Update 5 stars to 0 star if I could After 5months. I wish I would read other reviews before I made my purchase. They are extremely helpful at the beginning. Then I have to cancel the policy in July and asked for a refund. After multiple texts, mails, finally I got an email from Dan in Aug, he said he was spending summer vacation with his children, and he said they needed some time to deal with refunds because there were multiple checks they got and needed to found out which was mine. Ok, I thought that's reasonable and kept waiting. After several weeks waiting and asked for update, same thing happened!! They won't reply to you, it doesn't matter how many calls, texts, voicemails, mails you sent to them, just no response. I have no idea where my refund was for 3 months waiting. Would not use them ever! Terrible Service and I will ask my lawyer if still no response. -------------------------------- Previous Review: Thanks Dan, I am very lucky that I found him. He is always response very quickly, professional and knowledgable! He will keep you updated and you know he is working on your case! Unlike other insurance agents which you need to ask them again and again for response. That's a terrible experience. But work with Dan, it's a pleasure, really recommend to anyone who is looking for a insurance!

Not even worthy of one star. Accepted payment from the law firm that represented us at settlement. We were to be insured through Kinsale Insurance, Richmond, Virginia. Have received not one, but two calls (yesterday) from Kinsale Insurance that Social Titan, LLC now known as Nymble Digital, LLC should have paid. Our policy was cancelled due to non payment. We received a notice from Kinsale in February 2022 telling us our policy was being cancelled due to non payment. We immediately called Dan Bowling at Social Titan and he assured us everything had been cleared up. Wrong! We’ve been without coverage on our home since February 2022 and of course thought we could place an insurance claim due to Hurricane Ian. No answers from Dan Bowling or Sean Williams at this company. We’ve already started the legal process of not only fraud but many other charges. DO NOT trust this company or any company associated with these individuals.

Sean called me on the weekend when I was needing to secure homeowner's insurance in a hurry! He laid out the options he saw and then went and same day secured the better option and helped us set it up so there would be no lapse on coverage. We have a mortgage so any lapse in coverage would be very problematic legally, so this was a big weight off our shoulders. Sean Williams saved the holiday season at our household (and I'm not exaggerating that)! Professional, efficient, compassionate, and smart. Will recommend to family and friends for sure.

We are building a house and during closing for our construction loan they asked about our Builders Risk Policy....whoops totally forgot about that. My husband got a quote from a few places and they were outrageous. I couldn’t take the risk of not having it so a friend recommended I call Sean. Best decision ever. Within a few hours my policy was written and completely done. Such a simple process and very affordable. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. We are definitely going to let Sean quote us on a lot more of our insurance needs!

Sean is amazing. I had an agent try to sell me a homeowners policy recently billing as "the best rate." Unfortunately, that's because they skimmed a lot of important coverage to generate a cheap quote. Sean quickly turned around a quote for me and walked me through every piece of it to ensure that I understood what he was recommending and why. Honest and thorough. I will only work through Social Titan in the future.
