a generous discount. As well as being knowledgeable, Catherine and the team were friendly and welcoming and offered advice to my friend as well. I could have bought one or both pairs online, but shops like this are irreplaceable on our high street and we should support them. The service of the gait analysis is something I would pay for regardless; I can't do it myself and appreciate their feedback and expertise. Thanks guys!

Be aware of higher prices in-store This will be my first negative review, but I feel potential customers should be aware that the price on their website is NOT the in-store price. They offer a £15 refund on their shoe fitting service charge if you subsequently buy a pair of trainers, but you'll pay roughly £15 more for them in the shop, compared to their online price. When I queried this by email I received a long, rude, shouty phone call from Richard who insisted that this is normal for shops and their websites and that I was trying it on. I had not asked for anything except an explanation. He himself suggested he could change the 'Rrp' prices on the website to 'in-store' prices, which I said would make things clear, but it's been weeks since then and he hasn't, so the deception continues. While I'm here, be aware that they have limited stock in limited sizes, so you can and will only be offered what they have. If you'd prefer a different colour in your size, tough. The fitting service is good, but the sneaky pricing is deceptive and add to that Richard's attitude and I have to say I will not be returning to Easy Runners. Please note: Since posting my review I have checked online and Richard has changed the way his prices are displayed, now stating 'online price' where applicable. I'm satisfied that this is all that was needed to be done and have amended my score accordingly.

I don't normally bother reviewing shops but i felt obliged to do one for easy runner just to balance out the negative comments it's got. In my experience the customer service was exceptional .I spent over an hour in the shop the first time i went there trying on about a dozen shoes and discussing my running style with the very patient and knowledgeable clerk helping me. As it turned out the shoes i purchased were not quite right for me. However three weeks later i returned them in good condition and they were very happy to offer me a replacement pair. So i spent another hour trying on different shoes till i found a pair i liked. Again the clerk was very happy to answer my inane questions and give good advice on the kind of shoes i should be trying out. Everyone i dealt with was enthusiastic, polite and knowledgeable. I felt as if these people cared about my choice of purchase. Because of this i was happy to part with my money and left with a pair of shoes that have improved my overall running experience No, you're not going to get a bargain price on a pair of shoes there (try sports direct) but you will get the right pair of shoes. "Customer service" seems like a dying concept these days, its gratifying to see it still exists at this shop N.B.And no if you bring in a pair of dirty scuffed shoes your unlikely to be offered a replacement (stands to reason really doesn't it?)

As has been said numerous times below, the service at 'Easy Runner' is atrocious. Including this review, four out of seven reviews state how bad the service is, three of which directly comment on the manager. Due to troublesome shin splints I had decided to try a minimalist running shoe. This had however caused foot pain so I attended 'Easy Runner' to see if they could offer advice and a new shoe. The young guy working there paid me virtually no attention, did not listen to my problem, and simply offered me the Vibram Five Fingers. He said try running up and down the street (he didn't accompany me) and, if ok, take them home for a trial. A full refund was offered if I wasn't satisfied. I took them and ran for 1.5 miles at home. Pain, if anything, was worse. I took them back the following day to be offered only an exchange. I explained that this was not what was agreed. The manager, at this point, flew into a rage, accused me of lying, accused me of saying his sales assistant was a liar. I have never been treated like this in my life. He eventually agreed to a partial refund (minus a gait analysis fee?!). Two emails of complaint have since been ignored. Probably the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs!

Returning to running following a sixteen-year break, flat feet and considerably different leg lengths, I needed the best help and advice available: found it via the website, but the welcome, one-to-one attention and "state of the art" diagnostics were quite a surprise, even in today's electronic environment. But above all, after phoning and talking to Richard -whilst trying on a selection of shoes- I discovered that he had the unusual talent (these days) of not only listening to me, but actually hearing my intentions, rather than the usual "sales patter" and "yeah, yeah, yeah" that I have to tolerate in the vast majority of shops/retail outlets. This is born-out by the fact that when I was a dedicated cyclist, I sought what I thought was the best available technical help and advice, from a custom-made/bespoke frame builder, but -having traveled hundreds of miles to visit the showroom- was still left with the impression that I was in "unchartered territory, with the utmost frustrating result of an unsuitable product, "at the end of the day". With regard to both Richard and Jenna's assistance, quite the opposite is true. I have never experienced a level of service with such satisfactory results. Yours truly... M C Hancock, Somerset.

I visited this shop last week in search of some new running trainers for long distance. When I walked in the shop I was greeted by a man sat on a bench in complete silence. I told him what I was after and what I would need assistance with but he made no effort to stand up or to even show me what type of shoe they had available. Instead he sat there and proceeded to tell me how much he was going to charge for his help and that it would take an hour. I smiled and agreed and he told me, I’d have to book in a slot on another day. Despite me and him being the only people in the shop! He showed no interest or enthusiasm in trying to help me, he actually made me feel quite uncomfortable, as if I was an interruption to his day. I felt awkward, so said I would book in and revisit and clarified that the service would take an hour. He then corrected himself and said “well it usually takes about 10 minutes, not that long as we only measure your gait”. I was so confused, he just told me he didn’t have the time to help me and to book in when quite frankly he just couldn’t be bothered. I was excited to start a journey to find the right trainers and this man’s customer service has completely put me off!

I have just been for gait analysis in the hope that I may be able to resolve a long standing issue with shin splints. I was really pleased I did. Ruth @ Easy Runner was great. I usually don't really like one on one customer service, I like to browse and not feel pressured. However being out of the game for so long it was really good to have someone with great customer skills and easy going nature to help analyse my running and select a range of trainers to try out. I must have tried most of their trail shoes and half their hybrids, having a bit of a run outside with Ruth watching and also making use of their treadmills to get a better feel over a bit of a longer distance. Eventually we narrowed it down to the pair I purchased. I have just come back from my first run in years - hey presto, my shins are fine (which is more than can be said for the rest of me....). I very rarely review things, they have to be dire or brilliant to warrant taking the time - but Ruth earned this one. I spent about 1hr 15mins in the shop and would happily go back again tomorrow - but I am hoping the trainers last a bit longer than a day.

I will say I'm not too keen on this place. As I went in I was stood around for a good 5, 10 minutes just browsing before any one had offered to help. Before anyone has actually said hello if I'm honest. Wasn't that busy either, was that empty that 3 employees was stood around talking to each other. When someone did approach us we started talking about the shoes that would be best for me and looked into the way I ran and all that good stuff which I was happy with and then they brought down about y boxes of different shoes for me to try out. I found a pair of Salomon Speed cross 4 which I really liked and has actually see before in other shops so thought I would get them, they then tried to charge me £120 for them but I said I would then go else where because they was over priced. Which they them replied with "Well when you do please come back and show me proof because we are the cheapest place you will find." So hopped on Google and found some on sale for £65 lol She then picked up the shoes took them up stairs and didn't say anything.

I did a lot of research before going to easy runner for a particular Hoka shoe I wanted. I called in advance to ensure they had the right colour in my size before driving across the city to buy it. When I arrived, I was shown an entirely different, albeit Hoka shoe . I was surprised at the garbled response to my expectation. Every question I asked was answered by "Its entirely up to you" (the questions related to heel height and knee health, or shoe width related to a Bunion). I came to easy runner for professional help which I didn't get. In the end I was shown a shoe, a brand I had never heard of. I proceeded to photograph it so I could research it more and the shoe was snatched away. I asked why, and I was told that people photograph and then buy shoes online. For a specialist shop to be so insecure towards something so ordinary in 2023 just doesn't seem right. Incidentally the shoe I came to buy is new and therefore exactly the same price online as a specialist running shop.

  • Angharad Conway

Good customer service severely lacking. I took a trip to choose some new running shoes, the sales assistant was very aloof, asked me a few questions regarding my gait and what type of shoe I required, we then proceeded to choose a shoe and I tested them out on the pavement outside. However I didn't get a say in any shoes I was trying on and when I chose the most comfortable pair (in the most horrid of colours) I was told this was the only option. When I said I would like to have a look around before purchasing in order to make sure (no returns policy), the sales assistant lost total interest, became very rude and ignored me for the rest of the time I was in the shop. It seemed like the sales assistant was only wanting to make a quick buck and I wasn't going to give him that satisfaction. Shall not ever consider buying another pair of running shoes from this shop again.

  • David Bain

One appalling staff member! Who has let down his shop. I went into this shop to get advice as to what running trainers I should purchase, only to be met by one middle/late aged male staff member who told me to purchase running shoes on what they felt like (not such great advice). He gave me no information as to different types of running trainer, he was rude and unhelpful. The shop was brilliant itself but he had deterred me away through lack of knowledge, enthusiasm and he was actually quite negative. I won't be going back ,nor would I recommend anyone visit. You're much better off visiting run keeper in the city centre, which is inside the Cotswold store (upstairs), where you can try any trainers (for free) and try them out on a running machine, with helpful friendly advice from staff.

A recent visit to another running store in Bristol reminded me of a very weird experience I had here when I visited to buy my first pair of running shoes. After the gait analysis, the person doing it looked like he had seen a ghost and told me that he had never seen anything quite as strange as the way I ran, and made me feel like a total freak. He sold me shoes anyway and they then proceeded to severely blister my feet for the first 20 or so times I used them. At the time I attributed this to the fact that my gait was so extraordinarily bizarre that of course shoes weren't going to fit me properly. I assumed this was the case until I bought my second pair at a different shop last week and the service was great and after a couple of runs I am pleased to report no blisters.

I don't normally review but I have had outstanding service from the guys at Easy Runner. I bought running shoes here a couple of years ago, wore them out and came back for more. I chose a new pair, brought them home , wore them around the house for an hour and then wasn't happy with the fit. So a week later I was back with them and they were super helpful and no problem to change and try on loads of others. I then couldn't decide between two alternatives, chose one and yet again got home and thought they were not quite right. Back again though I was slightly embarrassed troubling them again it was no trouble at all. Super friendly. Super helpful. You get to try on loads of shoes with knowledgeable advice. I'm a happy customer!

  • Anthony Lomas

Wanted a pair of running shoes specifically designed for my running style. From the booking to the consultation was handled very professionally. You'll book a slot online, and when you arrive you'll have your feet assessed with full knowledge from Simon, even analysing the foot motions on a computer screen following a brief treadmill run. You are given plenty of time and advice on which shoes will suit you best. Even going on as many brief runs you need outside the shop to get a good feel. I have found my pair, which I have even been advised to try on again at home with the option to return if mind had changed. With these new shoes I wouldn't be suprised if people start shouting RUN FOREST RUN!

  • Claire Haywood

I've read all the reviews on here and couldn't fault my service. Yes the manager has a dry tone but he certainly knows his stuff and could tell my gait and unusual leg shape through loose jeans just walking a couple of metres. I had a lovely lady who spent at least an hour with me trying on more pairs than I could count, running on treadmill and my preferred option the road. I have a brilliant pair of shoes given my unusually wide feet. Yes there is a £15 charge if you don't buy shoes but after an hour of service what do you expect? Yes you don't have to buy anything it's your right but I imagine people just try to get a cheaper deal on the Internet. Fab service as far as I'mentioned concerned!

  • eltayeb mohamed ahmed

Simply, this is the best running shoes buying experience you can get. Initially, I was put off by the cost of paying to book an appointment for shoe fitting, why do I need to pay them to buy shoes from them ? I asked myself, but then carried on anyway. They spent an hour , getting shoes our for me, getting me to run with the shoes they got out on the street to try them out . A whole hour a professional spent with me to make sure I enjoy my running experience and that I did . I won't buy running shoes from anywhere else in Bristol and I have tried most shops in this city.

  • Ellen Brooks-Pollock

Was advised to buy a pair of totally inappropriate running shoes that caused me increasing pain and resulted in injury and stopped me running. Took the shoes back and was offered a discount on a new pair, but still left me over £100 out-of-pocket. Had a long consultation with the excellent and very knowledgable podiatrist, who sadly no longer works there. The reason I paid £130 for running shoes from Easy Runner in the first place was for their expertise, which was completely lacking and actually detrimental. Won't be buying shoes here again.

  • Lisa Sweet

The service you get from the staff in this shop is outstanding! I have flat feet & have lived with running with numb toes for years but not any more. The knowledge and help you receive from the staff at easy runner is honest and all for your benefit. Very refreshing. I have found in the past at other shops I could mention, that I have spent a lot of money on expensive running shoes that were no good for my gait. If you are serious about your running and want to get the best out of your trainers - GO TO EASY RUNNER!

  • Félix Prada

they treated me like if I was not worthy to get in the shop. they made me wait despite one of the employees was doing nothing, until the manager asked him to attend me. they didn’t ask me anything about my running, they didn’t gave me any advice and they actitude was very rude, they showed me a few pairs shoes like if they were in a rush. In according of some other reviews I have read and haw they made me felt seems like they gonna treat you like rubbish if they consider at first sight you can’t afford the shoes.

  • Stef

Wanted to charge £15 for a shoe fitting (despite the shop being empty), but luckily checked to see if they stocked my preferred shoe first - which they did not (they only stocked cheap models). They talked to me as if they didn't believe I could afford their shoes! When to Up and Running again (which I would give 5 star review), had a fitting and purchased my £110 (yes I can afford them) shoes from them - much better service. In summary - avoid Easy Runner in Bristol and go to Up and Running!

  • Barry Gazzard

I entered the shop and was immediately greeted by a salesperson ! I told him I was looking for a mizuno running shoe. He went off and came back with 4 different makes none of which were mizuno but I decided to try them on anyway and after testing them out on the treadmill I decided to plump for the last pair I tried on which was a brooks adrenaline 19. I was not pressured into buying anything I was not happy with. He was very pleasant and helpful

  • Arfy F

Have waited a couple of months to road test new running shoes. Can now confirm that they are excellent, completely comfortable, like running on air, no issues at all, almost make me want to do my thrice weekly couch to 5k training. The lady who helped me had the patience of angels and she got me to the right shoes. Thank you! Have always used this shop, even though I don't often buy sports shoes. Highly recommend, keep up the good work.

  • Chloe M

I went in here expecting them to be able to deliver expertise, but was presented with a staff member who seemed bored and unable to answer even basic questions. I have chronic knee problems and was looking for advice on what shoes would provide good support to lessen them impact on my knees, but the advisor showed no knowledge of what products would be suitable for this. I'd expect more for a shop that's average product is £120.

  • Karolina Campbell

The shop has been the best and most thorough running shop in Bristol since 1987. I myself have been in and out for over 10 years. I attended again today and must say the service was the most thorough I ever had. Not at one point was I rushed which led to me buying the perfect pair of trainers for my needs. I strongly dissuade anyone from buying trainers on line when this service is available. Your knees will thank you

  • Robert King

If you are buying running shoes you want advice from people who know what they are talking about. Easy Runner is the best running shoe shop around because they employ knowledgeable staff who will spend whatever time it needs to make sure you get the right shoe for you. The service is exceptional, as is the wide range of stock that they carry. Don’t compromise - go to Easy Runner and you will be looked after properly.

  • Robert Phillips

I have signed up to run my first marathon and went to Easy Runner for a shoe fitting and gait test. I received a very professional service, trying on several different trainers before deciding on a pair of Brooks Ghost 14s. Simon at Easy Runner guided me through the process, and was very knowledgable, friendly, and allowed me the time to decide in a relaxed manner. Thank you Simon and Easy Runner for all your help!

  • Michael Knight

My partner needed some trainers and she has some problems with her feet. The staff quickly located 4 suitable pairs which were optimised to allow for her condition and we bought a really lovely pair. I’m amazed at the stock level, the knowledge of the staff ( all involved with the running community) and the friendly relaxed atmosphere. No pressure selling. Worth every penny and no need to go anywhere else.

  • Richard Griggs

Best customer service I have ever received. They ensured I went away with the best pair of shoes for me. Was able to try out multiple types of shoe outside on the hill, and they observed to ensure the shoe supported in the correct way. They listen to any issues you may have and give sound, knowledgeable advice. Never felt pressured into purchasing a specific shoe, or fobbed off with technical jargon.

  • Michael West

Terrible - was told to buy a pair of shoes which after a year of experiencing increased knee and hip pain i took to show a professional, who informed me that the shoes i was sold where completely wrong and i had wasted the £120 on the shoes. bought a pair of neutral asics and havent had problems since. Avoid this shop you are being sold to by unqualified people! and could do long term damage.

  • Elli Morley

If you are new to running (like myself) definitely book for a Gait analysis. If the rest of the team are as knowledgeable as Richard, you will be left feeling educated and more confident in running. (and probably with some new shoes). I was able to test around 8 pairs and found the ones for me in the end. Even if your not a newbie go test your running and treat yourself to some new trainers.

  • Adam Selman

Staff member Richard was extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained what style of shoe I needed and why after doing an analysis of how I walk and run. Being able to try the shoes out before committing to one is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend going here if you need any help getting the right shoe for you, especially if you have any kind of injury stemming from running.

  • Laurence Tempest

Absolutely fantastic service. I got an hour of one on one advice, tried on 10 pairs of shoes. Happy to let me run on the street which is what I'm used to rather than treadmill. Best service I have had in ages. The other reviews are really pretty bad, sounds like to manager is a jerk with a short temper. I was helped by a lovely you lady, super helpful. I'm definitely going back.

  • Hadyn Satchell

Great place to get fitted out for all of your running needs. I pre booked my appointment and was met by Simon at the door. He knew my name which is always a good start. My running was accessed on the tread mill and I was presented with 6 or 7 pairs to try on. After a run up and down the road to test I was able to make my choice. Brilliant customer experience. Thank you Simon.

  • Otti Yerbury

A lovely team who sorted me out with some brilliant trainers. Knowledgeable and un-pushy the team made it really easy for me to try on all the best options, test them out and lead me to the right option! Great experience all round - when my shiny new trainers inevitably get old and sad I shall be back once again! Well worth paying the little bit for the shoe fitting service.

  • Richard Packer

First time having shoes fitted for me, was a bit like being in Olivanders wand shop. Great experience and found some shoes I think I’ll be very happy with. If you are thinking about going in for a shoe fit I highly advise it no matter how long you’ve been running. They were a great price too especially given the amount of time the member of staff spent with me.

  • Dan Cole

Went in expecting a simple running shop but it's so much more. I received a free gait test with my new trainers. The customer service was fantastic with incredibly knowledgeable staff. I believe several were studying sports therapy which was really helpful. The small local style of this shop really serves it well. A must visit if you're serious about running.

  • Melissa Gillespie

No refunds are offered here!!! And now I am lumbered with trainers, at great cost, that are not right for me at all. Wish I had stuck to my usual pick of stores who ALL offer refunds. Even Nike gives you 60 days for a trial run. They do offer credit notes, but it's just a way to keep you locked in, and quite frankly, there are stores with much better ranges

  • G Okeef

I visited about a month ago and it was by far the nicest experience I've had purchasing running shoes. Tested several pairs on the treadmill and outside, felt really relaxed and patient experience. Also really pleased with the trainers I got. Would absolutely recommend. (I was served by a woman with platinum blonde hair, so sorry I dont remember her name!)

  • Lewis Barry

Great service from the team at Easy Runner. I'd never bought a pair of running shoes before and within 30 mins I'd tried on 5 or so pairs and had some treadmill analysis done to get me the right fit. Honestly I don't think I've had such prompt and comprehensive service from any shop ever - the shoes are fantastic and the right choice! Highly recommended!

  • Paul Dickinson

sadly gone downhill. I have bought running shoes from them in the past and was always offered and took up the opportunity to have my running style analysed on the trainer and also given great advice on which shoes were the best. This time I was offered no help at all, merely given a few pairs of shoes to try on. What has happened? I wont be returning.

  • Alex Morgan

I cannot commend these guys highly enough. Amazing service. Fitting me in even though I was late. Taking me through all the shoes, with the personal touch as standard. They really knew their stuff, and what’s more they offered me a great deal AND have a policy of no questions exchanges if the shoes aren’t right on some dry runs. Bravo to these guys.

  • Darren Kitson

What a place. This is such a little gem of a shop. Definitely worth getting booked in to get your running shoes sorted. To be able to try them on and actually go for a run in them certainly helps you choose the right trainer. My running has changed massively since coming here. Went for the sky blue ones in the end in size 14 too!!! Thankyou

  • Maddi Morgan

Friendly and helpful team. Let me try on a variety to run around in and gave me tips and tricks to help make sure they fit well and are maintained well. My mum and I both left with shoes that felt comfortable and are clearly good value. We will be coming straight back for anything running and show related in the future. Full recommendation.

  • Jay Biro

Really positive experience. Simon was very knowledgeable but held back and patiently let me try all the trainers without trying to steer me to a certain pair. Just completed 3rd 10k and knees ache. Have noticed the difference that a decent pair of trainers provide. Turns out I picked the cheapest pair too! Can't wait to put them to use!

  • 330lb to British Army

Great supportive staff.. and they really know what they're talking about. I bought some running shoes there and they honestly are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever had and they are really supportive shoes for my running! Definitely recommend this shop for anyone who's looking for a great quality pair of running shoes!

  • Stuart Ford

I have generally bought shoes of the internet or when shoes are on offer but suffering from dodgy ankles I thought i'd try a specialist. I was pretty sceptical but the Easy runner guys listened to my needs and really seam helpful. But the shoes offered def fit well and offer good support. I would def recommend..

  • Leonie Le Faucheur-Woodward

Thanks to the guys at Easy Runner I have come away with a perfect pair of shoes. Not the colour I would have chosen but as he said its function over fashion. Went to Easy Runner today to get trainers with my husband. Very helpful staff and a good selection of trainers available. Gait analysis showed which trainers were suitable and they talked us through running style and mode. Very impressed and will definitely be returning when new trainers are needed.
