I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant yesterday morning for the first time at this establishment, after waiting some time for the coffee it was handed to me I walked away and sat down expecting a lovely coffee only to find it lukewarm, so I walk all the way back to them I asked if it would be possible for it to be heated as I don’t drink my coffee lukewarm, the barista looked a little bit miserable but he said he would replace it for me, after what seemed like less than a minute he handed me a new cup this time it was very hot, I gladly took it off and sat down to finally get my fix, took off the lid to find it was basically a cup of hot milk! At this point I just gave up and binned the whole cup! I don’t recommend this place for anyone who likes a decent coffee with a smile….

Coffee was good but our pastries were disappointing, especially for the price. They looked better than they tasted. There was no crispiness/crunch and felt like they were baked the night before (we bought them at 9am) -Apple turnover filling was good but pastry lacked fluff and crisp -Filling on berry Danish was very sweet with no fruit and pastry lacked fluff and crisp. -The cronut was ok.

Two danish pastries for $6 caught my eyes and so I bought it for my kids. I thought must be end of the day deal. It looked nice and fresh but terribly sad when I ate some to find not fresh/crisp had it been a day old (from the same day batch) , but heavy/dense and made me think it possibly might have been over a day old or so! Deal or not, I won’t be buying any again.

- Ordered Lunch Combo (Baguette + Coffee + Small Donut) $16.70 - Asked for Iced Coffee and they charged me extra $1.80 even though I asked for one shot espresso only (their normal iced coffee is 3x shots apparently) -Chose Chicken Baguette toasted and the chicken was still cold and oily, the sauce was bland and it was 70% bread - Plenty of seating available - Customer service could improve

These guys rock...so hard to find a decent coffee in the hills best place in Rouse Hill for coffee...food is yum, fresh and good variety, service is brilliant...its like iv been cmng here for yrs.....Harry is just so funny and has a personality u want to be around all day

Coffee was fair but the ham & cheese toasted croissant just wasn't toasted and was cold. It beggars belief how that wasn't done as simply as the rest of the world do it.

Half filled baguettes with food pushed to the front to look full is a blight on your business guys. If I want a half full baguette I’d go to sumo.

Went here on Friday morning and the coffee was the best coffee I’ve had at Rouse Hill shops. I’ve visited a lot of places for coffee and this guy made the best coffee.
