I very rarely write reviews but, I recently visited a wallpaper and paint shop in Birmingham called Home image and I was blown away by their exceptional customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member, by the name of Junaid who asked me what I was looking for and offered to help me find what I needed. I explained that I was looking for wallpaper for my living room, and the staff member was happy to show me their selection. He took the time to ask me about my preferences and style, and showed me a variety of options that he thought would suit my needs. He also offered helpful advice on color schemes and patterns, and was patient as I looked through the samples. Once I had made my selection, the staff member helped me calculate how much wallpaper I would need, and even offered to carry the heavy wallpaper rolls to the counter for me. He also helped me choose the right adhesive and tools for the job, and offered helpful tips on how to apply the wallpaper. Throughout the entire process, the staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered to help me carry the rolls to my car. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the customer service at The Home Image. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and made my shopping experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality wallpaper and paint, and exceptional customer service in particular Mr Junaid.

Absolutely disappointing experience. The staff does not understand how the client feels. All they care about is how much money they are making, no customer service in this. There is a lack of understanding, prices are sky high, you pay so much but the staff are still disrespectful, so you buy a magnolia paint which is meant to be a hint of yellow but instead it is COMPLETELY white. So you go back to the shop, show them the pictures, and there is nothing they can do about it. And make you buy another one with not even a discount as you've already paid 19£ which is not use for you. #dissapointment

We bought two types of wallpaper, one for the lounge and one for hallway and stairs. We are very happy with our purchase as the wallpaper looks absolutely fantastic and makes my house so bright, we had bought extra rolls just in case of any shortage on which the manager agreed to give us extended return date :) We will be returning to purchase some more very soon for our bedrooms s was happy with the amount of choice and as for prices, they are more or less the same as anywhere else!

Should have read reviews before purchasing items from this place, so true of other reviewers that there paints , tile adhesive and grout are tampered with and diluted, purchased tile grout and it three quarters filled with water, tried to take it back and was told that we stored it incorrectly and would not refund item, customer service is none existent and apparently there items are not defective it's the customers fault, so would advise to stay away from these rip off merchants.

Extensive range of wallpapers, paint (including paint mixer), coving and other diy accessories. Price is quite competitive and imo cheaper than your high street retailers. They appear to be extremely busy to assist with queries which in turn the customer service is lacking. If I didn't like to support local business I'd seriously consider not visiting again. Overall the quality of the products were decent so on that basis will be recommending others to support the business also.

My experience was quite terrible. And I want others to be aware of this. I have noticed that most their paints are opened and used and seem like they have diluted in water a lot! for example some people may return and the employers don't check the items properly at all and reshelf it for other customers. There is no customer guarantee if the paints have been used or tampered with. Please be aware that the employers simply don't care

Excellent place to go for wallpaper for the whole of your house was only in shop 2min found several different ones n I'm hard to please staff were fabulous very helpful particularly lady behind counter she checked all batch nos were the same which is really helpful if one wrong no wud ruin your wallpaperin very reasonably priced too soo much better than b n q keep up the good service will be bac very soon for my kitchen

Brought a few lots of wallpaper from here had a great selection to choose from. The only issue is the price per roll. I cant believe the prices and how much they've risen. I understand now why people only decorate a chimney breast or a wall in most cases. I realise it's wallpaper in general and not just home image. But I was happy I managed to buy 3 lots for my place and sundries. Would definitely recommend to friends

Amazing choices, Fabulous Quality, Great Value for Money, Fitting within any budget, Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff! Wouldn't go anywhere else unless they sent me there LOL! There is such an extensive range of products within store I doubt my last comment would ever happen! Highly recommend this business and any 1 I've taken there continues to use and recommends them too! A Highly Ethical Business with Integrity!

I have to say this is always my 1st place I go to when decorating as they have everything you need like paint and wallpaper, lots to choose from and price is always good. The staff are very helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. Handy free parking right next to the shop that even has a car valeting place so you can even get your car washed while you're in the shop. I can't recommend this shop highly enough!

These guys really saved the day! I ordered some wallpaper (from a different shop) but hadn’t ordered enough, I was one roll short. I called up and spoke to Hamza who checked stock and batch numbers for me and they had exactly what I needed in stock! I called on the Saturday afternoon and it was delivered to me on Tuesday morning. Excellent service and fast and hassle free ! Would definitely recommend

customer service is very very poor. staff are moody ,rude and rushy including owner of the place. They got no manner. never want to go there again .they are talking about women Customer behind the dask and laughing....to be honest today I went to pick up wall paper no help no welcoming attitude just had a bad experience .one most important thing no social distance no face mask.

Good selection of materials... but it lacks good customer service. staff are moody and always in a rush never want to spend more than a minute with you ....to be honest today I went to pick up a few thinks like before moody faces not very welcoming it was my last time to visit there I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they wanna have a bad day after been there.

Recommended by people doing our decorating. Lots of choice of wallpapers. Lots of books to look through if you want more quality high end stuff. Prices to suit all pockets. They check the lot numbers before you purchase. We bought too much which was refunded with no issues no quibbles under their 28 day return policy. This will be our go to place in future.

I Had a great experience at home image today, a worker named Malik helped me out with my selection of few items as I was looking for variety of items for my home. He quickly showed me where they were and guided me in a much better way. He was very hard working. thanks Malik for the help today and customer support.

Excellent service and communications. Such a wide variety of wall papers, however none matched the theme we wanted. So the staff went above and beyond, taking our requirements and finding wall papers to suit our needs. We now have the nursery theme we wanted. Thanks so much for your help!!

Home Image is a great place when it comes to wall paper selection. They have a very wide range of options compare to a lot of home stores. Home Image offers very reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful and polite. Returns and refunds are very quick and easy just bring your receipt.

grest customer service as usual and always happy with price and quality.parking is easy and the trolleys make it even easier to carry goods.unfortunately they dont have a delivery service to collect large goods but never the less a man with a van is always available.

This store is exactly the same as B&Q; but 50x cheapers for housing materials. They provide top quality paint and material for a fraction of the price compared to B&Q. They also have the paint mixer which is brlliant and so much cheaper than B&Q.

Lovely choice of wallpaper, but same can't be said about the range of paint. Prices are ok on some items, but on some you can buy cheaper at the bigger home stores. Overall good experience. Some members of staff are abit slow to attend to you.

I have been going here for over 13 years . Even before they moved to this building 9 years ago I think.. I'm a loyal customer and there service is always great and prices always good.. staff always helpful.. A real jewel in decorating shops

I visited this store and found the shop with good variety of wallpaper abit pricey as this is the only wallpaper shop and they know locals will pay the price and buy. I found the front desk staff very rude especially the guy in the cap on

Very large range of wall paper at very reasonable prices. Shame they charge 50p for each small sample of paper. This did inhibit making a decision so unfortunately not able to purchase. Great place if you know exactly what you want.
