I have been purchasing from Dam Murphy's for years. That has changed, as of today. I purchased a slab of non alcoholic beer (yes, I know, where's the fun in that) that I have purchased previously. The price has gone up $4 in a week. When I queried the price, the service attendant stated the price must have gone up. When I went to back to where the beer was stored, I noticed there are 2 different prices, one for members and one for non members. I have been asked if I wanted to join up as a member on a number of earlier occasions and at one time, started filling in the form, until I realised just how much information they wanted and I refused to fill in any further information, as It was far in access of what they would reasonably require. The price of the beer, as mention was previously $34.95. On this occasion it was $38.95 as a non member. The question beggars to be asked, why is our information so valuable to Mr. Murphy (Westfarmers) that they will give members around 10% discount for selling themselves out. As not in the words of Douglas MacArthur, I shall not return. Mr. Murphy is not the only retailer. (as much as it would love to be). Now looking for my new regular retailer even it is more expensive. I don't mind as long as they are honest and don't want know the colour of my jocks. Adios amigos.

Purchased 2 bottles of wine on special, apparently the checkout lady had missed the red stickers as she charged me full price on both. Rang and spoke to Shane who was helpful. Went in the next day explained to two staff what had happened, then its question after question. I had come off 12 days straight front line health and just wanted an easy problem fixed. Didn't want to answer another question so asked Steven to do his job, that apparently is so rude Steven refused and threw my receipt in the bin. I fished it out and asked for a manager who came over with the 2 bottles of wine (confirming the overcharge) and put through the refund. I asked him if that was difficult he said no, he wanted me to explain what happened but I just wanted to get out of there. Supermarkets will give the first item for free when they do that, it may not be law but its certainly policy. Not worth the pain. watch your charges.

OK, you sell wines, liquors and spirits, but if you want to be serious, you just cannot afford not to have Martini Extra Dry, which is the fundamental ingredient for the classic, and possibly best world known, Martini cocktail. And you should not have that girl who does not even know what that is, and in her blissful ignorance proposes a Cinzano as a replacement. Why am I still coming? You know why: you have the best prices, but that is not a licence to lose credibility and not train your staff... Other online options can be tempting if you do not keep up with stock and knowledgeable staff. So you lose two stars, congrats, and by the way, can you please sell some model of ice crusher?

Excellent service with friendly staff willing to match the price of the competitors item if you are legitimately providing a competitive price. I dropped in to purchase a gift and was pleasantly surprise when they’re not only matched the price but beat it. The store stock the standard items and stock collectors items as well - particularly for Chinese New Year presentation packs and other items. Parking is very convenient right outside the store and around the back if none is available out front.

Been to this store few times and never disappointed with the availability of stock. Huge store, great selection of wines and other alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks. Always had great deals available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Ample parking spaces available. On my last visit did online order which was ready to be collected in less than an hour and delivered in the car. Very satisfied with overall service.

Extremely disappointed. Been shopping from this place for long and the way the store manager handled the price matching policy was very unprofessional and lacked vision of retaining a regular customer. Accordingly, called the call Center with the same request and the person from the call center agreed to accept the price match, but the phone was disconnected and never heard back from anyone since.

Probably a big store, definitely bigger than Dan Murphy's Fawkner but could be smaller than the one in Epping. I generally don't like the access from the main road to the shopping centre in this area. You will find most of the stock you want at this store. Staff are different from time to time. Sometimes you could find someone entertaining you but sometimes not.

Don’t know what to buy for my husband’s birthday. So went to Dan Murphy Broadmeadows, I am amazed by what they have... all different kinds and varieties of wine, sparkling wine, champagne, cider and beer. They also selling chocolate liqueurs, but I bought a bottle of whiskey for my husband and he loved it very very...much.

Went in during the week, Simon was super helpful with making an educated decision with our whiskey purchase, and walked us through a tasting and pairing conversation, which helped immensely with our decision. I highly recommend asking for Simon to help you with your decision when you visit.

Dan Murphy's almost always has the best prices compared to other stores. Wide collection of wines especially..Would love to see more Whisky varieties though, and maybe a bit more on the glasses/accessories/tools section.. Overall, it's really good, and enjoyable to browse.

I had a great experience at Dan Murphy's. The store was well-organized and the staff were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I was impressed by the wide selection of alcoholic beverages available and ended up finding a new craft beer that I really enjoy.

Easy to access the store with plenty of parking spaces close by and friendly service within the store. I found it spacious to move around and when I left through the checkouts was not held up for too long, overall an enjoyable shopping experience.

The bald guy at the counter was not professional as he was too rude to customer. Really disappointed with customer service. He didn’t even listen what I was saying and couldn’t get membership benefits which I was supposed to get it.

Only one sales assistant in the retail section working the register. She was getting slammed but kept her cool and was very courteous. Another person came from out the back for a brief appearance but disappeared shortly after.

They advertise they are cheap and beat other prices but I found them to be more expensive in fact I went and got my alcohol elsewhere and paid almost $10 less a bottle so I find the ads to be false and their claims are fake

As always, plenty of range to choose from and the pricing is great. Service is friendly but not overbearing and super helpful if you and when you need advice or help.. definetly one of my favorite shopping experiences.

The store is always fully stocked, neat and organised. Customer service has been lacking recently. A friendly "hello" or "hey" or "have a nice day" by the register attendant has been lacking.

Thanks to Lachie very helpful staff member. Dan's has one of my preferences but unfortunatley do not stock my first preference. Noooo... Coors light where to find you?

Staff here are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It's also clean and well organised. They offer regular tastings and good/free member benefits.

Dan Muphy's range is excellent as usual. Caroark is a little small and difficult. Staff in this Dab Murphys are particularly helpful and service oriented.
