I made a simple quote using the geico website due to my payments increasing by the month from my old insurer. Next thing I know I’m being contacted by the assistant manager Kimberly at the Tampa location! They sent me emails, called my phone, and sent me a letter in the mail! Point for promptness; also shows me they care about insuring me and would love my business! I sent Kimberly a reply email stating I’m ready to move forward and got a call less than 5 minutes after sending! Kimberly was beyond pleasant, we had a relaxed and natural conversation, even about the holidays and such! I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend let alone a human being instead of some insurance shark who’s only after my wallet. She got me all set up over the phone, and I’m now saving almost $100 a MONTH! I would recommend to anyone, and make sure you ask for Kimberly Peterson!

I recently bought a boat and got an ins quote from my current auto provider. I figured it wouldn't hurt to shop around a bit so I called my local Geico rep. I absolutely do not needlessly provide my personal info anymore as the system is set up for aggressive marketing and I get enough spam. So I asked Mike if I can get a quote without providing unnecessary personal info and Mike straight up said no. According to Mike, he would need my SS#, phone #, email and home address to give me a quote. I have 100% received quotes for auto ins in the past without providing all of this info. Their automated message literally states "we will at times provide your personal info to third parties." I mean, come on.

As someone who works in the financial industry, my money and how I spend it is obviously important to me and I'm very picky about where I put my money. Mr. Andrew at this center has a heart of a teacher and that is what I look for when scouting for information. He was a pleasant agent to speak to and helped me-someone who has never looked into auto insurance- understand everything and choose the best rate for me. I appreciated his passion and I hope he is treated well at this facility because he truly is top tier. And this is coming from someone who spoke to two agents from Geico and some from progressive, prior to speaking with him. I finally get to save more money thanks to Andrew.

I’ve been trying for days to get a hold of someone on the phone, with wait times over 30 minutes. I recently added a new car to my policy(through the app because I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone) and now I have questions about the amount I’m being billed, which is different than the quote generated on the app. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years but it looks like I’m going to have to switch insurances if Geico doesn’t even care enough to have enough representatives to answer calls for current customers. I bet if I call the new quote line they’d have someone on the phone ASAP to sell me a new policy. Very dissatisfied with Geico’s service.

Alexis Little is hands down the best insurance rep I've ever worked with! The company I was with before had messed up my MVR pretty badly, documenting comprehensive claims as collision claims. It was negatively affecting my ability to get coverage, as well as my premium! Erica Blakely was the one who discovered the error and worked side by side with Alexis to help me get my MVR figured out and the best possible premium. Alexis really went to bat for me and was able to save me a significant amount of money. I am forever grateful for Alexis and Erica's help. I hope I never have to use anyone else!

I've been with Geico for 12 years but recently was in a parking lot and the parking block had a rebar sticking up out of site and pulled the front end of my car off so caused quite a bit of damage and Geico says it's my fault it should have been no fault of my own is how I see it townhomes and HOA neighborhood should upkeep their properties so Geico gets one star from me and I will be looking into other insurance. Plus every time you call about your claim a different individual representative helps you so no one knows what's going on so nothing ever gets resolved.

I got an insurance quote through this company and I received an approval letter. They ran all my reports while I was on the phone. And I went to pay and then geico said they couldn’t approve me. Which was insane. I wasted a whole day. On the phone. I was sent to another agency with geico and because my current policy was with their sister partners they could not give me a quote at auto pilot. Sadly geico gas failed me as a customer. I used geico years ago and I currently have rental insurance through them with assurances. Not good on geico reputation

Excellent customer service from my insurance agent, Jaime Irizarry. He answered all my questions I had and received an excellent, professional and friendly treatment. Jaime called me after requesting the quote online and I told him that I was not available at that moment, so he sent me his info via email and he call me back the day and time I requested it. Wow!!! As others have mentioned, getting a Geico quote online resulted in this office calling me 3-4 times a day, every day for weeks, during work hours, morning, evenings. When I finally answered and said stop calling, they called me back two more times to argue with me. As a business, if you are soliciting someone, take no for an answer and leave them alone. If you call, call once and leave a message, not multiple times a day and hang up. Completely turned off to local agents. Make sure to read through the reviews. This is a pattern.

Everything is fantastic while they take your payment every month but wait until something happens.. Every department is not responsive,, you are given a very low estimate( for repair),,I’ve had insurance with this company for almost 7yrs and now I’m getting treated like I’m the bad guy when I’m still not at fault.. I got get a car quote from them and they asked 433$. so I canceled my current car policy and tried to buy from these guys,,,everything was great until last page( payments) which they asked for 730$ instead,,,I called them and they said "its because your Driving license was first issued 7 years ago out of US, and we just consider two years in US". Long story short I went back with my old insurance company, and it was a hassle to get back all my old discounts after canceling the policy!

Alexandra Rini called me to follow up on an on-line quote which I had generated. Firstly, she explained everything on the quote as I had originally requested it. She then made coverage suggestions based on my specific wants and needs. Have never had such a knowledgeable agent who truly seemed more interested in my needs than just selling a GEICO policy. I did the drive easy program and they said that it would start after my first 6 months of being on the program i completed my program i got my new schedule for the next 6 months it was $20 more than what i was already paying when i was supposed to save $90 how is that possible the lady said oh you were already receiving the benefits no i wasn't because i was told that's i would not see a change until after the 6 months policy and i completed with a 92 average

I spoke with Andrew, who was an absolute sweetheart! I came needing liability for my out of state car and he was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed to get started! The call was short and I was able to get my policy fast! Woo-hoo! He even gave me the right information to go to the DMV to get FL plates! So very helpful in that :) Andrew rocks! ONE OF THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANIES IN FLORIDA. PRICE GAUGING AT ITS BEST. When you have to spend hours on the phone with them every other mth simply because they create ways and reasons just to go up on the policy, with out giving them a Logitech reason too. I have had GEICO for almost 10 years. Never had an issue till December when I purchased a new vehicle and tried to add/cancel coverage for new and old car. They completely screwed up my policies and stated that I never had a lapse in coverage. Just received a fine notice for lapse in liability coverage. Clearly they hire unqualified people to handle customer policies. Such a shame. Lots of wasted time on this.

I was referred to this office for auto insurance and the gentleman (Anthony) that actually took the call took my personal info and then just passed me on to some random person who then also passed the call to a random sales rep at corporate. Thanks for the run around and for the great customer service. They can’t even compete with AAA or Progressive so in the end I’m happy with my Progressive renewal .

Pretty good so far - of course I have not had to file a claim, and that is where the true measure of an insurance company shows itself. My rates are good, payment is very easy online.
