Direct is the best insurance company out there! My daughter had a minor at fault accident when she was 17 and Direct took care of it all. I spoke to them one time and that was it. I was dropped without warning from this company. The reason was past claims that they was informed about. Glad, I didn't get pulled over by the cops. They took the payment, dropped me and only sent me a check for $27 when I paid almost 200 for liability for 19 days. I will not advised anyone to go with this company.
