The front desk clerk was NOT friendly and when I made my appointment made it clear , I was in real bad pain.. went on a Tylenol high .. just to give my self time to be seen by the dentist No , the wait was long my Tylenol wore off sitting in pain .. I asked for Tylenol for the pain , my thing is this , they need to take care of individuals who are an emergency need of care ,first ,who have infections or in bad pain. If, you ever had a TOOTH ache u know … they don’t have any pain killers to give , then only one Dentist on a Saturday …the dental assistants are not to mindful .They don’t interact with the patient .. unacceptable to have a patient in pain with a bad infection sitting waiting …with the dental assistant should of offered me something for pain .. nope . Also, the antibiotics that prescribed not strong enough and when I went to get my prescription for Tylenol , because my insurance pays , the dentist forgot to put quantity .. so I stood all weekend in pain .. lucky a neighbor gave me some Tylenol . The pain is so bad , Tylenol is not working for the pain … hopefully the next time I go .. they have it more together .I like to give “second chances maybe a bad day .” Another, thing … I don’t know how they follow CDC guidelines but it’s disturbing that no one wash their hands , then glove up they go in another area and use those same groves.. my thang I don’t know where you went , what you did , you should be washing your hands in front of that patient and putting on new gloves on , if you leave that area … No temperatures checking ..No Bueno “ Not Good” like other facilities for health Safety. I do say , the DENTIST was nice LADY .. She needs help .. one dentist not enough … I believe I heard her tell her assistants “ WHY?? did someone not tell me , that patient was in severe pain.. DENTAL DREAMS F.Y.I .. I did make it clear , when I made my appointment SEVERE PAIN “ that should be noted on the, appointments book , let the dentist know ! it is torture to have a person in pain waiting on an emergency appointment not kool for me or any future patient in severe pain . Have compassion. I will go back second time ONLY BECAUSE THE DENTIST WAS NICE… if they can’t get it right the second time moving on… hopefully I have a better experience and review on my second visit ..

Well..I don't know..the dlc told me the cement Might not hold on my tooth and he proved himself bcuse i was eating a hot dog (a Very soft food as fr as i know and at a point i bit on something rock hard and it turned out to be the tooth that Dr. Tom Just cemented.,i left the office at 6 on Monday..i asked the receptionist when i could eat she tells ma..not until the numbness wares of.,i was finally able to eat at 10 p. id like to know what kind of cement was used bcuse it didn't hold very well.,im using an over the counter product which is holding up better..go figure! I am beginning to wonder about this office. I returned a week later Monday January 23 and the doc told me the insurance company had to approve a longer post which i think is a bit ridiculous bcuse it's a (pin) protruding out of my tooth but it's protocol i suppose. Ok,I guess i didn't post this. The part of the tooth that Dr. Sam fixed didn't hold..i was eating soft food and i chomped on something hard which turned out to be the part that was fixed so i was able to put it back on the tooth which lasted a while but it came off again and i must have swallowed it bcuse i couldn't find it in my mouth.Over this last weekend the tooth gave me pain and rather than take pain pills,i called the office today Monday May 1st.and the counter girl told me to come in today May 1st. Dr. Sam said he would pull the tooth and the one in front of it which i had an issue with the insurance company on but since the remainder of the tooth was down to my gum,the Doctor thought it would be a good idea to pull it bcuse i was already there which i thought was strange.,so now I'm gonna let my mouth heal a bit then have the upper dentures made up.

This dental office grabbed my attention by their sign that stated they work on adults & children. I was looking for a long term family dentist for myself & my two children. However, since one of my children started care there it has been a terrible experience with Dr. Adams. My son had two cavities and was experiencing pain so after being seen by the Dr, he was referred out in July. It’s understandable they don’t specialize in pediatric treatment, but the fact that they promote themselves as a children’s dentist is wrong. To top it off the referrals they have given us were not valid and my son’s cavity turned out to be worse. I was sent back and forth for almost two months to get my son’s referral. When I demanded for him to be seen again, the dr took a look and found an infection. She prescribed antibiotics and once again said she was referring to UIC. I explained that UIC was not accepting his referral and all she could say was “they should I send patients there all the time.” According to UIC pediatric dentistry this specific office has been sending out incorrect referrals and they have a policy for limited work on qualifying referrals. The doctor from dental dreams was supposed to create a new referral and call me back with the information and after a week I didn’t hear back. She was always to busy to speak to me directly and after waiting the week for a new referral, I called again and they continued to say she was busy doing treatments. Now my son has puss in his mouth and his tooth is not able to be saved. Terrible experience and they need to get it together! As parents, we rely on their expertise and the way this doctor handled the situation and took it lightly was NOT OK!

This experience wasn’t what imagined considering I was practically called a few times to be their first time client . I walked in with no pain and left in pain . The woman who worked on me (Dentist)was obviously in a rush and I heard her tell another patient she(Dentist)could not help her because she was way too busy. There is no proper order in the establishment and she was also confused if she even belonged in my room , my teeth did not get cleaned properly at all and, For the hour that I was there I was only getting work done for 2-5 minutes (no numbing). Everything else was paperwork and X-rays that I never received information about . I’m epileptic and there was no real knowledge as to how to deal with someone who has epilepsy and what level of pain I could take . “We have never had a patient with epilepsy does light bother you “ as she continues to shine the light directly in my retinas. Also the dentist had to tell the assistant to help her multiple times as she was not doing what she was supposed to which was unsettling. I definitely will not be going back. Lack of explaining of after care and the lack of professionalism /knowledge was enough for me .

I called to schedule a routine check-up and told them my insurance to ensure I would have coverage. I came into my appointment and was told I had to reschedule because in order to have it covered, I had to provide them with my insurance information 24 hours prior. If this was the case, why did they not inform me when I initially made the appointment? For what I thought would be a routine check-up and fillings and had to come a total of 4 SEPARATE TIMES! Every time the wait (for a scheduled appointment) was at least 45 MINUTES! In terms of work, the dentist is friendly, was thorough, and took the time to show me my X-rays to explain everything. The receptionists were also friendly and helpful. The last straw was when I came to finish my filings, and their system did not take any of my cards for payment (all of which had plenty of funds). Then, the receptionist suggested that I go to the bank and withdraw the money (after already have waited 40 minutes). I'm not one to normally write bad reviews, but this is honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I also can say that I TRIED to give them a chance, but I will never come here again or recommend this place.

This place is inconsiderate I suggest to try and find somewhere else because even with my insurance and their receptionist explaining to me that everything will be okay for my appointment today which I called twice to be certain, I arrive and they explained to me that they can not see me today because my insurance will not allow it, why couldn’t they have told me earlier rather than going to their office and wasting my time? Their job is to make calls to patients and insurance companies to make sure that everything runs smoothly, which they never did. They need better staff (receptionist especially) and a better way to assist their patients, not to mention that the day before my appointment a month ago they canceled my appointment that needed to have a procedure done because they had no doctors who were able to perform it because my doctor at that time had left them. Not my fault, then the receptionist wants to say well we have been telling you about the procedure having to be done; and that’s understandable that is why I made my appointment last month and this month in which both times were not able to see me. Thanks dental dreams more like a nightmare!!!!

Beware, most of the workers are straight out of school, and unexperienced. Or, just plain don't know ow wht they are doing. Had all lower teeth pulled, preparing for dentures. I've had nothing but pain since. Been back and they said nothing was wrong, and were pushing me to get dentures. I'm not putting dentures in until I find out what is causing this pain. One time, a tech took over 20 x-rays of my teeth. Not one of them showed the entire tooth or root. Another tech finally came in, after trying trying to explain to the 1st tech twice. 2nd one finally got x-rays right. . I went here because it was close, and they took Medicaid. I'll never go back again. I will update this once I can afford a real dentist. I'll post what they found. But, beware. You may get a great dentist. Or, you may get one that barely made it thru school. Or shoulder have made it past their 1st year of school. Office womwn were all nice and helpful. Can't complain about them.. Techs and dentists were nice, but had little to no experience. Just my opinion.

  • Laura Rubenstein

The dentist was lovely and introduced herself, telling me what she was doing every step of the way. However, after I was asked to sit in the char, I heard two people behind me discussing x-rays. Never once did either of them introduce themselves or tell me they were doing x-rays. The gentleman walked in and put something on top of me. “It looks like I am getting x-rays, right?” I said, thinking it would prompt him, but he just said yes. Then the woman, who seems to have been training him, told him he had put the vest on me upside down. She had to coach him through the rest of the x-rays. I gathered maybe last week was his first week on the job. I think they should’ve given me a heads up. I got very nervous. I did tell them what I was nervous about and why. I would have preferred more communication, and thank goodness that woman was there. I don’t know whether this guy was a student or new employee but he was not ready and I did not want to be his second patient. I’m going back to get more work done, so I’ll see how it goes.

This was my second time going and I will not be coming back. The first time they took about 40min to see my son the second time they took about an 1 1/2 just to see him to say that he did not need what we went for. They also called someone else before him even though we got there first and his appointment was before that person. Keep in mind the first time I took him there was for the same thing we went for the second time. A space maintainer that was recommend not only by 1 but two different dentists one of which seen him the first time at this place. Well this second time they refused to put it on although I told them my concerns. The “doctor” had to call her manager over so her manager can also tell me my son did not need it although I told them it was recommended by two other dentist. Bad service and even worst waiting time. I do not recommend and if I could give them 0 starts I would. Take your children and yourself elsewhere

My doctor Karly was so sweet and pleasant. She is so down to earth. Her bedside manners is wonderful! I pray she never looses that! My b only complaint is that you guys book too many patients at one time slot. Its not fair to the patients and the doctors especially if its only one doctor. I've been coming to your office for years and this has always been the case where I'm stuck at your office for an appointment for a few hours because the doctors are serving other patients while they are or have been working on my mouth. It puts too much pressure on the doctor to rush or the constant interruptions of the techs /staff asking the doctors questions of how much longer a patient has to wait while he or she is working on the current patient. Its frustrating to patients as well as doctors. I know you guys have quotas but the numbers to get in and out take away from the care of patients. Our time is just as valuable as you guys.

I had a mixed experience. I first had a male dentist who was kind and thoughtful, but then did not explain to me the possibilities of my procedure. Thankfully i rescheduled instead of continuing with the procedure that day, because when i came back they had to switch me to a new dentist and she was so wonderful and so patient and so kind. Dr Patel i believe was her name. She also saw my child and was so good at explaining things to her. They obviously had some unexpected changes on the back end and i expect that would stress the employees out but Dr Patel was still very very thoughtful and kind and patient. I’ve had mixed interactions with the front desk and dental assistants, some were very nice and answered all my questions others were very short and not very friendly. But i also understand they seemed to have had and unexpected issue that made their day much more stressful.

This is probably the worst dentist I've ever been to. The women at the front desk look absolutely miserable, you can tell they hate their job. I made an appointment for a cleaning and the dentist was bouncing between me and 2 other people. They are in a hurry and don't give the patient the time they need. She cleaned my teeth in less than 5 minutes, a DEEP cleaning. I get home and I have cuts all over my gums from the tool that was used. I was going to make an appointment to get a filling redone but when I went to make an appointment I was pretty much ignored. The bathroom smelled like dirty diapers and it was not clean at all. You'd think a dentist office would be SPOTLESS. I will never come back to this place again. Find another dentist people, trust me.

  • Jessica C

I drove an hour to get here and made the appointment a month in advance, telling them exactly what I need for my son to make sure I don’t waste my time. I get there and the doctor looked at my son for 2 minutes (not exaggerating) to tell me the doctor who deals with little kids is not there and they cannot do the X-ray. After telling them I drove here over an hour and expressing how disappointing this was, she gave my son an X-ray but said the doctor wouldn’t even fill his cavities because he was moving a-little bit. However, they didn’t even insist on trying again. Very disappointed with how this was handled and will never come back or recommend to anyone. Please be more professional and courteous of peoples time next time.

  • Julieta S

The wait time is so long. I had an appointment at 12pm and I waited an hour just to be moved to the dentist chair to wait even more to be seen. People with 12:30pm appointments were seen and left before I did. The staff are unprofessional and some lack basic knowledge to be a dentist. One of the dentists took out her phone infront of me to Google search what she saw on my xray. They don't take HIPPA seriously. I've gotten text messages for appointment reminders for other patients. They are sloppy and unprofessional with patient data. For some reason I have multiple patient records with them and they can never seem to find my insurance information. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Went Nov 14 2023.for a cleaning they were very messing the item they put around rhe neck to protect your clothes was extremely wet, they leftout when she returned I asked if she could change it she removed it the next thing I knew she was working on my mouth again didn't put another one around my neck.I notice my tooth on the top felt funny I thought it was from the scrapping the tooth to clean. When I got home I felt it the tooth was also chipped on the top in two places by my gum and it felt like sand paper.I will be calling my insurance company..I asked if they could repair the chipped tooth, said they could put a crown on it, but I don't want them to do it I'll go somewhere else.

Very nice, clean and professional dental office. I've been coming to this dental office for a couple of years and have never had a bad moment. The ladies in the front were very friendly and nice. The dentist and her assistant were nice, pleasant and very informative. My deep cleaning went very well and I have to go back in 6 months ( I know you guys didn't need to know that but happy and proud to say so.). On a side note, if you decide to go to this dental office, pack your patience. There's a children play room in the waiting area so it can be a little loud. Also, make an appointment. Otherwise, you could be there for a while.

  • Steve Wolers

Went for my 3rd appointment and had my mold form done 4 more appointments left before my dentures are done maybe 2months more!!!. Very professional staff members. Will update on my progress moving forward!!! Update on my progress at dental dreams, I am told that I am doing well and healing good and they see no problems with the all that is done so far!!! 2 more appointments to go great place pleasantly surprised, very friendly and helpful!!!!A little setback have a extra appointment, because of bite evaluation process at time of fitting way off on bite! 2 more weeks to recalibrate bite register.still great place to go

  • Dan Deegan

Twice in a row they scheduled me for a check up and then they said that I was scheduled for a cleaning. Then this time. I said that the same thing that happened last time. Then the dentist goes let me check with your provider. He said that you are not scheduled for a check up. I go alright then do the cleaning. The dentist said the it was scheduled for August. That it was past the scheduling date. Making me drive there for nothing twice in a row! That is why I gave it one star. Life is short. To short to waist precious time for nothing. I do not want to deal with Dental Dreams any more. I will not be going back

  • Jennifer Epley

My son who is 5 had an appointment with his father at 1pm I arrived at 12:56pm. We sat in the waiting room until about 2:06 to be put in a room and wait some more. I left at 2:30pm, I had another appointment. Mind you, I was called to make these appointments for check up and cleaning. They can do better or just let us know they are running behind and give an ETA! My son was treated with care his father was not to happy with his cleaning due to the fact they said “our insurance only covers half”. I would say if you can go somewhere else.

  • Bryan Bor

Dental dreams called and made an appointment and said the insurance approved the visit- called 3 times during the week and confirmed- went there today and spent 15 minutes waiting for them to tell me that the insurance hasn’t approved me yet and they were sorry- How do you even schedule an appointment without approval since that’s what I was waiting on? How do you confirm 3 times an appointment that’s not approved? Seems they are more concerned with you showing up and not wasting thier time than wasting yours- this place is trash ️

  • Shari Foley

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible experience. First of all the girls at the front desk were very rude. Not very socialiable. If u don't like your job, don't be there. 2nd, I went there to get a loose tooth pulled. Now if you can't figure out where a loose tooth is, you probably what to look into another career. The procedure was very painful. Especially when they remove a tooth that wasn't loose. Yes, thats right, they pulled the wromg tooth. Had to go back again & have the loose tooth pulled. I do not recommend this place.

  • J K

Worst dental office ever!!!! didn't send referrals for my daughter braces or for me to see a periodontist 2 diffrent times. Rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk!!!! When I tried to call and get the referrals so I could see a specialist the receptionist was very unhelpful and magically couldn't find my file. I've tried to speak to the office manager but she's always on break. and it isn't even just at this location I had the same exact experience at the one on Pulaski/North ave! The offices are ghetto and dirty too!

  • Hector Molina

First time visit as a patient and I was quickly greeted by a friendly staff member at the front desk. I was surprised they even had an indoor play ground to keep the kids busy while you wait. The dentist that attended to me was very informative and explained with details everything I needed to know and answered all my questions without any hesitation, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable before she started on my teeth, leaving me confident this is the place a want to return to for another appointment.

  • Celeste Mendez

Dr.Hamdi is by far the best Dentist you can ask for!! She explains the procedures and then proceeds with gentleness. She makes sure your comfortable and not in pain. She cares for her patients. Her assistants Emmanuel ,Zoey and the others definitely know what they’re doing! They work great together. The rest of the staff are also great. A well rounded facility!! I highly recommend you get all your dental work done here. The dentist here are phenomenal as well as the rest of the staff !!

  • Michelle Valentin

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. As someone else said the front desk personnel doesn’t even look at you. My wait time was almost an hour and when they finally called me back the dental assistant just told me to come in here and walked away. Then my dental X-rays seemed very thorough but the actual cleaning well not sure they cleaned my teeth at all. Absolutely nothing like the 100 (2 per yr) other dental cleanings I’ve had. I was told they do not do deep cleaning.

  • Dante Morales

The doctors are nice but get too personal with you and start to judge you without knowing your situation and try and give you motherly advice about your situation. It's very demeaning and some what out of line. The anesthesia hardly work and they questioned wether or not I was sure the procedure actually hurt. It was very demeaning like I said before, don't ask, if you don't want the actual answer. Otherwise they need to work on less talking and more work and professionalism.

  • Linda DeLeon

Dentist dr. H was fairly good little rough but she had to get it done but the rest of the girls there receptionists are cold and rude not at all friendly they don't even look you in the eyes when speaking to you. the assisting with Doctor H had a cold and was sniffling all the time luckly they're wearing masks but not very healthy environment.. I probably won't go back I'm looking for another dentist that accepts my insurance.....PS TOOTH still hurts filling..

  • katrina cicero

Literally one of the worst experiences at a dentist office. Sent home with an really bad infection, and had to call back to get antibiotics . Put on hold twice for 20 mins each while calling . The inconsistencies were ridiculous they would say they're gonna send in the prescription and then kept pushing the wait time for them to send it by 3 hours. The chairs were stained and it wasn't taken care of. Its an embarrassment of professional establishment.

  • Cici Pena

Only giving this place 1 star because I can't Give it a zero! Most unprofessional place! Don't waste your time bringing your children here! They discriminate against special needs children! When making the appointment and in all paperwork stated my son is autistic! All equipment is old and outdated! They were not able to obtain x rays for my son! Made faces because of the noises he makes while steming! Dr never came in to see us I walked out!

  • Rosa Allen

After reading the reviews I was nervous about going here but it was great for me. Dr. Adam's is very kind and attentive and patient and non judgemental. The staff was very busy but was not rude or not listening to me. My appt was for 12pm and I was home by 130. I had a tooth extracted and half deep cleaning. I'm still confused about the bad reviews. I don't know if I was lucky or if the reviews were old. My experience was great and painfree

  • Brenda Jernigan

This is the worst Dentist office I’ve ever encountered the Lady Dentist here cut into my gym while cleaning my teeth. Now it looks like my teeth has to be replaced . I don’t recommend African Americans to visit here because I also experience racism. I’m more than sure is why my mouth was destroyed. Never Ever Visit this Dentist office. Don’t see Dr.Fandah Hamdl, Den. She also half cleans your teeth. While cutting your gums out .

  • Jennifer Ramirez

The receptionists were soooo very kind! And also very flexible which I totally appreciated. Dr.Kim and the technicians were the best! I’ve never been so comfortable at a dentist appointment. She definitely took care of my needs for the day and I’m looking forward to my appointment Tuesday. Thank you guys! Edit: oh and I also got my temp taken, given a covid questionnaire and all staff are wearing masks so I felt safe.

  • nicole petitt

I really was not happy with my experience yesterday. I waited over an hour for my appointment and I arrived early. I understand the need for the play area, but the door was open, making my migraine worse. I felt like I got a subpar cleaning just with the water pick, no polishing or anything, and when I addresed my sensitivity concerns to the Dr. She dismissed them with her own sensitivity issues. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

  • Cynthia Torres

My daughter hated going to the dentist. Plus I was already questioning their reasons for not letting me in with her. So decided to give dental dream a chance. Wow I was surprised that they actually let me in into the back with my daughter. Plus they were so gentle with her that she was able to relax . They proceeded to take care of her and she loved it. This will be her permanent dentist.

  • Chicago Artist

Worst dentist i have seen in 25 years, you tell him 1 tooth hurts? He will find another that doesn't bother you so he can mess around with it so you go come back for more work. I have that happened to me . If you don't have insurance God help you. People with insurance get treated differently then no insurance. If you like torture and pain , visit this place. You won't be disappointed .

  • Tiffany Perez

I needed to be going regularly to the dentist but with the pregnancy of my son I had waited a little longer. I called them twice and both times I had immediate help with making an appointment. The dentist was informative to pointing out things from the ex ray and had referrals for me as I left. I really enjoyed my experience with dental dreams. Thank you all for your support.

  • Bertha Villada

I suppose to have an appointment on Monday 11th, they have been calling me too many times even the appointment day an hour before and I went there for nothing, they made me go for nothing, they didn’t have the insurance approval ready, I felt very disappointed and frustrated, if they have the time to call many times to the patients, why they don’t confirm with the insurance first?

  • Mrs. Ortiz

I've had my good and bad experiences! But nevertheless the dentist who is attending me now ,is very detailed and patient not trying to rush me off the chair like in the past!! I'm glad I went back! Very happy with the New dentist!!! Hope they can keep him!! We need more dentist like him!!Actually someone who shows he really cares and loves what he does! With so much patience..

  • Cindy Lucumi

Great service. I had a really bad tooth pain yesterday late at afternoon I called them last minute and thanks god they looked a an appointment for me. All the receptionists at the lobby were very kind and the dentist was able to help me with my tooth, she was very nice not like those scary dentist! I could had my beautiful sleep without not pain! Thanks Dental Dreams!

  • Rosalyn Fisher

I am very pleased with the service I received the last few times. It seems as though they are transitioning … new dr and new assistants. It was getting a little chaotic after Karli left the practice. (Miss her) Seems as though it’s getting back on track !!! I will continue my dental care at this location. Very professional and informative, pleasant environment!

  • Susanne M Cassity

I went in thinking I had a wire stuck in my gum but it turned out to be a bone. The Dentist I had at first was ruff instead of numbing the area she tried pulling it out I screamed and said I want my regular Dentist. After a little wait my regular Dentist came in looked at what happened apologized numbed the area pulled out the bone didn't feel anything felt better.

  • Marquita Brooks

I had an appointment at 12 and wasn't seen until 2 pm. Then they checked one of my kids teeth and after cleaning told me to schedule another appointment for a filling. I'm like no I will not. You will do it now. And then had the nerve to give me attitude. The doctor with the scarf wrapped around her face is really rude And she treats her workers terrible too.

  • Antoinetta Diggs

I’m never going back Astrid at the front desk was rude, she wouldn’t give me her supervisor she told me she was in charge and laughed, she kept me waiting in the lobby for a hour just being petty and I don’t spend my money with businesses like that. Unfortunately One person can affect the whole team because thanks to her me or my kids will never come back.

  • Sadaf Ahmed

I liked the doctors there but someone did filling for me and it never came out and it’s been 6 months to where now, I need surgery for it to be out and I am so mad bc they don’t cover insurance so I’m looking for a different dental place to have my regular check ups I should sue for them letting to this point and not explaining me probably the full process

  • Bunny Johnson

My visit there has been great. I had a teeth cleaning. I wanted to have others services like my teeth to be pulled there but I have to go to another location for that sadly, but overall my treatment went well with the cleaning.I wish they had someone there working to pull out the wisdom teeth, cause it’s sad that I have to go to some where else for that.

  • Michelle Hall

Great experience! Treated with kindness and respect from staff and doctor. Provided thorough exam, very good cleaning and fast (nearly painless) fillings. She also explained a comprehensive treatment plan and offered options for me to consider and choose from. Definitely a VERY positive dental experience and would recommend without hesitation.

  • Deannaa Proud

I’m not sure of the dentist name. Forgot to get it before I left… but she was amazing, very gentle and kept asking if I was okay. ❤️ I got 2 small cavities filled & I didn’t feel a thing even when she got the needle to numb me. I’ve always been scared of the dentist since a child & she made this particular experience a breeze.

  • Marisa Botello

My experience was pad for a deep cleaning I won’t be going back there agin still in pain after a week my gums where all bruised and I go back to let the doctor know and he like you have to give it up to 3 week for it to heal like no I have never had this happen to me after a deep cleaning I won’t be going back there agin .

  • Kc Child

Dissatisfied with the turnover of doctors, excessive calls for reminder appointments, and not to mention how the doctor told his assistant to do a regular cleaning to remove plaque( which is the hard substance on your gums) in which, is not adequate for someone who needs a deeper cleaning. Not coming back to this office.

  • PureGhost

2 start because the doctor was really kind to my child it was my son's first visit and the doctor didnt even touched he's gums nor tooth or take a look at them he js gave the toothbrush with toothpaste for my son to suck on it I expected atleast him to check he's tooth but he didn't did nothing honestly a waste of time.

Can't say how much I am happy about finding this spot for my teeth repairs I had not been to the dentist in ages and the staff here are the best the dentists went above and beyond repairing damage to my teeth from childhood I can now smile with confidence and I can't thank them enough! Do visit and they take Medicaid!

  • Leo Booth

Very busy place, well managed, I believe management, the courteous helpful manager Dialynn definitely deserves a raise to keep control of that busy staff and keep em all calm. They have taken care of my teeth that I have left. Most of them were very bad shape. I also like Dr.Kim but not sure where she went... …

  • Willisha Hampton

I was hearing the Assistant Beth ask my son to bite down about two times. I went in to help with the X-ray and she snapped the X-ray while I was in the room. If going to this place I highly recommend asking for Emanuel and Alma they are the best and been working at this same location for more than 10 years.

  • Shes Her

Coming here for a simple cleaning is an all day event! Extremely slow and wait times exceed over one hour. This is unacceptable!!! Definitely will be looking for another provider. I have wasted so much unnecessary time at this place, don’t think I can do this anymore. Another 3 patients gone!!! Bye ✌ …

  • Maria Moreno

My first time seeing a dentist in awhile. Didn’t know what to expect. The staff were so nice ,attending and the dentist took care of me very well. Understood what problem I had and took charge of the matter. Thank u. I’ll be seeing this dentist in the future. And I we’ll definitely recommen his service.

  • Krystle Rosario

Get ready to wait and wait and wait and wait some more. You always see a different face Rooms are not stocked assistant kept leaveing to grab stuff which made procedure longer cause we had to wait for certain tools not cool at all. Most of the staff was rude and looked like they didn’t want to be there.

  • Hana Pola

Personal is very nice but we were not happy with Doctor. My daughter had a cavity so doctor was doing her filling and it was so much painful. My daughter was in pain until next day which is not usual. Few days later she got second filling from other doctor and my daughter said she didn’t feel any pain.

  • Steve Lako

The staff was amazing, kind and courteous. They do such a great job. Dr. Sam is a true professional and very talented. Walked me through every step of the way and best of all I felt No pain the next morning. He’s great and very patient with kids as well. Best in the business. Highly recommended.

  • Jillian Soto Forbes

no respect for patients time! last time i’ll come here. third time they have you wait more than 15 min for the first appt of the day! no more shame on whoever thinks that’s ok. not the only dentist around plenty better close by! over crowded over booked takes forever not worth it at all

  • Erica Cione

Best service I've ever received from a dentist reassured me and made me feel safe and confident to extract the tooth. I felt no pain and I would have to say that I would recommend this place and continue to come to dental dreams for any future dental work on my teeth or my children.

  • G Cruz (Jhengheart)

First time to come here, I needed their service for my Kids to get their dental exam done for school. The staff are always busy doing best that they can but they don’t ignore me when I ask for help or any assistant. I wouldn’t mind to come back again and recommend them to others.

  • Mary Carmen

Definitely thinking of changing my dentist, they always over book people 1 hour wait plus the time they work on you SMH! Also they’re constantly calling and calling to schedule appointment and when you get there for them to tell you oh yea you’re not sue until next month …

  • Maria de la Luz Rodriguez

The Consents form is not Accurate it is a false statement that you want patients to sign for, so you do not take responsibility for you services. That is unacceptable. If we don’t sign it you wouldn’t take care of the patients. What kind of service is that. Unacceptable!

  • Thaddeus Marinelli

I like going to dental dreams as my dentist. I was expecting to see the one doctor that knows me but instead I saw someone else and I wasn't very happy about being questioned about somethings I can't answer. There is nothing wrong with the doctor I saw at dental dreams.

  • Stacy Helfand

Dr. Adam BEST DOCTOR EVER! Period. I'm reading other reviews that have given one star and I don't agree with any of it. Everybody has always been so nice there and I've never waited long. I was there today and got two teeth pulled ... everything went smooth and fast.

  • Samuel Yuen

Had to rescheduled my appointment because we only checked in my son and not all three of us. Their front office very disorganized. I got a call about a missed appointment right after I left my rescheduled appoinment...twice! The dentist was nice and genuinely cared.

  • Sandra Sitko

Long wait. I went in for 6 months check up and a cleaning. I never had a cleaning like that before. And then use any fluoride just some kind of pick thing. And that was the first time I left the dentist with my gums bleeding and hurting where I couldn't eat dinner

  • Lizcette Alzate

Great people location is nice neat and clean. They took care of me especially one of the very young lady with long hair, she wiped my lip area off because of the blood. I thought that was so sweet felt like she was one of my child taking care of me. Aww …

Good morning ☀️ I had been looking for a Dental place, for a long time, and I felt very comfortable with Dental Dreams, because great customer service, everyone was very friendly and it didn’t take long for the staff to call us and I love that!! Thank you …

  • Caci Urbieta-Viramontes

It seems that the service was done in a hurry. The cleaning last it about 5 min. Water was running all over the patient. The main thing to the personnel is that the patient pays. The seems that the patient is going to leave with out paying. No human care.

  • Top Dog

Went here yesterday to get deep cleaning this office is great the dentist lady who did my teeth was awesome she made sure I was not in pain made sure I was comfortable and took care of I would Recommend this place to the whole city of chicago if I can.

  • Fransheska Nazario

Awesome service. Im not sure why this dental place has so many bad reviews! I went in after not having been to the dentist for two years and had a great experience. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr.Adams was very pleasant and took great care of me.

  • Yvonne Wilson-robinson

The visit started very well, by the time we finished the majority of our paperwork we were called. Everything was explained as we were serviced. And given a chance to approve the plan of service. Our Dentist was excellent I'm very pleased with him.

  • Clarissa Williamson

I have an Absolute fear of dentists but I Went in today for wisdom tooth pain. Was told they could extract if the pain was too severe but they could extract if it was manageable, which honestly confused me as my understanding is if the pain

  • Jenny From The Block

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY'RE STILL OPEN! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I used to take my son there and I would go in myself for cleanings because it was the nearest place to my house. I never had not one good experience there. They

  • Mr,Joshua99

Horrible practice! They say there going to help you..until they find out they can't get what they want out of your insurance. I went in for a broken wisdom to pull out and they took 20pics and told me they would call and let me know when my

I had a very bad/unprofessional experience. We arrived 10 minutes late due to being caught by a train. Upon arrival, I completed my paperwork while the receptionist called multiple times to verify insurance. Once verified, receptionist took

Nothing super special about this place, although everyone is professional and direct, and my Dentist is also professional, straightforward, and very friendly. I just got a filling removed and replaced with a temporal crown, and although I

  • kim hunter

The receptionists were great. The dentist I saw, however , almost caught these hands. People come to the dentist for several reasons. Pain, cleaning, cosmetic whatever but I hope whatever the case the dentist is gentle. Communicates what

This was my first visit to Dental Dreams in Brickyard. The office was nice and clean. The insurance and demo process was simple and expected. The dental assistants were very nice and attentive. Dr. Kahn was very professional, quick, and

  • tammy meyers

The staff is very friendly. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accommodate me. The location is great because there is parking in a lot, not on the street. So I was able to save money not having to pay for street parking.

  • Robert Crawford

My first visit didn't start off well,, check in with the receptionist and she ask me to sign in on the clip board and I did exactly that and went and sat down since I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, well as I sat there

  • Eliza Alvarez

I had a 12:30 appt. Got there at 12:10 they called me in a 12:40 just to sit in there til 1:35. Then they check me and then they have to go get authorization to do the work. I walked out at 1:50. Not worth spending all my time there.

  • misthiyas mawahir

They gave me a appointment for root canal after two weeks I went to appointment and they took a x-ray after x-ray They told me they don't do a root canal what a disappointment they need to put professional receptionist in the front..

  • Tiffany Horvath

Dr. Adams did a great job with my teeth i recommend her very highly if you are looking for a dentist to be honest with you and not jus there for money, she actually cares and wants to help I only wish I would have found her sooner

  • Jennifer Garcia

I’ve had a great experience from the first appointment to the follow up. The receptionist was kind and helpful even able to accommodate a last minute appointment change. My son had a procedure and had a great experience overall.

  • Dulce Bombón

I felt Dr. Patel showed no compassion and neither did her assistant. My kids felt the same at their visit aswell. I will be requesting our records...Too many errors with this office. Thank you for your service while it lasted.

  • Rosie Camacho

It was a pleasure visiting this beautiful office! Dr. Sam was very nice and the office staff was kind, professional and caring. Office was clean and I will definitely be back for future dental work. Thank you all! …

  • Rocio Zavaleta

Had a great experience today at Dental Dreams at the Bricktown. Friendly staff and very kind dentist. She knew I was anxious before I told her and helped me feel comfortable. Would recommend this place to everyone.

  • Kimberly Johnson

They services were great today, I didn't wait long at all. The dentist really gave me knowledge concerning my gums and teeth, the deep cleaning was great and efficient. Thank you Dr and Staff, job well done!

  • Ednarine Hall

I’m grateful for the service I received from Dental Dreams-Bricktown, the practitioner was brilliant, compassionate and very patient with me, I would recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

  • Jasmine Rose

Worst service ever. They double book appointments and have people waiting over an hour. Then when you finally see the dentist she hurts your gums during the cleaning. The whole staff is incompetent

  • Earlene Skinner

Clean nice friendly environment. My tech was very polite explaining everything she was doing as far as x-rays. Went in with a toothache. Dr. Sam came in and fixed the problem I have no complaints.

  • Gulgren Appliance

I like the place a lot. (As much you can like going to the dentist) The front office, dental assistants, and the doctor herself are all very nice and professional. Truly makes going less painful.

  • Jovanny lopez

Worst dentist clinic ever, had appointment at a certain time and wouldn't be next till like 2hrs later. The staff is rude and the doctor's aggressive while cleaning. Will report to the city

  • Mary Mercado

Generous and concern . Waiting for my tooth to be remove soon. My tooth was pulled out everything went well Thank God and the dr.i was very pleased with the whole procedure. …

  • Beatriz Pereda

I was taken care of most quickly. Dr. Casey has a good hand at doing the work she has to do. She has a nice, friendly and professional demeanor. The dental assistant was also nice.

  • Jade K. Pillow

I went in for a tooth extraction. After being postponed TWICE, they gave me a list of referrals that were not tailored for my needs. I have never been so inconvenience in my life.

  • noelia banuelos

I had a terrible experience. I waited in the waiting area for two hours to be called, after being called I was seated in the back for another 30 mins. I had to get up and leave.
