I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Dandenong Laundry and Dry Cleaners, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Upon entering the premises, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, and the staff members were attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand my specific requirements and provided insightful recommendations for the best possible cleaning solutions.

Dropped my suit off to get dry cleaned as well as with other items. Went to pick it up but staff claimed it had already been picked up. I challenged them many times saying I never did pick it up despite me holding the receipt but they refused saying it had been picked up. So I had to go buy another identical suit, So after 6 approx months I receive a phone call this morning from a male 21/1/23 claiming they have my suit and they left it somewhere else internally that they wouldn’t normally have as they have had software issues etc etc. apologised but I am the person out of pocket for replacing a 800 dollar suit. Pathetic .

So I came down here today for the first time to get my 1980's vintage N2B military parka due for a clean. I told the owner that I came here because of the excellent google reviews. Google didn't disappoint me. He is one of the nicest people on earth and offered a second wash for free as my garment was very old. He really knew I cherished and valued this jacket and said he will try his best. I haven't even got the jacket back but his service is so good, that I am writing this review early. Thank you mate !!

They know their job pretty well. I have finally figured out my go out dry cleaners near my suburb. I once gave them my white blazer which the other dry cleaner had spoilt it so bad, these people removed all the stains that too without any extra charger. The couple who run this business and very friendly and easy to reach out. Definitely go here for any tough stains or otherwise. Also they are very affordable too.

Wow what fantastic service. Took my curtains in as i was going to throw them out due to very difficult stains on cream curtains and i was blown away, they look new. So happy with results Chami was very professional and informed me of possible negative outcomes and fortunately all positive. Definitely recommend them.

Went to this place to get a suit washed. The lady that works there was very rude. They said it costs $40 and I said last time it was less. She just turned around and said, "this is our fee and if you don't like it go somewhere else". Sure, but you don't have to be rude. There is no harm in asking a question...

These guys are the best dry cleaners in the south East. I've used many, and either have returned it due to imperfections or just got it back dirty. But these guys have on site cleaning, so everything you give gets properly cleaned. Im definetly a regular. I would highly recommend them.

I came because this place has five stars on google. They dry cleaned my jacket (stained with food stained) and a sweater (full of lint balls). I’m very happy with the end result, all clean and no more lint balls. The price is reasonable and I’m very impressed. I highly recommend!
