Del Norte Bakery is absolutely fantastic. We first tasted a bakery well known for wedding cakes and were completely underwhelmed. Then I found Del Norte, contacted them, and even picking up samples was so very easy. The cakes were so tasty we looked no further. Lucy bakes the most amazing cakes, she is super communicative, and we could not have been happier. This is a family-owned bakery for 30+ years. She and her sisters love what they do, and it shows. Was waiting in line for a cake and the lady just skipped over me just because someone else said they were there first when I had been waiting to be attended too before them. When I spoke up and mentioned that I had been there first she said “oh I didn’t see you but they were here first”. That lady didn’t care at all for my business. She stated she was the manager but has very poor customer service. I always order my cakes from here but I won’t be doing that any longer.

We live in Garland and use to purchase bread from here. SIster in law lives down the street and she always tells us she doesn't like the bread there, we went last week on a thursday and they don't let you grab your own bread, you have to tell them which one you want. All bread was dry and hard , we throw all away the day after. We spent $10 on bread that is very dry.

I would like to say that not only was our wedding cake incredably delicious, but it also exceeded our expectations! We are so very greatful for Lucy and how she handled the whole transaction from start to finish. She is incredably sweet as she is professional. We are so very pleased on how gorgeous the cake turned out and highly recommend Lucy at Del Norte Bakery.

Lucy did an amazing job recreating my dream birthday cake! She has excellent customer service and communication. The cake tasted amazing and it was a huge hit at my party. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Del Norte Bakery!

Nunca regreso a comprar pan aqui. Demasiadas occasiones me dieron pan seco y viejo. Never will I buy bread here again. Many times they gave me old and dried bread here. They should not do that to customers if they over bake. So many better places than this.

I being coming to this panaderi since I was small with my parents. And now that I am an Adult, I still come with my kids. Same people working there and very nice and polite. I do recommend everyone to come get there pan dulces here. Ya won't regret it

By far the best campechanas around East Dallas, my uncle always buys their pan dulce and takes it to my grandma's, she makes the best cafecito and we enjoy it with some conchas and campechanas yummy what could be better than that! …

Im never buying a cake at this bakety again. I order i cake for my boy birthday and they dont even put the right color to it and not even decorate it the way it was supposed to be done . The flavor was not good very dry.

I loved this place for months, but unfortunately I got 2 rotten/molded empanadas this morning. One of which I bit into! I have been sick for hours. I am so heartbroken as I used to go to Del Norte religiously.
