Phoned them up yesterday around 9am seeking a 3rd Covid-19 vax and they said "Come at anytime after 4:30pm today for a walk-up, or call back after 11am to make a fixed time appointment." So at about 4:45PM Wed 5th Jan 2022 I went out my car and drove 10 minutes (including parking, which is undercroft and fully covered, plenty of spaces) to them. No delays at all when I got there, showed my Digital Vax Cert and Vax History from Medicare (carry these two in my wallet always, as well as the app in my phone.), filled out a simple multichoice two page form, and the needle went into my arm at 5:10PM - it was Rebecca who jabbed me, and to tell you the absolute truth, as I was chatting to her regards, efficacy, longevity, differences between brands, and the combinations available and the respective cumulative efficacies and potencies of the various combinations (mine is AZ Vaxzevria , AZ Vaxzevria, Moderna Spikevax), well, before I knew it, she was REMOVING the needle. Felt NOTHING! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First AZ was at a State run Center, 2nd at my GP, and 3rd with Rebecca at DCO. She knew more than any of the others had, by far. The first two were a little like a cross between a bee sting and a mosquito bite. The 3rd, with Rebecca, had absolutely zero sensation at all. I waited there until 5:22PM, exactly 10 minutes as she had asked me to, and now, today 6th Jan 2022 at 3:54PM there is little to no pain even when I press down on the site. There is, if I concentrate, a slight bruising at a depth of about 3-4cm, in the muscle. This is FAR less than either of my previous two produced. SO, THE BOTTOM LINE IS - Go to DCO POINT COOK SHOP 102 STOCKLANDS, and SEE REBECCA. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Horrible, horrible customer service. I’ve shopped at this store before and not been impressed but it’s my local and thought I’d give it another go. More staff than customers in the store yet no one’s priority seems to be to serve anyone. I’ve worked in pharmacy for many years and understand the workflow and bottle necks in a dispensary - but this was just poor, poor customer service. Waited significant time at scripts on while dispensary staff had a conversation and I waited to drop in my script. Store was dead quiet. No greeting and then told once they did take from me it would just be a few minutes as it was the next script to de done. There was one other person waiting at this time. Told them I’d come back in 10 minutes. I returned to scripts out counter 15 minutes later. Waited for almost 10 minutes while 3 dispensary staff worked behind the counter. Not one staff member acknowledged me and no-one else required service during this time. I Finally got served only to be told my script was ‘up next’!!. I asked for my script back and drove across the highway to a busier pharmacy with much better service and processes! Learnt my lesson AGAIN. This store is my local who I’d prefer to support but I wont be back.

Bought vitamin d for the missus only to be told that it was the wrong one. Called them from home and was told to return it within the hour would be ok. An hour later I was there but got the 3rd degree about it. I waited for 15mins while Asian assistant went to see Boss in the back to ask if I was allowed to exchange for the right one. Mind you Bianca had said ok over the phone. I even paid $10 more for the exchange bottle. Found out later that Chemist Warehouse had it $10 cheaper. Bianca was the nice assistant initially that allowed the exchange but an asian young lady gave me grief about it. She needs to learn about value of customers and learn some customer service otherwise go work in factory. Recommend people go to Chemist Warehouse down the street next to IGAPoint Cook and get stuff a LOT cheaper. Save your cash and go to a nice restaurant end of mon Also thanks Bianca for true customer service.

I am highly impressed with the staff at this chemist. I had visited the Chemist Warehouse in Point Cook to have a stat declaration signed. In the past I had spent a lot of money each month there. I was asked to wait 40mins as I would need to be shoved to the back of the queue behind paying customers who's wait was only 15mins. I was disgusted and decided to visit Direct Chemist Point Cook instead in hope of better customer service. That's exactly what I got. The staff here were warm and welcoming, they were more than happy to sign my stat declaration and treated me with respect. I paid the small fee and left feeling grateful. I will be shopping at this chemist from now on. Good manners cost nothing, and poor manners lose you customers. Thank you Direct Chemist Outlet for reminding me that quality service still counts for something.

Cyrus & the team at Direct Chemist Outlet are consistently friendly & professional. It's really lovely to have found a great pharmacy I can trust with my complex health needs & to look after my family's health. Nothing is ever too much trouble, Cy is extremely knowledgeable, kind & compassionate I have no hesitation in recommending this business as one of my favourites in Point Cook! How lovely to walk into a chemist that is so well stocked & rather than everything costing more than it should, it's discounted value & you even save on scripts which you can leave in their capable care! I honestly cannot recommend this Pharmacy enough ...every interaction is a positive one, what more can you ask!?

This is my go to pharmacy in the area. Last night, due to the Superclinic closing early (apparently there is only one doctor who works late at night and he is overseas) I was not able to pick up the scripts that I requested. I had surgery the day before and needed my medication. Luckily the amazing pharmacists were able to help me and provided me with the medication I needed. These ladies are always so friendly and helpful and last night they made my life so much easier. The front counter staff are also amazing. When they ask how you are? They actually do mean it. Attentive, polite, friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked and staff are beautifully presented. Thanks team. You are the best.

After experiencing poor customer service at Chemist Warehouse, I decided to try the Direct Chemist Outlet in Point Cook. The experience is night and day in comparison to my last chemist. The staff are warm, friendly and professional. They offer helpful advice and assistance with or without being asked. The Pharmacists welcome me by name as I approach the counter. How wonderful to be recognised as a person instead of a number. Their pricing is seriously competitive and they offer a range of services like home delivery and are always well stocked. I highly recommend this chemist to anybody who appreciates good customer service and low prices.

She was too sick to leave home and lives by herself and I’m two hours drive away. You spent half an hour with me on the ph working out the best over the counter treatment and products to make her comfortable. You then delivered immediately yourself to her home! Today I visited Direct Chemist Outlet Point cook to get some essential items for my baby that’s due in a few weeks and a lovely lady at the counter was not only extremely helpful but also gave me 2 bounty bags one for a parent and one for a parent to be full of handy little samples that I will definitely require in a few weeks time. I will definitely be doing all my chemist shopping there from now on. Thank you for going out of your way to be so kind and helpful it made my day.

Check this chemist out for yourself... I haven't received such services before at any chemist. Great customer service, care giving and attention. The pharmacist is amazing, she serves with a smile regardless of pressure and demand from patients.. You shall surely rate this outlet six stars if the option exist. Don't recommend! Been its customer over years! However, I came here yesterday for certifying my documents. The pharmacist has suggested to come next time, they asked me to wait for another 20mins on my second visit, then started giving silly excuses like photocopy doesn't match with originals. Hence, I decided not to come ever and buy medicines or other purposes. Incident date:- 26Feb2022 around 5PM.

The two pharmacists Vina and Le are an absolute delight, always willing to help with great advice. As well as Thao who provides such friendly customer service. Amazing pharmacy that always goes above and beyond. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and kind, and make it so easy to manage regular medications. Highly recommend, especially for anybody with a chronic illness who needs a reliable pharmacy to trust. They are also wonderful with the vaccinations they offer if you/your kids are scared of needles.

Horrible experience with Asian Pharmacist at 12:30pm today. She advised to wait for 10min then she would sign the documents as witness but later she made excuses and we left. I will never shop again there as Asians like her are dropping the level of customer service in Australia. Moreover I found her approach that she appeared to be racist

Very happy and they will be my regular chemist from now on.

After hours of searching for a pharmacist that could help with a RAT for overseas travel (required within 24 hours) I finally found a place that was accomodating and didn’t push me aside and tell me they were to busy.
