I was unable to leave less than 1 star for the review. Be extremely careful when shopping at the Baybrook location. I found out the hard way that the cashiers are under no obligation to look at your item with you to confirm it has no damage or to let you know when they add a sticker to your tag that says something to the effect of "if you remove this sticker your item cannot be returned". They will put it on there and if you do like I did, remove the tags when you get home to put the dress on, change your mind and not wear the dress, hang it back up and try to return it the next day, you will not be able to return it. They will also inform you that "they do not put damaged items on the floor" uhhhh incorrect. Ever since I posted about it on social media, I've had several people reach out to me that they tried to return items after purchase b/c of damage not seen originally and were also treated poorly. If you go to return the item and the manager gets involved, they will have store employees follow you and your family around the store like you're thieves. Shop elsewhere. Shop where they actually value their customers and the products they are selling.

My mother recently passed away. Before she did she went shopping at Dillards. It was her favorite store and mine until today. I returned a few items she bought, but was unable to return a top she purchased on 65 percent off because it was passed the 3 day return policy. I thought surely they would make an exception due to the circumstances. Because how heartless and compassion less can one be. After speaking with Lori an Assistant Store Manager about my situation. She stated they could not make an exception. I thought ok, let me try speaking to the Store Manager Mrs. Williams. Again, condolences were given but no return. It's not even about the 18.90 dollar shirt, it's about the principle of the matter. What happened to making the customers happy and the customers are always right. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars at Dillards. Now, they have forever lost a loyal customer. I mean, how can I ever shop at a Dillard's store again with those types of values? I can not and I will not!

This store is very well organized and super clean and bright. So many good choices from many designers. The shoe choices are plentiful and to die for! The formal dress area is huge and they have so many choices. I could spend an entire day in this store! The employees were very kind and super helpful and professional. Please go check it out, it's worth the trip!

Do not buy anything here, they sell very cheap clothing. My mother purchased a wedding dress here and the zipper broke at the ceremony. The manager here was very rude and refused to let her exchange or return the dress. I will never be shopping here again and I will be contacting corporate about this.

I love this store. This store is huge! 3 stories with different things. You can find almost anything here! Very spacious and very clean store. The staff here is amazing and very helpful when needed help finding something. I wasn't able to capture pictures of every floor, but grabbed the best I could!

The saleswoman who came across my mother and me on our way out was very helpful. My mom was getting tired from her medical problems, and the saleswoman found me a safe place by the second floor parking entrance that I could bring my car to for picking up my mom.

I saw some pants on the website but couldn't find anyone to help me find them in the store. One lady did greet us and tried to help but to no avail. I used to shop Dillard's in San Antonio and it was great...not so much in the Houston area.

I love Dillard's so much! Still the good old-fashioned mall experience but with modern style. I went at Christmas time, and their setup was excellent. Thanks for still being Dillard's! …

Really enjoyed looking at the holiday clothing selections. The Petite department, although they still have one, is lacking in selections.
