I would not shop here I bought wallpaper frim here due and then had to return it as it was not suitable. The guy would not refund my money for one that was opened but it still had some of the packageing in it I left it in th e shop. I have shipped there before and did ask on the return policy before I left the Store owe and was told I could return it with 28 days nothing about the packageing. It was returned within 24 hours The paper was not damaged in any way. He did not refund my money and I left the roll there as its off now use to me, I even asked for half of the. Money back but he refused. I've shooed there before am so disgusting and disappointed that they did not refund my money. I would not even give them 1 star on xchevkingg further they are not that cheap. Save your money go elsewhere these lot have no value for customers.

Needed a single roll of wallpaper of the same batch number to finish a job and I saw they were selling what I needed in their eBay shop. Found their contact details and called them and they quickly checked stock for batch numbers and confirmed they had what I needed. I decided rather than waiting for delivery I'd drive the 14 miles to collect. Google maps took me straight there and what a shop... excellent selection of papers and everything else you might require for your decorating needs. However I didn't have to find my paper since they had kept a roll out ready for me when I said I would collect. Excellent service all round from my initial phone call to my visit to the shop. Will definitely keep them in mind next time we are searching for décor supplies. Thank you

It's been years since I've looked in this shop, & to be honest there is a fantastic range of paper, in-fact, your spoilt for choice. Everything you need to decorate and helpful staff. (So much better than these overpriced, commercial outlets that have a couple of choices, & every second person has the same wallpaper. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, they would just stand there and watch as you struggle to open the door, whilst you are juggling 6 rolls of wallpaper, then when you want to swap wallpaper for a different shade, the look of horror on the guys face, and would try everything not to give you a refund.They don’t deserve the business.

We found a wallpaper we liked on the Internet so we went to the store asked the owner if he had any in stock and he said it was discontinued but we found it in store. We also asked if we could take a couple of samples and we're told No you can have one. Lots of choice of wallpaper to choose from .

Great service. I inadvertently ordered wrong shade of wallpaper and had to return it. Original incorrect order, new order and refund for my mistake all done within a week. Spoke to them twice on the phone. Both times the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.

There really isn't anywhere around as good as this place. A superb and huge range of wallpapers and everything else you need to get your rooms sorted. I don't like 'fannying around' looking through wallpaper books, so I just go to Decorsave. Pick, buy and slap it on the wall. ;-)

What a brilliant firm to deal with, had an order, delivered very fast, and wanted more of the same wallpaper for another room, but wanted the same batch number of my first order, DecorSave went out of their way to obtain the paper for me. Excellent service

Was let down by a large online retailer but found what I needed on the DecorSave web site. Phoned to confirm stock was available, paid extra for 2 day delivery which arrived on a Saturday. Time to get on with hanging it!

Fantastic shop, If you cant find wallpaper here, it probably hasn't been produced. Staff are very good in all aspects. Better quality paper than the "superstores", but its the personal touch that makes it stand out.

Good little wallpaper shop have to say the ready mix wallpaper paste they sell is brilliant saves having to mix the stuff up plus when your done you can put the lid back on and save for another time no waste

High prices for average quality product. And second time now I've been and when I buy the wallpaper I was informed it was none refundable (twice). So I had to be very provide in the quantity that I brought.

Big variety of wallpaper not cheap and you have to pay for samples of wallpaper. Which I understand why . Just warning to others if their go there. But worth a visit.

This is the best place in brum to get wallpaper from . It has a large choice of styles and price lines there is something for everyone. The staff are very helpful .

They have a lot of choice to choose from. I purchased Versace wallpaper from them and it was alot cheaper than online. Worth checking out.

Lots of choice, but zero customer service. Told us they were closing at 4pm, so we went to B&Q and spent £200 on wallpaper there instead.
