Poor customer service. The store staff have no manners, behaved very poorly over phone for items which were ordered online but they did not have stock. when I asked how do I make a complaint? I was told there is nothing they can do and I need to come to store to talk to the manager and hung up. Disappointing behaviour to say least.

Friendly service which is very helpful, the team are always happy to help you choose something based on what you like. The prices for bulk are very good but six packs and singles are very expensive. The range is ok, but I expect more craft beer to be available. They stock too much home brand, sub par beer.

Plenty of options here, well set out all on one level which makes it easier for you to shop. Clean well stocked with just about any alcohol variety you need. Helpful ,knowledgeable staff make your visit complete along with easy carparking directly out front. One of the better Dan Murphy's stores.

I reckon this is the best Dan Murphy store! Really big, so you'll usually find what you need in stock - if you order a click and collect, it's always available within minutes and then you can use the drive and collect parking spots. And if you need to go inside, their staff are just so helpful!!

I was a regular happy customer up until that day when the Store Manager would not price beat 1st Choice Liquor. I queried that this is written in your Policy and his response? "We don't price beat anyone!!". You've lost me as a customer. I'm happy to support other stores who eat their words.

I am a bit saddened to see the accessible parking at the front of the store is uneven, meaning it creates a big puddle whenever it rains and in winter usually doesn't dry up at all. I think this makes it rather inaccessible...

Lots of free parking places available. Has all the usual choices, a good selection of wines and snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Update- they have a decent selection of non Australian wines, but I would like to see more.

Very helpful staff. One fellow was nice enough to check on the system and get a bottle I was after put aside at another store.

Good variety and prices with helpful staff. Only negative is it can be difficult leaving if you want ot turn right exiting.
