I want to clarify to the owner that they have indeed committed an illegal action and that they have also admitted to it in a public reply. Taking the phone number of a customer from the system, without their consent, is illegal. The phone number is one of the sensitive data protected by privacy (and the GDPR law in Europe). The customer can, at any time, request a copy of their data in your possession and you need to provide them within 48 hours. Likewise, they can also request the complete deletion of those data. You are also supposed to notify the customer about data breaches or illegal use of protected data (like the action you did). If a waiver was signed by the customer (and I don't know if this is the case, but for sure I wouldn't sign one), then it's applicable only to the regular operation for the service the customer paid for. You sending them a WhatsApp message is not a regular business behaviour and it does constitute harassment. The ex customer is certainly not obliged to answer. The level of answers you left here also indicate that you do not take ownership of your actions. In the end, there are other deposit places in Prague and comparing them to McDonald's and you to a fancy place is childish at best. I would suggest you get off the high horse. Your pricing policy is also borderline scamming, and you are aware of that. A heartfelt thank you to the previous users for having raised the issues, allowing me to avoid such disservice.

I was there yesterday, and used it for a suitcase drop (for about 3.5 hours) and also a booked taxi run to the airport (about 650 crowns, the suggested average local fare for such a run). The total for the storage and run combined was something like 925 or 950 Crowns (about €35); perhaps a little high, but I thought it was fair enough. Even if you plan to just leave your luggage there for a while as you arrive at or leave Prague, it's also in a great, central location close to a Metro stop, right around the corner from the large basement Tesco supermarket. I'd definitely recommend using this place - the check-in girl was very helpful, polite and friendly, and the taxi driver she booked was also polite and friendly too. If I return to Prague I'll look to use this place again...

Edited after stupid logic from owner: Dear tourists, we found this owner and setup terribly scamming. The defensiveness of the owner in each comment reveals it all. Prices were significantly higher than what's advertised on the website. It's min 13 euro for a smallest locker, if it helps you save the trip to this place. Dear owner, please mention the price of this location also on website if you claim you are not scamming. We found official storage at Florence bus station nearby for less than 3 euro, and it was very convenient as we left from the same station. It's worth an extra 10 min (owner lied here again about being 40 min, it's just 600 m away). For two bags, it's still 6 euro, half than your scamming hidden prices. The same storage is available at the railway station.

Their site says 5 euro per day but I was charged 11.4 for 4 hours of the smallest locker. Most of the good reviews for this place are written by accounts with just 1 review. We all know what that means. Update: Ok, here's how the scam works. There is a fine print on their website saying that those prices are when you leave the luggage outside of the lockers (?!). So it's intentionally misleading but not straight out illegal. IMPORTANT - The owner took my phone number from the locker system and started harassing me on WhatsApp. Unbelievable! Well the review is staying and if you find it helpful then mark it as such so that it helps other travelers.

Price advertised on website was about half of what we found at the location facility. Smells like a tourist trap if you do research upfront. To the reply below, yeah sure so the price you see on website is applicable only when the storage box is full, otherwise you pay much more. Makes total sense! For you tourists out there reading this comment, if you want to overpay for convenience then it’s your choice, but there are other luggage storage places around city where you store your luggage for same advertised price.

As the wrong box size opened (by mistake?) we had to close (empty of course) immediately in order to take a bigger one, big enough for our suitcase. We immediatly asked to refund for the first wrong rental we didn't use. Unfortunately there was no understanding for our situation. No credit card refund, no refund on a Czeck bank account. Nothing...... A free rental next time in Prague (you'll send the plane ticket as well?) was the only offer we got. Very disapointing.

Very good place in a good location at an appropriate price. Before I came I read some negative reviews but I absolutely don't understand why they write what they write. Sure the price may seem higher to some, but it's all up to the client's preference. Here you are paying for a good location, fast service and security and most importantly the price to ratio of what fits in the locker is very cheap.

I was here today, and I can definitely recommend the place! Prices are fair, it's a great location and last but not least - the staff are making it very easy, they are helpful, and fun to talk to. Huge thanks to the girl at the reception desk who gave her best to arrange transportation for me and my friends at a time when it was almost impossible to get any taxi or uber available! :)

Za mě turistická past. Ceník na webu je uveden pouze pro adresu Voršilská 6 a na Jakubské 11 ceny zjistíte až u úschovny. Ceny jsou cca dvojnásobné a to jen ve skutečnosti za 4 hodiny úschovy. Vyhněte se tomuto místu a uložte si věci na hlavním nádraží kde skříňka M vychází na 150,- Kč za celý den. Přeji Vám ať vám kšefty začnou postupně klesat.

This place is relatively expensive. They charged us EUR 24 for the storage of 4 small bags for a couple of hours, which is more expensive than the cost of parking a car in a private garage in the city centre for 24 hours. Please be careful, the office does not accept cards. The opening hours are not reliable either.

Super quick and easy to use! Will definitely plan to use again in future. A medium locker (150czk) fit two underseat cabin bags (backpacks) with ample storage, so might look into getting the small next time. Only 10min walk from Mustek metro station as well, so made for a quick and easy change to the airport.

We had an early checkout from our Airbnb and this was a great place to drop our bags before our afternoon flight. Reasonable prices and excellent service! They even ordered us transportation to the airport so we didn’t have to worry about that. Highly recommend!

We would recommend this place for sure if you have arrived earlier than you check-in. Helpful girl at reception, polite and sweet. Kept our bags for half of the day for a reasonable price. Very happy with this luggage storage.

Secured and convenient location. Price is quiet high, its 499czk for daily rate, 1 large luggage. If you want a more affordable option, there is one in Prague Central Bus Station(Florenc) which costs 70czk only

Easy to find and use. Very clean and the large locker fitted two quite large rolling duffel bags and a backpack. Quite expensive compared to others. We only needed it for about 4 hours and had to pay 499czk.

Using a luggage storage service saved me valuable time on the last day of my trip. I was able to explore more, enjoy my final moments in the city, and retrieve my bags just before heading to the airport.
