I am more than satisfied with Dalcon Electric, my grandmother's power breaker blew last night so she called me to come and switch it back on, well I couldn't get all the power back on so I called PG&E they came out and said it was a electrical issue. So first thing this morning I was googling electricians in my area. Dalcon was the only one that answered. Not only were they able to come out today they fixed the issue within 2 hrs. and the price was very reasonable. I will be calling Dalcon for any and every electrical issues. Thank you Ivory and Billy you truly were our Angeles today. Edit: First thank you all for your patience with me and my grandmother's house. Sarah and Dan. Thank you Dan and Enrique for all your hard work on replacing all the outlets in the house a couple days ago. For everyone else looking for reviews this is the company you want on your side. My 78 year old grandmother has been having a lot of issues with her power, I've had PG&E plus Dalcon out to her property many times. Dalcon has gone out of their way to help us. More edits to come.

Had an issue with the purchase of a new hot tub. Carlos came out and took a look at our problem. On the second review the owner Dave can along since Delcon had upgraded our electric box a couple of years back. With the covid -19 things took a little longer but Carlos did a good job of phone calls and texting to keep us informed. As long as the hot tub upgrade was going to happen I added drop lights in my kitchen which Angle and his co worker worked with such care and communication I so appreciated there expertise and attention to details. Carlos came today to finalize the outdoor light move. Our home has siding which is unusual but Carlos was able to get the right mounting adapter and I'm in love with the look. I am happy and pleased.

I had Rafael from Dalcon Electric come out and diagnose and repair a fault in my yard lighting (line voltage). I was extremely pleased with the whole experience with Dalcon, right from the first call to get the appointment set up, to them giving me a courtesy call 30 minutes before Rafael arrived and of course the fantastic job Rafael did. He was thorough, knew his stuff, explained the issue and options to me, made recommendations and was always pleasant and accommodating in answering questions and even helping me identify some other items he recommend I get done on other lights/fixtures etc. I highly recommend Dalcon electric. They were excellent.

Rafael from Dalcon Electric is an excellent electrician. Besides being competent and following the regulations, he explains the client's doubts and offers solutions to the problems. He is honest and wants to make sure that the service is the best and safest as possible. I will certainly continue using Dalcon Electric for other electric problems that I have. They offer warranty to the services they provide. This is the 3rd time I use Dalcon. The electrical service provided by Rafael is the best. Besides, everything is clean as it was before, when the service is completed.

Dalcon responded almost immediately on our Angie’s List project request, they scheduled us in the same week. The team of Chris and Josh worked efficiently and effectively over 2 days installing a new sub-panel, smart fan, 4-inset lights, moved a washer/dryer outlet, and improved our requested switches. They explained the work daily, had the right equipment/items, and were very polite and professional their entire project. Very impressed and will be using them for future electrical work for sure and will recommend them to community.

The CFL recessed lighting in my Kitchen had been failing over the past few years. Dalcon gave me a quote to replace with LED. After I accepted the quote they were able to schedule for the next week. The electrician, Javier, arrived on time and installed the new lights (removing the old ones turned out to be a little more difficult than expected; so I'm glad I didn't attempt to DIY it!). He demonstrated how to adjust the color temperature of the new lights; finished up and cleaned up the work area. I'm happy with a job well done.

Eric came in between 8:30am -9:00am Tuesday morning as scheduled. He was courteous and answered most of our questions. One of the cartridges had an issue due to a cable that blew up from a windstorm that happened 2 Sundays ago and the CPAU replaced the damaged cable. The cartridge is now active and most of the sockets have power. He also made some recommendations on how to prevent fire and safety. Thank you Eric for helping us today. Dalcon Electric Inc electricians are prompt and professionals. That's why I called them again.

I've done two projects with Dalcon now. Both projects were completed successfully and exceeded my expectations. Everyone at Dalcon was attentive, extremely courteous, and respected our home -- from the owner Dave to Rey Flores to Sarah and all the folks from Dalcon that helped along the way. Special call-out to Rey Inez who left our garage and kitchen in better shape than he found it. All construction projects have surprises, and Dalcon stayed on the job until they surpassed my expectations.

My outdoor GFCI outlet was broken. Rafael did great job in locating the problem and he explained his job clearly and kept his work area clean . I think his service is 5 stars. The only drawback was the service charge was very high. That’s the reason I didn’t give 5 stars to the overall rating. Also I was told that the office was going to email me the receipt but I haven’t received it yet since the job was done 5 days ago. I think the receipt should have been issued right after I paid.

Had a good overall experience with Dalcon Electric. I have an older house that has some quirks and posed some tricky situations, and they did a great job figuring out the best way to get the job done professionally and cleanly. Although there were a few hiccups with scheduling and timing, overall I was very happy when the work was done, and would definitely use them again. We have an old, under powered house. Outlet blew out. Smoke and sparks were involved. We have contracted to do repairs and upgrade all the electrical elements for the house. Chad was very professional, on time, extreamly helpful, considerate, kind and understanding. Firm is well established with good track record and appropriate licencing. All our interactions with staff have been very positive and their response timely. Really positive experience!

Well, finding a trusted trades person is tough however, I think I have found my trusted electrical pros to help support my home. I had a short that happened in my house. Never mess with that. Fires start for less. I called Dalcon up (based on a recommendation from an commercial contractor), and within a few hours, Chad was here. He quickly diagnosed the issue and put us on a safe path. Ace immediately diagnosed that I had a bad line into the house from PG&E that was the cause of all my problems...blown appliances, flickering lights, etc. He explained why the unbalanced line caused the problems. He arranged to have PG&E come and replace the line, and for a technician to come and replace blown outlets. Dalcon is now my place to go when electric problems arise in the future. Thank you, Ace!

Most recently, Ace and the team at Dalcon installed 5 baseboard heaters and 3 thermostats in my condo. They did an excellent job and their prices are reasonable. That's why I go back to them for all my electrical needs. Last year they installed a new electrical panel and I've also used them for more mundane tasks like installing smoke alarms in places I can't access easily. I highly recommend them.

We had power go out to part of our house. Dalcon Electric was able to come over within the hour and the technician Juan was able to diagnose and repair the problem, while also pointing out what the proper long term fix would be. He also spent the time to discuss other improvements that we wanted to do and what the rough cost would be. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Our technician, Chad, did a terrific job repairing our $1000 light fixture. The repair took an extra day, because he had to drive to Santa Cruz (from San Jose) to get the necessary parts, but he kept us in the loop at all times. We probably could have gotten the fixture repaired for less, but Chad's professionalism, obvious expertise, and personal attention was well worth the price.

The tech showed up on time. He did a great job replacing a plug quickly and explained what he was doing. I was able to discuss with him an issue I was having with the panel shorting out from another plug. We discussed various reasons why it was happening and problem solved it.
