Came to this forever 21 in hopes of finding something for my daughter, since we couldn’t find anything at the one in Katy. Was pleasantly surprised to find a more ORGANIZED store. :) As we were checking out, the cashier was SOO PUSHY about signing up for their card. Like i don’t have enough.. haha

My granddaughter love it found what she needed for her birthday. The need to be able to hold clothes for say a few hours. We had an emergency, had the clothes and shoes she wanted and to leave. They could not hold. Came back in three, had to refine clothes but never for the shoes. So no 5 STARS

Best forever 21 location in Houston. I’ve been to all of them I know. This one is the best because it’s not only 2 stories but it’s actually clean and they have a larger selection compared to the other locations. You will find some cute items in this store. Affordable cute clothing.
