Good location and good price that can be negotiated. Nice people, they speak English, Czech and even a little Polish, great. Luggage was stored safely, without any damage or loss. This was a great service. We had checked another one, but first you had to pay on Internet and after they sent you the exact address to deliver the luggage. Here the service was inmediately, previously we arrived to the location, delivered our luggage and after we paid (Cash & Card). We carried electronical devices: two laptops, ipads (we told him and he was very careful with the backpacks) and we didn't have any problem even didn't pay extra money for an insurance.

I found this place the last minute. Daniel was so so helpful and accommodating, he gave me the storage place the same day and it is really affordable for long term storage. I also had to extend my storage days for longer than agreed upon time and he made is easier for the payment and was very understanding about it. In between the stress of moving countries this place sure was a blessing for me!

We were staying in a nearby Airbnb and had a couple of luggage storage choices but decided for Daniels due to the good reviews and were not disappointed! We didn’t reach out to him before that but also didn’t have to wait long - there’s a number for WhatsApp on the plaque and also a doorbell. Daniel answered within a few minutes and was very friendly! Reasonable prices and top location :)

I had to take a train at 6PM and check-out from AirBnB was at 11. Luckily, I was able to store my luggage at Daniels for only 12 Euros (backpack and messenger bad) and visit many places, baggage free. When it came time to pick up my luggage, I called in advance (5 minutes) and someone delivered luggage to the main door right when I arrived. All in all, excellent service.

I had a late flight and still wanted to check the city without carrying my luggage. I found Luggage Storage close by to the apartment I was staying at and decided to leave my luggage there (very good location in the centre). The owner is nice, communication was good; the process of leaving and picking up the luggage was easy and fast. Highly recommended!

Muy buen servicio. El airbnb nos echaba sobre las 11:00 de la mañana y no sabíamos que hacer con las maletas ya que el vuelo sale a las 9:30 de la tarde. It was a fast and efficient transaction. We basically called the WhatsApp number outside, paid, left our suitcases and came back to pick them up at the time we agreed on. The location was good and easy to find too! No issues experienced so I don’t see why I wouldn’t give this review a 5 stars.

Excellent place to leave luggage. It is a family business and they all are VERY nice. So close to the city centre and always very responsive by Whatsapp. It allowed us to spent a very nice last day in Prague. Very well recommended and very good prices compared to other places in Europe.

Honestly the service was good. But the only thing to note is that you will be dropping your bags in a building courtyard and the lady will take your stuff upstairs after giving you the coupon and the bill. Later you can pick the bag from the same courtyard. To sum up there is no shop.
