Terrible service. We bought a hairdryer and after using it for 5 minutes it switched off and wouldn't turn on. When we went into the store to get a refund as the product is clearly broken we were told that we could not get a refund and only a voucher while also getting so much rudeness and attitude from the staff.

Demand a medical aid card, which I don’t have. Don’t explain anything about why. Manager eventually says I can use virtual card. Tough economy but I guess customer service for such a big company doesn’t matter. Won’t be back to Campus Square For sure, not that I imagine anyone will care.
